A former leader with Canadian and British humanitarian organizations and the UN in post-disaster management, she understands clarity, relationships, and results in complex environments. Jennifer brings 21 years as a coach and senior learning consultant, supporting Canada's Top 50 Employers, global organizations, startups, and female-founded businesses. She is a coaching supervisor specializing in team and group coaching. She has received a PRISM Award, a National Award of Excellence, and an ICF Outstanding Contributor Award.
