Voice Notes to Myself
A raw, unscripted podcast about Jungian shadow work, allowing myself to be seen, and the work of becoming whole—plus whatever else is on my mind. Each episode, I pull a shadow work card and talk through what comes up, alongside hoodoo and rootwork practice, ancestral altar reflections, random musings, and the occasional weird tangent. There's no script; just my effort to show up authentically as I am and be vulnerable in the process, one voice note at a time.
