She leads UX product design for revenue cycle management at Natera, a molecular diagnostics company advancing precision medicine through cell-free DNA testing, where the science is a decade ahead of the systems that pay for it. She works at the seams, where people, process, and technology meet and business outcomes are won or lost.

A founding member of Chief, she convenes a Lean In circle for women that explores maintaining one's values and humanity amidst the pressure to adopt rapidly evolving AI technologies. She is drawn to the questions few have framed yet, and to the conversations that help people see how their work connects to the bigger picture so they can collectively drive change.
