“I eat differently on the weekend, is this ok? Does this go against the need for consistency?

A question I was asked and a great one to answer as I am sure many wonder this.

We always talk about consistency with nutrition and how you need to not worry about perfection. However, if you diet changes up come the weekend…what should you know?

It’s actually simpler than you think but also more nuanced too.

In this episode, I explain the truth around weekend nutrition and whether you should be making a fuss about if its different to what you eat during the week or not.
