Dori Gonzalez-Acevedo is the founder and CEO of ProcellaRX, the Decision Quality Intelligence firm for regulated industries. She created the DQI Framework, an operating discipline that requires quality decisions to be conscious, defensible, and continuous. 

Three decades in life sciences taught her that documentation was never control. She says so out loud. Her work names what the industry has been performing: compliance theater, validation theater, automation theater. 

She co-leads the ISPE Digital Validation Subcommittee, co-authored the ISPE Good Practice Guide on digital validation, and keynotes at ISPE, SQA, KENX, and QA Financial. Her book, The Courage to Reinvent, publishes Fall 2026. 

Long-term recovery taught her the first step of any reinvention: admit what is not working. She has been applying that to organizations ever since.

She works at the seams, where people, process, and technology meet and business outcomes are won or lost.

A founding member of Chief, she convenes a Lean In circle for women that explores maintaining one's values and humanity amidst the pressure to adopt rapidly evolving AI technologies.
