Jon Briggs
Jon Briggs has been a broadcast journalist for the BBC and ITN for 40 years. His credits include anchoring BBC Radio 5’s Breakfast News show, reporting for BBC Radio 4’s current affairs programmes, and chairing London’s top weekly political discussion programme for LBC.
Jon is also one of the best-known commercial voices in the UK. Recognised as the original voice of Apple’s iPhone assistant Siri in the UK and the original voice of the BBC’s Weakest Link quiz show for 12 years and 1900 episodes.
Jon also presents the world’s only annual podcast – Jon Briggs’ Christmas Ghost Stories which have now been downloaded over 200,000 times in more than 160 countries. He also presents Jon Briggs' Fireside Ghost Stories and The Price of Fame Podcast. In 2026 he was inducted into the One Voice Hall of Fame as a Voice Over Legend.
