Jason Beard is the founder of Shoestring TV and the creator and writer of the award-nominated horror audio drama Leo Brawn. A writer, director, and producer, he creates immersive stories spanning supernatural horror, science fiction, and comedy, including Magnetar, Topaz & Stillman, and Darkness of Red. Through full-cast performances and cinematic sound, Jason brings strange worlds and memorable characters to life—inviting listeners to lose themselves in the story.
Johan Skerzgherd is the co-host of Shoestring TV Presents the Showstring Tee Vee Show and a man whose résumé raises considerably more questions than it answers. Little is known about his past beyond his work as a private detective and a brief stint in the adult film industry during the 1970s—a period he refers to only as “a misunderstanding with excellent lighting.” Today, he joins Jason Beard for interviews, questionable tangents, and the occasional revealing silence. Andy Parkin is a voice actor and one of the original voices of Shoestring TV. In the award-nominated horror audio drama Leo Brawn, he portrays Narrator 2 and Ronan Delaney, the troubled technology expert and inventor of the Weevil. From guiding listeners through Dante’s darkest corners to bringing Ronan’s sharp mind and personal struggles to life, Andy helps give the Brawniverse its distinctive voice.
Eric Carlino is a passionate and versatile voice actor with a home studio, offering remote sessions via Source Connect, Skype, or phone, and in-person sessions in the Philadelphia/New York region.
