Jen DeWeerdt co-leads City First Church alongside her husband, Jeremy, and is passionate about helping women discover their God-given identity and purpose. She founded Original, the women’s ministry of City First Church, and the Original Women’s Conference, which has impacted thousands of women over the past two decades.

Jen holds an M.A. in Ministerial Leadership and is a devoted wife, mom, and grandmother who loves investing in people, cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Bears, and creating spaces where women can encounter Jesus and grow.

Lisa Seaton is passionate about empowering others to live a life full of
God's freedom, truth, and purpose! She serves as the Senior Executive
Pastor at City First Church and is a founding member of the Original
Women's Conference. She resides in Rockford, Illinois, with her amazing
husband, Adam, and their two wild boys, Nash and Ryder.
