Welcome back to the Create Yourself podcast!
This week I’m diving into the topic of having a shit week. Lately, I’ve had a few more of these than I’d have liked to, and whenever they hit it can honestly feel like I’m going to be stuck in that state forever. The self talk is really a massive contributor to this - I just can’t switch the negativity off sometimes.
I know I’m not the only one that ebbs and flows in and out of a rut, and so I wanted to share with you all of the little actions and habits I deploy to move through a shit week with less resistance and more grace. These little shifts aren’t ground breaking or complicated, and they're not meant to be. Because the last thing you need when you're feeling like this is another complicated routine that you'll never get around to.
It's absolutely normal to feel like shit sometimes, and I hope this episode helps you to be a little kinder to yourself when it happens.

Hi and welcome back to the Create Yourself podcast. I'm Rachel and it's really good to have you here. Hey, if you are returning, by the way, thank you. Appreciate it. Really cool to have some people showing up every week for this. So clearly I'm doing something right. And if it's your first time here, well, welcome. This podcast is all about learning how to be ourselves, being the most authentic version of us, and understanding, I guess, the things that get in the way of us being able to do that, because life is quite often a bit of a head fuck to put it lightly. We swear. We swear on this podcast. Um, so every week I I sort of want to get into what's going on for me in my navigation of life. Now, don't get me wrong, life's amazing. I really enjoy my life, and I enjoy everything I have. I'm very grateful for the life I've got. And it's hard sometimes. Um, it's hard to be me. It's been hard to be me. And I've been working in the last five years, but more intensely in the last six months, on letting myself be me more, um, stripping away all the layers of uh pretending the masks, the the trying to live up to expectations, the trying to be everything to everyone. Um, and I'm in this space where I'm playing around with just being me for me and trusting that in doing that, I will attract my tribe and the people that are meant for me. Uh, because I do believe very strongly that if we're showing up with a mask on all the time, for whatever reason we're doing it, look, nothing against doing that because I did it for a really long time. But if we're showing up with a mask on all the time, then we are going to attract into our lives uh situations, people, and opportunities that are actually out of alignment with who we really are. Um I say that because that is what I did for a long, long time. Relationships, jobs, um, even locations, friendships, uh a lot of these aspects, uh very important aspects of my life were cultivated from a place of inauthenticity because I was trying to protect myself and I wanted to be liked. And so here I am now at the age of 44, um, figuring out how to be me. And it's interesting because it's a really vulnerable, vulnerable practice doing that for me. Um, and even more so, I guess, doing it publicly, right? Because I'm doing it on a podcast, I am all over social media. Uh, you've got to be pretty, you've got to be pretty confident and brave to do that. And I gotta say, like it doesn't, I I I may appear very confident, but it doesn't always um feel that way. You know, I might create something and feel really good about it, and then have a moment where I will kind of second guess everything I've said uh and and stress about it and worry. Uh, and I think that's really natural when you are doing something new and it hasn't become, I guess, second nature yet, or you don't, you haven't built this relationship with yourself where you fully trust um that this is the right thing. I know in my heart that it is, I know in my gut that um that the only way that I can help people is to show them what it's like to do it myself, um, and to also show them the the joy and the the way that my life is changing for the better from doing it. And let's be honest, when we are being ourselves, it's just it's so much less exhausting than pretending. And when we're not trying to be perfect, it's it's like you give yourself permission to just be real and authentic, to make mistakes, and I guess there's something very raw and real about that. Um, and that's what I'm attracted to myself. I'm attracted to people that are raw, real, authentic, and they don't mind fucking up because they know that that's just all part of it. So this week, that was a pretty long intro. I appreciate that went on for a while, but this week um I kind of just want to talk about the fact that we can have really good periods or weeks or even months in our lives, and things can be going really, really well, and we can feel on top of everything, and then we can just wake up one day it can all and it can all feel like shit. Um, and this happens to me a lot, so I want to talk about it because I don't think I'm the only one that experiences this, this kind of like on and off um modality in life where sometimes I feel like it's all going really well and I've got a very clear idea of what I'm doing, and I feel totally inspired and lit up, and I feel creative, and I feel like I could just, you know, it's all just coming from this very inspired place inside me. So I can have a week like that, right? Where I just feel so good, and then the very next week, I can wake up and feel the complete opposite to that, and it's just like this slump um that comes from nowhere sometimes for me. And I do want to talk about that today because it's common for me. I have learned to kind of become more familiar with it and used to it, and I started to create some strategies to support me when I'm feeling like that. And I want to share that with you today as well. Um, because yes, I think particularly as for women, uh, we we do just naturally have cycles where we are lower than than other times. Um, and that's just because of the way that we're designed, it's our biology. Um, but and and so so that's that's part of this, and maybe that's where those are the times where you need to support yourself. For me, it's not always hormonally related. So sometimes it is, absolutely sometimes it is. Like I can be a real mmm during my um luteal phase. Um, but other times for me, like this last time, for example, it wasn't not even in my luteal phase. It was me just waking up one day and just feeling really off my game for what I thought was no good reason. Although after um sort of inquiring into it and spending some time um sitting in it and sitting with it, I figured out what was causing it. Um, and I will share that as well today. Um so whether you're like me and you just wake up some days and you feel off and that can last for a week, or whether it is a particular time of the month for you where you feel off, but then you know that you're gonna come back on track. Um, I think this episode will be helpful. Um, because nobody has their shit together all the time, first of all. Um, even the people that you see online, or I mean, especially the people that you see online, let's be honest. Everyone's fucking showing their highlight real. It's not real. Not even mine. Like, yes, I'm gonna post my best photo, but did I look like that when I woke up? Fuck no. Um, it's what we do, right? We we we don't post when we're down. Um, and because we don't feel like it. Do we feel like putting a camera in our face and going, hey, today is a shitty day? I feel like crap, my skin looks awful. I didn't get enough sleep. Um, hashtag blessed. No, we don't do that. We we we generally will post when we're having a really good time, uh, when we're around other people, when we're feeling great, maybe when we're looking great. Um so don't believe all the shit you see online, and I think you know that. But also, um, going back to that, everyone has bad days, even the people that look like they have their shit all together. So, first of all, I just want to normalize that and say it's totally okay to have bad days or weeks or months. I think it's just part of being human, we can't be on all the time. And so for me, what happened for me was uh I had a really, really good week a couple of weeks ago where I was just in my creative zone of genius. I just felt really good. I made two podcast episodes in one week, um, and I was really happy with both of them. I did all the editing, I got everything ready for it, and by the way, there is a fuckload of work required for creating one of these things. Um, it takes hours and hours to put it all together. It's stuff I enjoy doing, honestly, um, but it is a lot of work. Um, so you do need energy to be able to do that. And so on this particular week, I just went hard. I created everything, I got it ready, I felt really good about it. I sort of felt almost a little bit like smug, like this is so easy. I'm so good at this. Um, and life was great, life was really good, and then the next week I woke up on the Monday and I was just fucking tired. I was so tired. And I was like, okay, well, I'm tired. That's cool. I'm just gonna have a tired day. I'm probably gonna need a nap. Um, I'll just do some admin tasks where I don't have to use my brain. I'm definitely not gonna be creative and I'm not gonna record anything. I'll just do something that's easy to get done. And then tomorrow, tomorrow I'll get to it. I'll get to the creative stuff. So then tomorrow rolled around and I was even more tired and I was like, shit, this isn't good. Um, I feel like crap. I still feel like crap, but now I feel even more like crap because now I'm starting to get in my head about it because yesterday I felt like crap too. Um, and I shouldn't, because I should have energy at this stage of my cycle. So now I'm gonna sort of gaslight myself as well. Um, and I just had another really crappy day where I didn't really get anything creative done. Uh, I managed to do a little bit more admin, um, chip away at a few things, but I had this like feeling, this horrible gut feeling looming over me. Like, what if this feeling doesn't go away? What if this is still there when I wake up tomorrow? And guess what? It was so day three, day three, I was like, okay, fuck. What do I do? I feel like shit, nothing's helping. I've got no energy, I am not sleeping well, I'm having these really like broken, light sleeps. Um I I just feel I started to feel, I think by day three, I started to feel like I can't do this. This is this is this was a bad decision to be a creator and to be in a space where I require a lot of energy and creative inspiration to and and I guess like motivation to set up a microphone and record something like this and to be producing original original stuff that people will enjoy. Um and it was this really challenging moment for me because I felt myself just questioning who am I? Like, is this the right thing for me? Is this profession right for me? Um, can I do this? Uh will people like it? And I started to really do a fucking number on myself, if I'm honest. I started to ruminate and think about um the fact that it wasn't coming easily and it probably comes easily to other people. And then I started doing the comparison game where I went down this kind of black hole of comparison. Um, and of course, you know, you start scrolling online and you're seeing other people killing it, and you're like, I'm not killing it this week. I feel like crap. I don't know what the hell I'm gonna talk about. I don't feel like I've got anything interesting to say. I'm running out of time to get it done, and and maybe maybe I've just been fluking it up until now. Maybe I'm not very good at this at all. Um, so the self-talk was like ratcheted right up, and the negative self-talk. And I was conscious of that as well. Um, and I think I knew that I needed to reset how I was feeling, or it was probably just going to get worse. Um, because I think for me, when I start to ruminate and tell myself a story, if I let it gain enough momentum, um, it starts to become just the way that I feel. Uh, and it can be very difficult to pull myself out of that slump um and to get myself back into a good place. So I had to really think about what I can do to shift this shitty energy and to feel good again. And for me, I I have a few things that I turn to when I'm feeling like this, um, because there will be certain things that I will do that'll make it worse, and there will be things that I can do that will shift the energy. Now, it's not necessarily going to change everything immediately and make it all better, but what I think we need to do in these times, or what I needed to do, is to shift my headspace first, um, because I'm not going to feel inspired and I'm not going to feel positive from that negative place. Um, and if I'm looking for inspiration from within that space, it's not going to come. It's just not going to, it's not available to me from there. So I need to shift my energetic experience so that I can connect to something different inside me that's not available when I'm like this. So I have some practices that I implement when I'm feeling like this, and one of them is to journal. Now, journaling is just the best way for me to get out of my head or to get the thoughts out of my head and get them on a page because if they're stuck in my head and they're sort of circulating, they they, as I said before, they start to almost like a cyclone. It's like they start to pick up more thoughts and more thoughts and more thoughts until they become this really big, scary, swirling mess of thoughts that that dictate the way that I feel in every moment. Um, and and I am an overthinker, I know that I think a lot about everything. Um, I just always have. I I experience anxiety, and I think when I don't get on top of those thoughts, and when I don't give those thoughts a place to land outside of my mind, then they just take over and they start to call all the shots. So getting my thoughts out of my head and onto the page for me is a really good start. It just gives them somewhere to land and it gives me the opportunity to be a little bit more objective about what's going on inside my head. Because if it's just me and my thoughts, um, and and you know, you'll you'll have heard this before, like watching your thoughts sort of separating yourself from your thoughts so that you don't identify as your thoughts. If it's just me and my thoughts, I will start to identify with them and see myself as my thoughts. So I won't be able to create a gap between uh what I'm thinking and how I'm feeling, and that just becomes who I'm being. Um, and it's really hard to get out of that, and it's really hard to even see your way out of that when you're so in it because you're not conscious of it. So I will journal and and get it out of my head and on the page. That is the first thing that I do. The next thing that I do is I get out in nature and I go for a walk, and that sometimes can be the hardest thing because I don't feel like doing it, I don't feel like leaving the house. Maybe I'm tired and I just want to like lie down on the bed and cudd my animals because I do that as well, and and that can be helpful to a point. But I think when we're trying to shift energy, movement is really important. So it doesn't have to be that I, you know, get dressed and go for a run and be all energetic about it, but getting out in the fresh air and going for a walk, moving my body, that helps to move the energy in my system, and it starts to again give me that bit of clarity that I need and that sort of that distance between myself and my thoughts. With every step that I take, I can feel my thoughts getting a little further and further away from me, coming out in front of me where I can make more sense of them and um not identify with them being me. And also see the bigger picture, right? Because this is a moment in time. When you're feeling this way, it can feel like there, there's there's there is no other way to be. This is the only way I'm ever gonna feel, and it's you know, it's like a life sentence. Shit, like how will I stop this? It's certainly how I feel, but it is momentary, whether it's a week or a month, it will not last forever, and you have to trust that. And so these practices that I bring in to shift my energy, they show me that this is momentary because when I start to feel even just a slightly different feeling, a slightly different experience in my body, um, I s I start to see more clearly what's going on, then I can see that this is not permanent, and I can remember that I can come back to a place that feels more aligned and know that this will pass. So walking is a good one, it's a simple one, but it really, really works for me. And then the other thing that I had to do for myself is I had to really get clear on who I am and who I believe I can be. Because the negative self-talk runs deep, it's like I pick on my own deepest insecurities, and then I start to tell myself that they are true. So you're not creative enough. Um, you're not very interesting, actually. Why would people want to listen to you? Um, what are you even doing making a podcast? Can you even make a podcast? You're fooling yourself. No one's gonna listen to you. Uh, it's boring, it's not interesting, um your views are never gonna go up, you are wasting time. Like this self-talk is intense, and that's shit that I'm saying to me, that is what I am saying to me. Um, I would never in a million years say that to someone that I loved, but I'm saying it to myself. So if I was to flip that and I was to talk to myself like someone that I loved, uh I would say, keep going. You're doing a great job. Uh, you you are an interesting person, you're a really creative person, you've got a lot of interesting things to say, your take on things is different, it's unique, it's authentic. You're you're giving something to your audience, you're helping people, and you've just got to keep going. Um I have to talk to myself that way because when you're not getting it externally, like I'm not getting a flood of messages from people saying, Wow, this is really great, keep going. Um, and I want that. God, don't get me wrong, I love external validation, it's the best, but you don't always get that, and so in the absence of that, you have to dig deep, and it really forces you to be your own cheerleader, your own support system because that's the goal, really. The goal is to be able to be there for ourselves, to not need external validation, to not need someone outside of us saying that they approve of what we're doing or that they enjoy what we're doing. Like the ultimate, I think, needs to be that we generate that experience from within ourselves, and then that experience comes back to us through the external world. I think that's how. It works, but it has to come from in here first, it can't come from out there, and it's far more meaningful when it's from in here. But when you grow up um as somebody that really requires or or relies on that external validation, which I certainly did um growing up, then it can be very hard to shift into self-validation. Um it can be very hard to to take what you feel as the correct information and run with it. But we've got to do it because there are just gonna be times in life where we don't necessarily have the support of others or we're doing things and we're not getting that feedback, that validation that what we're doing is the right thing yet. It has to be more about the way that we feel in doing the thing than the feedback we get from our external world. And I didn't know, like when I was creating these first episodes of the podcast, I didn't know if it was gonna land and I didn't know if it was gonna be worth listening to. I didn't know if it was gonna be helpful or whether people would enjoy it. I just had to create based on what I wanted to talk about and who I wanted to be and how I wanted to show up for people and how I wanted to show up for myself. I had to take away this part of me that was hoping that I would get validated, that I would get feedback, that I would get people coming to me. And don't get me wrong, I have. I've had some really beautiful feedback, especially in the last couple of weeks, as people have started to listen more. And it's been great. I've really loved that. But before I got that, and suddenly, you know, on weeks like last week, I need to be able to give it to myself. I need to be able to generate that experience from within me. Um, and it can be really hard to do that. It can, but I think you've just got to remember that these challenging head spaces that we can find ourselves in are momentary, they don't last forever, and the energy can be shifted. When you shift the energy, the mindset shifts, it just flows with it, but you have to shift that energy first, and I think that's really, really key. So, sort of thinking about the things that you do when you feel well or things that make you feel good, um, and having that available to you when you feel like shit. And the key is you can't overthink it. You can't think about the thing and then think, I really want to do the thing, but I just don't feel like I have the energy to do the thing, and I'll do the thing when I feel well. That totally defeats the purpose, and it won't shift you from the space that you're in into the space that you want to be. So you have to do the thing and then the feeling comes, and that's the fucking annoying thing about it, right? Because you want to feel inspired to do it and then do it, but it doesn't work that way. I don't think it works that way. I think you just have to trust yourself, do the thing, and then see your energy and your mindset shift as a result of that. So, how do you do that? How do you move into doing the thing before you have the motivation or the feeling that makes you want to do the thing? For me, um, I will just trick myself into doing it or I will force myself into doing it. I will tell my dog that we're doing it. I will say walkies and he'll look at me and he will be so fucking excited, and his little bum will start waggling, and uh his tail will go crazy and he'll start jumping up on me. And I'm like, okay, well, I guess we're going walkies now. Like, there's no getting out of it. We're going for a walk. So I'll just put my sneakers on and I won't think about it. I won't think about anything. I will put my sneakers on, I'll grab my headphones and I will get in the car, drive to the park, and go for a walk with the dog. And then the next thing I will do is I will put on a piece of music that shifts my energy. Now, this doesn't have to be something that you do when you're walking. Uh, for me, this can be something that I do when I'm at home or when I'm in the car and I am feeling a bit meh. I will put on a piece of music that I know is going to shift my energetic state. So usually it'll be something that is the right mood and the right fit. I highly recommend making a playlist uh that you can just draw on um when you are feeling crappy and just play the first song on that playlist and see what happens. If I am feeling extra energetic, I might even put on a playlist at home and just dance and move my body and physically get things moving. So just put the piece of music on and you know, put some headphones in and feel that music in your body and feel what it does to listen to it, like feel your brain light up and then allow your state to shift just naturally. Um, I this week I had this just amazing start to the week where I discovered all this really cool new music out of nowhere. It was like the algorithm just like blessed me. Maybe it knew that I needed I really needed to feel better this week. I started my week by discovering a whole bunch of new music and I just started playing that. I would get up in the morning and put it on really loud. Um, and I would play it when I'm about to start work. So just to kind of get me in the right headspace. Um, and I found that to be really, really helpful because it was like I was reminding myself that there is another way to feel. There is there is inspiration in everything, including just playing a song. You can be inspired by that. Your body can respond to that, your brain can light up by by listening to a piece of music. So these these are free tools, right? These are tiny little things that we can do, they don't cost anything, but you just have to do the thing without thinking. Okay, so that is key. If I could give you any advice, I like to with my coaching clients, I talk about with them having a like a well-being menu so that when you feel like shit, you can pull it up and you can look at it and it's say five things on a list. Like for me, walking, journaling, listening to music, uh, maybe having a hot shower, uh calling someone and speaking to someone that I love and that I know is going to make me feel better. Um, so for you, you might have five other things that you can put on a list, but having a menu available to you so that when you are feeling like crap and you don't have the inspiration and you don't have the motivation, you can pull it up and look at it and go, okay, what's one thing on this list that I can do right now? What's one thing that will shift my energetic state that I can just do without thinking? Your brain, when you're in a headspace like that, usually will get fatigued by decision quite quickly. I know mine does, and that's a lot to do with the anxiety and the overthinking. I'm already tuning so much up here that I can't think of another thing, especially something to do to feel better. So just having that solid list that I can pull out and look at it and go, okay, so what's one thing on this list that I can do? I don't have to think about that. I just look at it, I choose something and I do it. And whatever, you know, is most accessible or feels right in that moment. So just checking in with yourself what feels good on that list and then do it. Don't think about it, just do it. Because I promise you, if you do it that way around, the good feeling will come. So do the thing, feel the good feeling, and then be really kind to yourself. Acknowledge that you did that thing, don't push yourself to do everything, right? Don't be hard on yourself and say, Oh, but you should have gone to the gym and worked out for an hour, or you really should have gone for a run instead of that walk, or you know, you would have got so much work done today if you could have just like none of that's helpful. None of that is helpful. So fuck that kind of self-talk off and just say to yourself, Well done, I'm proud of you, man. You did that thing, you got up and you put your sneakers on and you went for a walk, and it felt good, and I'm proud of you. We've got this, we can do this. Like, talk to yourself as though you were talking to your best friend because the voice that is inside your head is the most important voice that you will hear. And if your voice in your head is negative and it's constantly berating you and telling you that you're not good enough, well, well, that starts to be the thing that you believe. And then that starts to reflect in the way that you show up and who you are being. I know that for me, like last week, my self-talk was so intensely negative, and it was having a real impact on who I was being, like the way that I was looking after myself, my self-care, um, the way I was eating, uh, the the way I was sleeping, even, uh, the way I was just sort of sitting and scrolling social media. It's like I was doing things that were just perpetuating the experience and making things feel worse and worse because the self-talk was telling me that I wasn't good enough. And I think, you know, the part of me that wants to do well was too scared to shift that. Because what if I did fail? What if I was right? What if my self-talk was right? You gotta be so fucking careful about that voice because even if you know that it's a voice in your head and it's you know not necessarily true, even if you know that sort of from an intellectual perspective, your body doesn't know that. You start to really feel that and believe that it's as though someone outside of you was pointing at you and saying, You're not good enough. So we have to rewire and shift the way that we speak to ourselves. I have to be really conscious about being kind to myself. I've had this feedback or been told this so many times in my life, Rachel, you're so hard on yourself. And I know this to be true. I do, and I'll say, yeah, I know I am really hard on myself. And then, you know, if I think about the way that I speak to me, would I ever speak to a friend in that way? Would I ever speak to my son in that way? Hell no. No way. I would give them grace. I would say, hey, it's okay to have a down day. Hey, it's okay to not be perfect, it's okay to feel like shit. Um, it's okay that you said something that you're not proud of. Like, whatever it is, it's okay because you're fucking human, but I can't do that for me. And so I'm working on that. This is a work in progress, and I think in using the tools that I talked about today, I can shift the headspace and move myself into something more positive. And once I can get those thoughts back into a better place and I can create some space back up in my head, and I can create some calm in my body and in my nervous system, then I start to shift out of it and I come to a place that feels more aligned and more like my best self. And so I know that this is going to happen again. So I'm not, I'm not fooling myself into thinking, well, you know, this week's better and everything's okay. For me, it's very cyclical. So um it's going to happen again for sure. I'm going to find myself in this slump again. Um, but I know what to do when I get there. And I think the other part of this is the less resistance you bring when you're in that space, the less resistance you bring toward it, towards yourself, the faster it will pass. So if you are fighting against yourself and you're not allowing yourself to have a bad week and you're berating yourself with all of that negative self-talk, it will typically last longer. For me, that's definitely the case. Like if I'm on it myself and I start to become hyper-aware that I should be doing this and I'm not doing that, then it just sort of sits there and lurks even longer. It's like, it's like I'm in this holding pattern until I can let go of the need to be something and just allow myself to be what I am. And then I will implement one of these strategies and shift my energy and eventually I'll come back to a good place. I always do. I never stay there for too long. Although, you know, there can be times in life where I can get down and stay down for a while, but lately it's been different. Um, you know, I don't have any major ailments. My health is pretty good. I'm happy with my career. I love doing this. I love creating this podcast. I love writing. I love being my own boss. This is my this is where I'm supposed to be. This is what I love doing, and I know this in my heart. And so life is really, really good. But it's I know that, you know, some weeks it's gonna feel hard to connect to this feeling, and it's gonna feel hard to see things through the eyes of the version of me that is here today. So I just have to remind myself that everything is temporary. It's okay to have a bad week or a bad couple of weeks or even a bad month, but it's temporary, it will pass, and I will come back to this space because this is this is what my highest self wants for me. It wants me to feel good, it wants me to have well-being, it wants me to be to be able to find joy even in the tiny moments, and even when the external environment around me doesn't necessarily reflect the life that I'm wanting to create, yet I can be in the journey to creating that life and find joy in the tiniest moments, and all of that is available to me, and I just have to trust and remember that. And I would say the same to you, you know, you just have to trust and remember, even when things are really, really challenging, and even when it feels like it's never gonna get better, um, you can have a better day, you can have a better minute or moment if if you trust yourself and you allow yourself to do that, because those little moments and those little tiny little incremental shifts in the way you're feeling will eventually create a whole new experience for you and shift your energy state um entirely to where you really want to be. But it has to be, you have to have that first initial moment. You have to have that shift, that moment where you decide that I'm gonna do one thing for me that feels good, even if I don't feel like it. I can do this one thing and I trust that everything is gonna be okay and and that things will turn around. Um, and we don't always have the evidence, right? You don't always have the evidence that things are gonna get better. You just have to do the thing that makes you feel good, just one thing, just shift that energetic state and eventually, little by little, piling these little tiny moments of joy on top of each other. We shift the way that we feel, we shift the energetic state, and we change the direction of our lives as a result. I kind of feel like that's where I want to leave it this week. Um, every week I give you a journaling prompt, and for this week, what I would like you to do, which is a little bit different, I want you to create your well-being menu. It doesn't have to be huge, it can just be three or four things on the page that you can turn to, and just one of those things in the moment could shift your energetic state. So, what are some things that could just give you that tiny shift in energy to get the ball rolling, to create some momentum, to move you out of the state that you're in? Um, and remember when you have that list there and you turn to that list, don't overthink it. Just pick one thing that feels like it's aligned for you and do it. Just do it. Trust that the feeling will come after you've taken the action. And if you do do this, if you do create a well-being list and you have some insight or success with that that you'd like to share, please comment and let me know. I would love to know how all of this is landing for you. Would you like more of anything, less of anything? I would really love to know. So please, if you have a moment to comment on the podcast, that would be awesome. And if you have just one minute in your day to jump on and write a review, give it a thumbs up on YouTube if you're watching on YouTube. It would mean a lot to me. Um, I am building all of this from scratch, from obviously at home in my own bedroom. This is all me. Uh, it is a production, a cast of one. And so your support makes all the difference to me. So please jump on and give it a review, particularly if you feel like this podcast would help people share it. Um, share it with someone maybe that's having a shitty week that um needs to know they're not alone. And I hope you have a really good week ahead. However, you're feeling it's all okay. Thanks again for your attention. It means a lot to me, and I will look forward to seeing you on the next one. Bye.
