Knowing you can manifest anything is one thing, but do you know you can manifest anything? Do you know? Like do you know that you can manifest that thing? Because if not, you're probably standing in your own way. So in this episode, we're talking about how to know without a shadow of a doubt that what you want is possible.

So you can manifest whatever it is, big or small. Cuz really there's no such thing, right? Stay.

So let's talk about it. Okay. Manifesting whatever it is that you want. What do you want? Do you believe you can have it? That's the real question right now. So, if you're watching this video, then obviously you have some sort of inkling and belief that you. Manifest some stuff, right? Your mind is open enough to believe that things are possible. Now, where you believe that is capped for you is gonna be your spectrum of limitation for manifestation. I guess that sounds really nice.

Your spectrum of limitation for manifestation. That's your glass ceiling, essentially. Okay, So it's like what you think is possible. Yeah, but I don't, No. Yeah, It's where you concede your belief system provides a glass ceiling for.  glass bottom and glass ceiling. You have your bottom rung of stuff that's, I'm not going below this.

And then you have your glass ceiling of like, this is as far as I think is possible for me. And everything in between is gonna be your experience in life until you're able to expand, hopefully this one and not this one. We don't want this one going any lower. We wanna bring this. And bring all of it up together, right?

Raise the bottom and definitely raise the top because your belief system provides the blueprint for life for your manifestations. And I'll link my video above from yesterday about self-concept to help you kind of further cement the idea in that it's your concept of the self that creates the outer world.

What you believe is possible is your spectrum of possibility for. And for what you see around you, and sometimes you have possibilities that are greater for others and not for yourself, or maybe vice versa. I can see myself doing greater things, but you, not so much . You're always a blah, blah, blah. This person's always like this.

They can't get their shit together. We're holding these things in vibrational patterns. We're creating the world we live in by the sentences we say, and not just the sentences we say, but the beliefs that we act on. You do certain things throughout your day because you think your life is a certain.  and you don't do certain things throughout your day because you don't think other things are either possible for you or applicable to.

But if you were to shift how you think about yourself and how you think about possibilities and what you do throughout your day, you would experience a whole different world of stuff. It's just how it works. The world is a mirror. It's going off of what you're doing with your concepts. So not only do you have to practice acting like somebody who is open to receiving, but you also have to actively work on expanding what you believe is possible.

If you're trying to manifest something that's outside of your realm of possibility for yourself, you're just going to bump up against your own limitations. You're gonna see frustration. Things aren't gonna work out. It's gonna be a lot of false starts. It's gonna be stressful. You're gonna think this law of attraction shit doesn't work and you're not really gonna get very far.

So when I say manifesting anything is about how much you believe is possible for you. I mean that on like a granular level, like as deep as it goes. Do you believe it's possible for you? Does your ego allow for you to step outside of your comfort zone that far? Do you believe that people like you can have that kind of experience?

Do you ultimately think that it pro? Maybe it'll work, but I'm not sure. I don't know if people like me. I don't know if I have what it takes. I don't know if I'm good enough, and those are just kind of surface level belief. , what are you telling yourself underneath all of your conscious beliefs? I'm gonna give you a real world example of something I had just discovered in meditation and side note.

This is a reason why meditation is so important, okay? Because a lot of work is done in meditation, but you can actually get into contact with your subconscious and find out what's going on in there. Okay? So I was in meditation the other day and I was pretty deep in there. I was probably like half an hour in, and I was saying my affirmations about some goals that I wanna do that are bigger than where I'm.

Oh, bigger. I use that word different than where I'm at and larger than the perception I have of myself is currently, let's say that , let's call me out and tell the truth, right? My perception of self isn't quite there yet, so I was affirming for something that I wanted, and because I was so deep in meditation, I was able to see my subconscious react in real time, and it was very interesting.

Okay. I affirmed for something great in my life. And then, and I'm like feeling all good about my affirmation. And then maybe two, three seconds later, I get this image, this vision of like, I'm walking down the street in my neighborhood and a cougar, a real life cougar comes rounding down the street, starts like attacking people and I'm freaking out running, I'm trying to run away from Miss Cougar, but I'm not at home.

I can't go inside anywhere. I can't climb a tree, a cougar's gonna climb a tree. Like that's what's going on in my head. And then all of a sudden I was like, Wait a minute. Hold on. I just saw my ego present me with something that would strike primal fear within me in response to affirming outside of my current comfort zone.

And because I was in meditation, I was able to see the image that was fed to me. But had I not been in meditation, had I just been going about my day, it would've been so subtle that I would not have seen the image and I would've just felt primal fucking fear, bitch, a cougar's coming and you got nowhere to go.

What the fuck are you gonna do? You better hope you can run fast. That was my only option. Like that's how I felt in my, in that vision was I just better run really fast. I better outrun this cougar or outrun the slowest person. That's my only option right now, and I just found it so interesting to see in real time like, Oh, that's what you're doing in there.

That's what you're doing in there. When I'm saying something that's a little bit bigger than what I expect for myself or have seen happen for myself, something that's gonna stretch me outside of my comfort zone, my egos kicking. To keep me safe by showing something that is actually scary because the thing I affirm for, not scary way, way less scary than a cougar coming after me.

But my ego's response, my natural response was to send an image that would strike primal fear within me. To give me actual fear, Cause I talk a lot about this in my work, in my podcast on Mindset Monday. If you don't know Mindset Monday we go live. Every week I live stream with the community and we just talk about fun stuff and we manifest good vibe for our week.

But I've often talked about using fear for situations that aren't mortal danger. You know, like sending a text message strikes actual fear within us, but it. Danger, you're not gonna die.

Like, I mean, we're assuming the story fits the analogy, okay? You're not gonna die from sending the text, but if your brain is sending you a fucking cougar when you think about texting, that it's gonna feel like you're gonna die. Okay? So this is why it's very important to be meditating. To be very in touch with your subconscious to be paying attention.

I always say awareness and discipline. That's the cornerstones of my 360 method. That is what I use in my practice. That's how I manifest and what I teach my clients. But you've gotta be paying attention. And if you are paying attention, then you're allowed to see these moments for what they are and see, oh wow, I'm not actually afraid of X, Y, Z.

I have a pattern in place. I have a program in place that's preventing me from going outside of this comfort zone and triggering fearful emotions within me. Thank you. I appreciate you for keeping me safe. This is not one of those occasions where you have to do that. Thanks, but no thanks and let's move forward.

Confidence is certainty. Confidence is knowing. Confidence isn't question. So we are using tools like getting to the bottom of our subconscious, learning what it is that we're actually afraid of, and what kind of imagery or impulses our subconscious is sending to us when we are affirming for bigger than we have right now.

Okay. So part of it is about doing the work and actually affirming and trusting and knowing believ. Another part about it is digging deep and finding out where and when you are sabotaging those and preventing yourself from fully believing that that's possible and then pushing through. Thank you. But no thank you.

I love you and I appreciate you for trying to keep me safe. This is not a cougar. When the cougar comes, we are together. Thank you so much. We're gonna run right now. We're about to set ourselves up for an even better, more comfortable, more safe life. This is gonna make us even more safe, so thank you very much.

That's not the situation here. We don't need that fear right now. And the more you practice this, the more you're gonna believe this, the less you're gonna believe the fear, because you're detaching from the fear. You're no longer feeling the fear and being like, I'm afraid of X, Y, Z, or this thing makes me fearful.

You're saying this is the life I choose. I know my body may respond in X, Y, Z way, but I'm still gonna continue to know, trust and believe this is working out for me now. Building confidence. Doesn't always happen overnight. I'm taking a group of our fellow Manifestors through a 21 day Fearless and Confident bootcamp starting November 1st.
