Monday, we learned from two altar cards: Let go of the past to be alive NOW. Your words manifest your reality. What you speak, you create. Today, we do the FINAL RELEASE. We speak our declarations. We commit to maintaining our possibility closet. This is the final work. The final surrender. UNASHAMED. OUT LOUD. WITH POWER. IN THIS EPISODE Recap from Monday:- Card 1: Let go of what life takes away. Surrender past. Be alive NOW. Enjoy the dream happening RIGHT NOW.
- Card 2: Your intent manifests through your WORDS. What you dream, feel, really are = manifested through what you SPEAK.
- Final walk-through (anything still feel heavy?)
- Four questions: Fear? Guilt? Shame? Does this support who I am NOW?
- Bag it NOW (no "just in case," this is FINAL)
- Part 1: Acknowledge - "I held onto this out of [fear/guilt/shame]. This no longer serves me."
- Part 2: Thank - "Thank you for [what it taught/gave/represented]"
- Part 3: Release with Declaration - "I release this UNASHAMED. I let go to be alive NOW. I make space for what DOES serve me."
- Part 4: Seal It - Hand on bag/item: "It is done. I am free. I am alive NOW." Then walk away. Don't look back.
- Stand in your closet (look at what SERVES you now)
- Say "I AM" statements OUT LOUD:
- I AM reclaimed
- I AM unashamed
- I AM alive NOW
- I AM someone who lets go
- I AM free from the past
- I AM living in the present
- I AM creating my future
- I AM powerful, worthy, enough
- Speak YOUR personal declaration 3 times: "I am someone who [your declaration]"
- Write commitments: Only bring in pieces that [support becoming/make me feel good/pass feeling test/serve actual life]
- Commit to releasing immediately when something no longer serves
- Commit to quarterly audit (every 3 months)
- Commit to maintaining closet as tool for BECOMING
- Read commitment OUT LOUD (like a vow, like a promise)
- SIGN and DATE it (contract with yourself)
- Document before & after (Week 1 closet vs. NOW - overwhelmed/pressured vs. lighter/clearer/possible/free?)
- Count the wins (what released? what chapters closed? what gained?)
- Speak gratitude OUT LOUD: "I am grateful for this journey. I am grateful for courage to let go. I am grateful for clarity. I am grateful for who I'm becoming. I am grateful for the dream happening RIGHT NOW."
- List it ALL: people who love you, work that fulfills you, health you have, home you're in, growth you've made, future you're building
- Can you enjoy it? Be ALIVE in it?
- Feeling test never stops - How does this make me feel? If bad, release immediately. Closet is living tool.
- Quarterly audit (every 3 months) - What's not serving? What's missing? Does it support becoming?
- Intentional building continues - Only pieces that pass feeling test, support becoming energy, serve actual life. NO impulse buys. NO "just in case."
- Maintain possibility closet (quarterly audits, immediate releases)
- Build ONLY intentionally (feeling test, becoming energy, actual life)
- Be UNASHAMED (no guilt, shame, apologies for evolving)
- Enjoy dream happening RIGHT NOW (not past, not waiting for future)
- Speak truth into existence (words have POWER, use them)

What you speak, you create. But today, we do the final release. We speak our declaration. We commit to maintaining a possibility closet. This is it. The final work, the final surrender. Unashamed, out loud, and with power. So let's do this. Welcome to the Season of Self Love Podcast. I am your host, Naomi Banks and I am so glad that you are here. As we continue to transform in life, so does this podcast. In season five, we're moving differently. More intentional. More action.

SPEAKER_01So get ready. Because it's easy to do it. Now let's get started.
SPEAKER_02Alright, my beautiful people, but before we dive into exercises, we're going to round ourselves with a 60-second guide of meditation. Alright. But today we're speaking our truth into existence. So wherever you are right now, close your eyes if you can. Get comfortable. Place one hand on your throat, your voice center, your throat chakra. I want you to take a deep breath in. Now slowly release and say out loud. My words have power. Inhale. Exhale. What I speak, I manifest. Inhale, exhale. I speak my truth unashamed. Inhale. Exhale. I declare who I am now. One more breath in. Release. And when you are ready, gently open your eyes and let's begin. All right. Well, Monday we learned from card one that whatever life takes, let it go. Surrender the past to be alive now and enjoy the dream that's happening right now. And from card two, it was your words manifest reality. What you dream, feel, and really are, it manifests through your words. So you speak, you must speak your truth out loud. And today we're going to put both of those cards in action. So first we're going to do one final sweep of your closet. One final sweep of your closet. So with step one, that final walkthrough. I want you to go through your closet one more time, not to edit every piece and not to redo this work, but just to ask, am I holding on to anything out of the fear of guilt or shame? And I want you to walk through and I want you to pull out anything that still feels heavy. Anything that still feels heavy. And then the next step, I want you to do the four options for each item you that pulled out and asked, Am I keeping this out of fear? That's the first question. Am I keeping this out of fear? Fear I need in, a fear of waste, or fear of judgment. And then the next question, am I keeping this out of guilt? Is it guilt because it's money that you spent? A guilt about who you gave it to, gave into to be you? And question three, am I keeping this out of shame? Shame about my past? Shame about my body? A shame about my choices? And a final question, question four, does this support who I am now and who I'm becoming? If the answer to question four is no, release it. Release it and be so unashamed about it that you'll never think about it again. All right, so then the next step is bag it now. Bag it now. Don't put it back, just in case. You know how we do that. Don't save it for one more thought, but bag it right now. Put it in that bag. This is the final release. No holding back. All right, so now for our next exercise. And I call this the release ritual. Now we're going to do a ritual for everything that you're releasing. This is about honoring what's leaving and declaring what's coming. So the first thing that you need to do, part one, is to acknowledge. I want you to hold each piece or touch the bag, whatever it fits right for you. And I want you to say out loud. I acknowledge that I held on to this out of fear, guilt, or shame. And I acknowledge that this no longer serves me. I want you to be pacific about how you hold on to or what you're holding on to, and about letting go. And I'm going to give you a few examples. I held on to this out of fear that I need it someday. Or I held on to this out of guilt about the money that I spent. Or I held on to this out of shame about my body. And then the next thing that you do is you thank it. You say this out loud. Thank you for what it taught me or what it gave me or what it presented to me at that time. So, for example, thank you for teaching me that I don't have to hold on to everything. Or thank you for showing me what doesn't serve me anymore. Or thank you for being a part of my journey. And then the last part is to release with declaration and say out loud. I release this unashamed and I let go to be alive now. I speak space for what does serve me. I want you to say it with power. Say it with power. Say it like this is the final thing. This is it. This is the finale. These are your using your words. These are you using your words to manifest your reality. And then I'm gonna ask something on. I want you to seal it. Put your hand on the back and say out loud, it's done. It is done. I am free. I am allowed. I am alive now. Then I want you to walk away. Don't look back. Or you can seal it by putting it in a trunk, your car. That's what I did. To make sure that I knew that I wasn't bringing it back into the room, into my home, into my space. We're going to declare who you are now. So I want you to remember back when I talked about car two, your intent. Your intent will manifest through the car, through the word. So you speak this out loud. Not just think it, but I want you to speak it. All right. I want you to stand in your closet. And I want you to look at what remains in your closet, the clothes that's still there. These are the pieces that serve you, that support who you're becoming. And I want you to look at them. And I want you to feel the difference of the energy that's within that space, within that room. I want you to remember back in episode four in week, I mean week four, week one, excuse me. And I want you to remember what it felt like when you open your closet door, you slid those doors, and how does it feel now? I want you to feel the difference. I want you to look at the difference of what that closet look from week one to week four now. Now I want you to say out loud with your whole chest and power: I am reclaimed. I am unashamed. I am alive now. And I am someone who enjoys the dream of happening right now. Who chooses? I am someone who closets supports my becoming. I am living in the present. I am creating my future. I am powerful. I am worthy. I am enough. I want you to say each one. I want you to feel each one. And I want you to mean each one. Now, what I want you to do right now is I want you to create your own special declaration. Your own special declaration. I want you to complete this sentence out loud. All right. I am someone who, and add on there, and I'm going to give you some examples. I am someone who only keeps what makes me feel good. I am someone who builds my life intentionally. I am someone who releases without shame. I am someone who honors my becoming. And when you say these three out loud, I want you to pause, take a deep breath in, and say and speak your words. All right. All right, now we're going to commit to maintaining your possibility closet. To maintaining it, all right. So in your journal, in your journals, I want you to complete these sentences. All right. I want you to write them down and complete these sentences. I commit to only bringing pieces into my closet that example that supports my becoming energy, that make me feel powerful, confident, beautiful, or strong, that pass the failing test, or that save my actual life. The next thing to write, I commit to releasing immediately when something no longer serves me. The next one. Say it like a vow. Say it like a promise to yourself. Allow your words to have power because they do. And you're speaking this into existence. And I want you to sign it. I want you to sign it and sign it with a date. Sign your commitment with a date, so date it. Whatever the date that you're doing it, sign it like a date, date it. It's a contract with yourself. And I like, Naomi, is this so intense like that? Yes. Because this is something that we're starting anew. We have to put actions behind the words that we speak. And now it's time that we celebrate. We are going to celebrate. Not with I'm done, now what? Not with that. But with look at what I did. Look at how I transformed. That is it. Document your before and after. I want you to think about week one, your closet before this entire series. I want you to think about that. And what did you feel? What did it feel like? Overwhelmed, pressured, stuck, heavy? Then what does it feel like now? Does it feel lighter, clearer, possible, free? And I want you to write that down. What does that feel like? All right, our next step is to count the wins. What did you release over these four weeks? How many items? What types? What chapters did you close? And what did you gain? What did you gain? Was it clarity about your becoming energy? Was it trust in your feelings as you as your guide? Was it freedom from pressure? Or was it space for possibility? I want you to write it down. And I want you to celebrate it. Celebrate it. All right. And our next step is to speak your gratitude. And I want you to say these following things out loud. I am grateful for this journey. I am grateful for the courage to let go. I am grateful for the clarity that I now have. I am grateful for who I am becoming. I am grateful for the dream that is happening right now. I am so grateful for where I am right now. I am so grateful that I am on this platform that I am able to speak my truth out loud to you all. So I want to go back again to Monday. About the past means you can enjoy the dream that is happening right now. So tell me, what's the dream happening right now? Not what you wanted, not what you planned, but what's actually happening right now. Here, right now, as you're listening, what's actually happening right now? All right, so the next thing I want you to do is I want you to journal this. I want you to journal this. Write this down. This dream is happening right now in my life, is the dream happening right now in my life is. The people who love you, the work that fulfills you, the health that you have, the home that you're in, the growth that you made in the future that you're building. And this is your dream right now. This is your dream right now. Can you enjoy it? Can you be alive in it? So now that you've let go of your past, you can be here now, right there in that space. All right. So let's talk about looking ahead. Let's talk about you've done the work, you created the possibility closet, but now, how do you maintain it? How do I maintain this Naomi? I cleared everything out. I don't want it to happen again. I don't want it to fill up. How do I maintain it? And here are three maintenance rules that you can have. Rule one, the filling test never stops. Continue with that. Every time you get dressed, I want you to notice how does this make me feel? If it starts making you feel bad, release it immediately. Let it go. Your closet is a living tool. What it does, it helps evolve with you. All right, in rule two, this is the quarterly audit. So remember I said earlier in this, I said every three months, every three months, do a quick audit. What's not serving me anymore? What's missing that I need? Does it still support my becoming? Don't wait until it gets overwhelming again. Maintain it. In rule three. This is where the intentional building continues. Only bring in the pieces that pass the feeling test that supports your becoming energy and that serves your actual life. No impulse buys, no just in case, intentionally only. Be intentional. No impulse buys, y'all. I've been doing it. All right. All right, so here's your commitment going forward, all right? All right, so you say, I commit to these are you can write them down, maintaining my possibility closet with the quarterly audits, immediate release when needed. I commit to building only intentionally. That means the feeling test, the becoming energy, the actual life, being unashamed, no guilt, no shame, no apologies for involving, enjoying the dream that is happening right now, not living in the past or waiting for the future, and speaking my truth into existence. My words have power, and I use them. Say it out loud, sign it, date it. All right, so for our closing affirmations today, I want you to repeat after me. I have done the work. I have released unashamed. I have created my possibility closet. I maintain it intentionally, I build only what serves me. I let go of the past. I am alive now. I enjoy the dream that's happening right now. My words have power. What I speak, I manifest. I am reclaimed. I am unashamed. And I am free. All right, my beautiful people. All right, so you did it. Four weeks on this journey with me, the full journey from identifying the three types to the feeling audit to the pressure to possibility and to this final unashamed release. You did the work. You did the work. And here's what I want to re want you to remember from those morning altar cards. Whatever life look took from you. Say, look, whatever life took from you, let it go. You surrender. You're surrendering the past so it can be, so you can be alive right now. So let that past go. Be in the now. You're enjoying the dream that is happening right now. And you're speaking your truth into existence. Your words have power. I want you to remember that. Your words have power. And next Monday, we're starting something new, something more powerful. But this week, this week we're about celebrating, maintaining, living in your possibility closet. All right? Living in the now. So good.
