Hard to Love
We're all a little hard to love. We get defensive, we go quiet, we protect the soft parts by pushing people away, and then we wonder why the distance grows. Hard to Love is a podcast about what it takes to stay anyway.
Each episode is an honest conversation about the messy, tender work of being in relationship, with our people, our communities, and ourselves. We talk about love and conflict and repair not as problems to solve but as a practice to return to, again and again. Because being human with other humans was never meant to be done perfectly. It was meant to be done together.
Brought to you by The Heal Your Way Forward Collective, where we believe that healing is relational, that conflict is a teacher, and that the way forward is one we build in collective community.
