Nip It in the Bud!
“Nip It in the Bud!” is an Andy Griffith Show retrospective hosted by Paul and Tim, two longtime fans taking a trip back to Mayberry one episode at a time.
Join us as we revisit Andy, Barney, Opie, Aunt Bee and the unforgettable residents of Mayberry. We’ll talk about favorite scenes and characters, behind-the-scenes stories, trivia, and our own memories of watching the show—along with the things we notice differently all these years later.
More than 60 years after it first aired, The Andy Griffith Show remains funny, warm and surprisingly timeless. We’ll explore what made Mayberry such a special place—and why so many of us still enjoy visiting it.
“Nip It in the Bud!” is part of the Aunt Ro Was Right family of podcasts—celebrating the classic television shows Paul grew up watching, despite his Aunt Ro repeatedly warning his mother:
“Paul watches too much TV.”
Turns out… Aunt Ro was right. 📺
Hosted by Paul and Tim.
