Hosted by Maya and Alex, each episode begins with a real question educators are facing in Ontario schools and examines it from two complementary perspectives.

Maya brings the Classroom & Practice lens, focusing on students, routines, implementation and what educators can realistically do next.

Alex brings the Policy & Evidence lens, clarifying what Ontario actually says, where board and school expectations fit, and where professional judgement legitimately begins.

Together, they explore the space between policy and practice, research and reality, expectations and implementation.

The goal is simple: not another policy lecture and not generic teaching advice, but a thoughtful, useful professional conversation that helps Ontario educators understand what changed, what Ontario says, and what it means in classrooms and schools.
