you go through life trying to be yourself and like letting little rays of your true sunlight shine through and then people respond in weird ways or you figure out oh people don't like that or people don't like me when I do this or I get weird responses or whatever it is and you start putting clouds in front of that sun and just dimming the light and not letting yourself shine through and over time you become
completely hidden. What is up my fellow dreamers and soul searchers welcome to the Roxy Talks manifestation podcast your raw unfiltered and unapologetic source for all things manifestation related.
I'm Roxy Lee and for the last decade I have been researching and developing my signature 360 method which combines behavioral science, quantum physics and the law of attraction to help you manifest a life beyond your wildest dreams.
Visit RoxyTalks .com for more info now let's get into it. What is up my fellow dreamers and soul searchers welcome to another episode of the Roxy Talks manifestation podcast where we discuss what it really takes to manifest not just a boyfriend or a job or some money or a car that stuff's cute but I am interested in the big fucking picture.
I'm not interested in each individual tree I am interested in the fucking forest the biggest forest that you can fathom and then bigger.
This podcast over time has definitely evolved and I received a message from a listener asking why I don't do tips and techniques like I used to anymore if it's because my channel has grown too much or whatever.
And, you know, maybe suggesting that I take a step back from doing weekly episodes to do bi -weekly episodes. And my answer to that is this. First of all,
I love everybody that's listening and I appreciate you for being here. And I understand if you, you know, come for manifestation techniques and tips and you're like,
okay, she's not talking about any tips or techniques. She's talking about some weird esoteric shit. She's talking about talking to God. I get it. And,
you know, my, my response is with love is I'm sure there are like some amazing incredible podcasts or whatever out there that you can listen to that will give you tips and tricks.
I'm just not there in my life anymore. And it's not that my channel has gotten too big or that I have too many clients. It's nothing like that at all. That's what that person said with love.
Again, I know it wasn't coming from a negative place, but it has nothing to do with that and everything to do with the fact that like I have grown and I don't want to talk tips and tricks anymore.
I've been like, to me, it's just, it's like, it's, it's just not, it's, it's de evolution for me to do that. It'd be going backwards because tips and tricks were what we did in the beginning.
And then I got to a point where I felt like I've given every tip and trick. I've given every technique. I don't know how else to say this. Again, I've said it a thousand fucking times in so many different ways.
I've given so many examples. I've talked about the same subjects over and over and over. I can't, I can't anymore. And I stopped making content for a while. And that's why I stopped making YouTube videos.
I stopped putting those YouTube videos on the podcast, which is what the tips and tricks used to be. And then for a while, the podcast was just clips from Mindset Monday. So,
and even then I stopped doing what I was doing there, which was answering questions all the time. because I can't do the same thing over and over. I'm just not that kind of a person. I just get bored and then I need to move on. I'm an artist.
So like I really just cannot continue to harp on the same thing forever and ever and ever. Like this, what we're talking about now, it'll shift at some point.
And you know what's interesting is even like, I might have mentioned this last week or maybe this hasn't, no, no, no. This is brand new information. I'm interested in starting another podcast. Not that I'm,
this one's gonna continue. I just, I want another space where I feel like I can express myself more freely. And it's so funny actually now I'm seeing these things draw together. The reason why this podcast has shifted and the reason why it's more of a one -on -one conversation,
more of a contemplative kind of experience. And it's actually a channeled message. A lot of what comes through the podcast is channeled.
So it has changed because I have changed and what resonates with me has changed. And what I have found as a business owner is that if I wanna be happy in my business and life,
I can't just keep doing the same thing because that's what people expect from me and that's what people know me for. And even that's what people come to me for. It's taking me a long time to be able to accept the fact and just be okay with the fact that I don't do that stuff anymore and I'm sorry.
And that's it. And like if you want me for the manifestation 101 basics, like refer to my old work as much with love again because I just,
I'm not there anymore. I'm personally beyond that. And because of that, I have to be professionally beyond that because if not, I will like fucking rip my eyes out.
Like as a person, I can't stand doing the same shit over and over. Like it bugs me. Once I'm done with something, I'm done with it. And like I can hyper focus and I can really get into something but then once I'm over it,
I'm over it and I just gotta go. I gotta go and I gotta do something different or it's gonna be burnt to the ground. So the fact that I'm still here here is because I have shifted. I literally would not be still be here right now recording this podcast if I kept doing it the way I was doing it.
I stopped. I didn't do it. The only thing that brought me back was a new style of like, okay, if I'm gonna be putting out content and I'm expected to do it on a regular basis and I'm gonna want to do it.
Like I need to want to do this. It's not a chore. Then I need to be able to talk about what I want when I want and how I want. And if the way I speak about it doesn't resonate with you anymore, I understand. I really do because I have changed,
but also like I, with love, I hope you find the right person because I just, I'm not gonna go back and I'm not gonna backslide. So I love you and I appreciate you and thanks for the feedback.
And that's just my perspective on it. If you've been wondering, I have had some people say like, "Oh, it sounds like she's just reading her diary and talking in her room." I'm like, "Well, yeah, that's exactly what's going on. I'm in my room and I'm just talking." And the beauty of art and podcaster is that I can create what I want and you can not listen to it if you don't want to.
And if you do want to, great. But I think business owners and content creators really trap themselves by thinking that they have to give the people what the people say they want.
And I know that probably sounds counterintuitive, especially because, actually, especially because today's topic literally came from a question from the audience. But it's also something I'm seeing a lot in my coaching and something we discussed last night on our Big Beautiful Dreams Q &A call.
Both, actually, I think it's funny because I'm, I'm, I've got two things in my head right now that are both related to what we're talking about today that we discussed both on the call last night. First thing I'm gonna say is you should be building your business,
your brand, your content creation, your art, your products, whatever it is that you put out or create or help people with or guide people with, whatever that thing is, you should be doing what you want.
And this is with love, I'm gonna say something here. So earmuffs, if you're sensitive, if you're gonna get your feelings hurt, here's some, put some earmuffs on your fucking heart. Who gives a fuck what the audience wants?
And I don't mean that, listen, I'm saying this because, because, because, because, because, art is art. The creator must feel inspired and connected to their art in order to create the best work.
And, and if an artist starts listening too much to the opinions of the critiques or of the audience, then they lose what makes them a creator and an artist to begin with.
And this may be a controversial take. This may be a hot take. You may as the audience hear this and be like, well fuck her, she doesn't give a fuck about my opinion.
I mean, I do, obviously I do care, that's why I'm here. But also like, I can't let you tell me what I need to do,
how I should do it, what I should make, what I should talk about. Because if I let you tell me that, I lose my fire in who I am.
I lose why you're here to begin with. And that's exactly why I stopped making those videos. Because I stopped feeling creative. I stopped feeling in control of what I was creating.
It was all about, okay, I gotta answer this question. Now we're talking about this. What does YouTube's algorithm want me to make today? And all of that filtered into all the content I was making.
And so this conversation, again, it came up last night on our coaching call. Do not build your business or your brand around what you think other people want. You will only burn yourself out and resent your business.
business. You have to start with you as the source and stop looking outside of yourself. Stop looking to the people. Stop trying to figure out how to make money. Stop saying,
okay, what's gonna make me money? What's gonna bring in sales? What do they wanna buy so that I can make money? That is not the way to go about it. That may work in the short term.
And it's not that it's not profitable. It's not that it's not possible. That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying you are gonna fucking hate it. I'm saying you're gonna wake up and want to quit and burn it all to the ground.
I've had days where I was bringing in thousands of dollars that day and I hated every minute of it because I wasn't doing what I wanted to do anymore. In the beginning,
it is what I wanted to do. And then I got sucked into the, again, playing the algorithm game, listening to what other people were telling me,
what they wanted, and not listening to myself, not trusting myself because this was making money. And so I had, that's why I've done this whole shift and just pivoted and just have been unapologetic about it.
Like, yep, we're talking business now. We're talking like actual creature dreams. Like I said, we're not talking about the trees. We're talking about the whole fucking forest. And the reason is because that's what I care about. That's what I've always cared about.
I've always been the person that's like, okay, fine, your boyfriend, whatever, but like, what are you doing with your life? Like, where are we going? What are we building? What's the future? What is your legacy? That's who I am. That's who I really am.
Even in real life, all I fucking care about is my business and my legacy and my empire. That's literally what takes my attention up 24 /7. I'm obsessed with this.
So to talk about anything else is just like a waste of my time and energy. It's depleting my power, my power source and my life force. And then that gets translated onto what I present to you it's watered down,
there's resentment behind it. It isn't actually my true creative honesty. So if you are creating,
whether it's in your business, whether it's for your social media, whether it's for your art, your music, your writing, if you're creating from a space of what will they read? What will they pay for?
What will they listen to? What will they like? You are already backwards and behind. You need to return back to the source, which is you. 'Cause if you remember,
you were in a hologram and there's only you in here and those people out there, they're not even real. They're projections of you. So stop listening to your projections and listen to the source,
which is you, the artistic point. You are where the magic comes from. And if you start looking elsewhere to find the source of the magic,
you diminish the magic. So don't create your business from that place, okay? Now,
that was a little PSA, it's funny. And again, I see why anybody that's listening that wants tips and tricks would listen to this and be like, this bitch is just talking about whatever. Yeah, you're right, you're right.
And if you don't die with that, please exit. And I appreciate you for checking it out and no hard feelings. But also, I believe that my value,
my insights are extremely valuable. I've been coaching for years and I've talked to thousands of people. I have so much perspective on humans and combined that with my education,
my knowledge about the universe and manifesting and then my knowledge of running a business. I have a lot to fucking offer. and I love being able to share my insights here on the podcast and on Instagram and anywhere else you might see me.
So I thank you. I appreciate you. And really what the conversation today is about is about being seen and I'm seeing the threads tied together now because part of what I just talked about is radical confidence in being seen for,
for who I really am. Right? Like what I just talked about was like, I didn't want to be seen for the mask. I don't like wearing a mask, honestly. And I think we all end up having to create some sort of persona that will allow us to,
you know, move through society in a more seamless way and hide our true selves because I think a lot of us, especially if you're here, I know I attract similar people to myself.
You go through life trying to be yourself and like letting little, little like rays of your, of your true sunlight shine through and then people respond in weird ways or you figure out,
oh, people don't like that or people don't like me when I do this or I get weird responses or whatever it is. And you start like putting clouds in front of that sun and,
and just dim, dimming the light and not letting yourself shine through and over time you become completely hidden.
And then if you're then trying to start a business or a brand or you want an online personality or you want to be an online personality or you want to be a content creator and you're coming from a place of hiding,
it's gonna be really hard for you to be out in front of the world on social media with your brand. And I see a lot of business owners and content creators and artists struggling with this idea of not wanting to be seen.
And this is a conversation we had last night also on the Big Beautiful Dreams Club Q &A call. So I wanted to address this idea of when you hide yourself and you're uncomfortable with yourself being seen,
it's hard for your brand to be seen because your brand is an extension of you, right? You are the centerpiece of it and not wanting to be seen prevents you from showing up in your business the way that the business requires.
And so you end up doing harm to your business and then to yourself as well because this is just what I see, right? Like your worthiness is attached to the business as well.
Your worthiness is attached to how many followers or how much money, how many sales, how many customers, how many views, all of that. And because you have issues being seen,
you're hiding yourself, you're not being true to your true authenticity, you're not saying what you really want to say. So then you want to be seen even less, right? So it's like, not only do I not want to be seen but I don't want to be seen in my inauthenticity,
that feels uncomfortable. Feeling seen in my authenticity also feels very uncomfortable and vulnerable. vulnerable. My business needs to be front and center in front of the people who are aligned with what I create.
But I don't wanna be front and center. So my business can't be front and center. So I'm missing out on sales. I'm missing out on opportunities. I'm leaving money on the table.
I feel like bleh, I'm mad at myself. I wish I could. I don't know what to do. I feel stuck. I wanna go live, but I don't, all this stuff, right? You really have to look at what is the fear under being seen?
And so last night on our group coaching call, when this question came up, I was like, "I want you," because the answer is different for everybody. So a fear of being seen and so not showing up in your business or online the way that you should in order to bring in the sales that you want and the followers and the audience that you want is very common.
But the reason why is different for everybody. So I can't tell you why you don't wanna be seen, but I want you to figure that out.
I want you to do a little bit of soul searching, do some meditation, go in, go within and answer this question, what happens if I'm seen?
What happens if someone sees me? What is the real issue here? What's the big bad? Why are we afraid? Why are we avoiding it? Why are we uncomfortable? What happens if you're seen?
Because that answer is going to hold the key to dismantling the belief and the fear and the block, essentially.
So when you look at why you're afraid or why you're avoiding being seen, let's say, I'm just gonna make something up so we have an example to use, but let's say your mom was like really hyperzealous on safety and kept you shielded.
Maybe you weren't allowed to wear revealing clothes or maybe you weren't allowed to go outside much or I don't know, I'm literally just making something up. But underneath the fear of being seen would be like it's not safe to be seen.
I'm in danger if I'm seen. I'll be exposed if I'm seen and if I'm exposed, I'll be vulnerable to abuse or whatever it is, right?
Like, I want you to think about what is underneath that fear so that you can then start doing your 360 method work. You can start applying the healing tools.
You can talk about it in your therapy. You can start pulling your power back from it by recognizing it, noticing when it bothers you and changing the narrative about it.
You can do revision and rewrite the story and start approaching this thing from a different angle. And you can do, I would say, do all the above. Do all these things.
Do everything that you can think of to rewrite. You do affirmations. You use your 360 awareness and discipline. You, again, you rewrite, you revise, you re -script it,
dismantle it in therapy. Break it down and realize, you know what, maybe, hey, maybe it wasn't safe for me to be seen as a child, but now I'm a grown adult with my own decisions,
my own safety precautions, I'm gonna be okay. And also, this is like root chakrasha. This is like your safety, your security. So these are all areas where you can start applying healing,
loving vibes to this feeling. And re -creating your experience with being seen in real time so that you can start showing up in front of your business so you can show up online so that you can be front and center and you can share your magic with the world and then you can share it authentically,
right? Because thinking back to what I was talking about in the beginning of this episode of, in the beginning where I was just doing what people were asking me of and I didn't want to step forward and,
or I was a, you know, hesitant, hesitant, a reticent to step forward and actually talk about what I wanted to talk about because I was afraid of leaving people behind,
I was afraid of leaving money on the table, I was afraid of turning my back on my clients, I was afraid of turning my back on my audience, all of those things, but what I did because of that was turn my back on myself.
I turned my back on my true self and allowed myself to hide behind the mask because it was easier, well, it really wasn't,
but, you know, it felt easier to not do the change, to not do what was hard, to not put myself out there in a vulnerable and new way, to not recreate who Roxy is.
And it's interesting because that's who I am also, I'm very much like a Madonna -esque person, I grew up in the 90s, I loved Madonna when I was a kid and she always changed her look,
her style, was always evolving. And I remember just being very like enthralled by that and it's been who I am forever. I had a teacher in high school that used to call me the master of disguise 'cause he's like,
you look different every time I see you, you're like a different person every time I see you. And I just have always been about moving forward and evolving, whether it's with fashion or my style or what I'm doing,
what I'm talking about, I can't stand staying the same. So if this is resonating with you, if you're like,
you know what, I'm not doing what I actually wanna do. I'm actually kind of miserable trying to fit myself into this box that I created. And it's okay if you created the box you're in.
Well, you did, obviously you created it, but like it's okay that you created the box you're in. It's okay if you started a business or a brand brand or a project that you were fucking 100 ,000 % gung -ho about and yes,
yes, yes, I love this. I'm doing it. And then at some point you realize this is not what I want to do anymore. That is fucking amazing. You know what that is? That self -awareness. And then if you take that a step further and say,
okay, I recognize that I don't want to do this anymore, I'm not gonna, that's self -love baby. That is like caring for yourself. That is putting yourself first.
That is prioritizing yourself and your needs and your creativity. And if you're listening to this podcast, if you were an entrepreneur, a business owner, a creative, you are an artist. You are meant to innovate.
You are not meant to stay the same. And you're not meant to fit into anybody else's boxes or opinions of who you are and how you should be. You are just not.
And if the people that are following you don't want you to change, then they do not understand true art. They do not understand that art is evolution and that anybody that is a true creative must evolve in their creative process or they aren't being true to themselves.
And if you want my art, if you want my true heart and opinion, then you will let me shift and you'll either support me in it or you'll move on with love.
And maybe someday you'll come back and maybe you will resonate with where I'm at in that moment. Or maybe you get to shift along with me and grow as I grow.
'Cause both of those things have happened. I've lost a lot of people since doing this shift and that's okay. Somebody left this comment on my Instagram the other day and I was like, "Damn, that's so smart." They were like,
"I lost a lot of people when I pivoted, "but then I realized," and they were like, "I was afraid to pivot, I was afraid to pivot, "but then I realized those people "are not my people anyways." So if you're still here,
thank you. If you're brand new, hi, welcome. If you're still here and you're hanging on by a thread, I appreciate you and I thank you for listening. If you're hoping the old stuff is gonna come back, I can't say when it will or if it ever will.
If you enjoy this style, cool, this is what we're doing right now. I don't know how long it'll last. But what I can tell you is that as I grow and evolve, I'm gonna bring you along with me and I'm going to make sure that I remember this lesson of don't water down your message and don't stifle yourself and your creativity because you think that's what other people wanna see or hear.
Don't hide behind boring branding because you don't wanna show your face. It's fine if you don't wanna show your face, but being seen doesn't necessarily mean you have to show your face. Being seen means you are real,
authentic, honest, true to yourself. It means that if you're just doing fucking manifestation coaching because it makes sense and it seems right, but you're not actually really aligned to it,
you're not gonna wanna build your fucking business. If you are somebody that wants to be seen online and you wanna talk to people, but you are afraid that if you are exposed and think bad is gonna happen,
you're gonna sabotage your business. And this is where you have to do that self work, that inner work and you have to hold yourself to a new standard. You have to lead yourself in a new way. You have to rise above your own limitations.
Nobody can do that for you. Nobody can tell you, hey, it's time to move forward. It's time for you to stop acting like that. It's time for you to raise your standards. No one can tell you that.
It's a personal observation and dedication. And you can't let other people's opinions stop you from creating what you're here to create,
from saying what you're here to say. Sometimes when they show me analogies, it cracks me up. So I'm very particular about my food.
I love food. I like the way I like it. And I want it the way I want it when I want it. Like if I think I'm having something I want it to taste the way I want it to taste, right? And I've noticed that like I'll have my own recipes and if I try to like bring someone in or share something with it and they like they want to add,
even if it's just one fucking spice and it ruins the whole dish and then I get mad. And I remember it for life. I remember it for life. Oh my gosh.
Like the time when I was making beef stroganoff. This is obviously before I was a vegan. My mom's signature beef stroganoff, which is was like my favorite meal at home. And I was making it for my husband and my brother -in -law.
And my brother -in -law was like, "Let's put Rosemary in it." And I wanted to be a team player. So I did and I hated it. And I was just thinking about that yesterday. And it's been like, it's probably been like 15 years since that happened.
And I'm like, "Oh my god, remember when I ruined my fucking..." Like I'll never even have these stroganoff again. I'll never get to eat it. And that was rude. Like I just was thinking about it. Anyways, so when you let someone else sprinkle their fucking spices into your sauce,
it changes the flavor. You may like the flavor or you may hate it and you may remember that for the rest of your life if you're like me. I have to be Roxy and I have to be Roxy 1000%.
I cannot let the opinions, the feelings, the the ideas of other people change this.
Yes, I can take suggestions. Yes, I can take criticisms but I also need to filter that through my own beliefs and value system. And when I received that comment where the person was like,
"Can you go back to making tips? "Maybe you could make two episodes a month "so they would be higher quality." I sat with it for a moment and I actually felt really nice 'cause I didn't have a visceral reaction.
I didn't feel like attacked or judged. I thought about it from their perspective. I thought about it from my perspective and I just said with love,
like really like the episodes changed 'cause I changed. And it may go back to that way in the future and it may not, I can't really say but what I can say is that I have to,
as an artist and a creator, be true to myself. I have to be authentic. I can't do the mask anymore. Like I lived behind the mask for so long that I cannot let the mask have the spotlight anymore.
And if you are in a space right now where like you're trying to build a business but you just don't feel like you're resonating with it, you don't wanna do the work, somehow you're just like, "I don't know why I don't wanna create for this. "I don't wanna work on my business." I can almost guarantee it's because you don't actually wanna do that.
And if you're somebody who loves your business and wants to create for it but you're too afraid or hesitant or stressed or whatever to show up on camera,
I Want to challenge you and say this like you don't a have to show your face. You don't have to You can if you want if it's if it's not about that if it's maybe about being honest I want to share from this,
but I don't want to tell this part of my story You don't have to tell that part of your story Nobody needs to know what you don't want them to know You can share your vulnerability and your lessons and what you've learned without sharing Specific details of your history being Open online and and sharing with people does not mean that you have to be an open book And that you have to share absolutely every aspect of
yourself you get to keep parts private you get to keep things to yourself and Honestly like in the this world where everything is exposed and people are just constantly sharing every fucking like mood swing they have and like I just heard something really gross in my head.
I don't want to say it like that every Every trip, okay They're dick they're just sharing every moment of their fucking lives that we do not need to know about right sharing meals like what when did that be?
It's so it's so weird, but and sharing negative experiences and going online and talking about The the bad thing that happened to them When that is like the culture, do you know how fucking like hot it is to like keep shit to yourself?
Do you know how how awesome it is to be somebody that doesn't come online and dump negativity on there? It's it we need more of that Honesty and authenticity.
Yes, but over sharing We don't have to you don't have to do that Nobody needs to know every nook and cranny of your story and if if that's what's been making you Avoid showing up.
I want you to think about What parts of the story you can share that can be relevant and can help and then leave the details out because it's nobody's fucking business? It's nobody's fucking business and nobody is entitled to a goddamn thing from you or me with love Last time I checked it was my name on the fucking podcast and if that turns you off Goodbye with love love,
with the utmost love and care. I understand why that might turn you off, but I also am gonna say I don't care because that's my truth and that's what I really wanted to say in that moment. And so I did. But I also wanna empower you to be able to say fuck that,
fuck you, fuck this, I'm gonna do me or I'm out. In fact, I applaud that behavior. I wish more people would do that. We need to normalize people just being themselves and not trying to fit a mold.
And if you were more of yourself and you weren't trying to fit a mold, you would actually be more successful in your business and in your brand. The more authentic you are, the better you are at attracting the perfect clients.
Because the people in, at large, the audience, right? The people that we said don't exist. The audience at large, the other people in your hologram, they are all mirrors and reflections and they're doing what you say.
They're responding to your energy, they're reflecting you. So when you are inauthentic, when you don't show who you really are, when you hide behind a mask, you attract people who are an energetic match to your mask,
to your hiding, to your shame, to your fear, to your worry, to your insecurity. That is what you are attracting by not being truly authentic, by not being okay with being vulnerable and being honest with who you are.
When you operate in fear, you attract scary shit because the fear has to replicate. So more things that scare you have to come into your world.
You're gonna be going down your Instagram and there's gonna be a post that's gonna say, "Why your business isn't gonna be successful "unless you go live every week." (laughs) And you're gonna be like, "No, this is exactly what I was afraid of." It's gonna validate your fears and then you're gonna start the cycle all over again 'cause of manifestation.
So I want this episode to be your permission, to be yourself, to be true, to be honest, to be real, to be upfront, to be unapologetic about your truth.
It is okay if you started something that you no longer resonate with and you wanna change it. It is okay if you've been trying to fit yourself into a box and you realize that you don't wanna be in that box anymore.
It is okay if you're realizing in this moment that you have been lying to yourself and to everybody around you for years. And it is okay if you're listening to this and you're like, "I'm never listening to another fucking episode of this again." You have that right and I understand and I'm like applaud you for fucking standing up and turn this off,
quit wasting your time. Go listen to something else. But if it is resonating, I invite you to DM me on Instagram or leave a comment here on Spotify.
Let me know how you feel, like what is this deal? What's going on underneath this fear of being seen if this is resonating for you? And what are you going to do now to start heading back in the other direction?
Start allowing yourself to believe it's okay to be seen, that it's okay to be honest, it's okay to be authentic, it's okay to be in your truth and to express it and to let what happens from that happen.
If I lose another 1 ,000 people because I was honest and real about how I feel in this episode, that's okay. Because guess what? Those people are not aligned to who I am.
And they deserve to find someone to listen to that they are aligned with. And I deserve to have an audience of people who understand and respect me,
right? As do you. I just realized, I mentioned earlier about a new podcast I wanted to start. I didn't really say it. I'm just gonna say it now because I kind of wanted to keep it under wraps, but then I realized I wouldn't be able to find what I'm looking for unless I start speaking it into existence.
So I'm having this new thing come through me where I want to start a new podcast and it's a comedy podcast. And there are two conditions.
'Cause I've already had people be like, I'm really funny. I'm sure you are. But here's the thing. These are the two requirements. Number one, I've already decided with the most love in the entire world,
it's gotta be somebody who has an audience as well. Because I don't want to feel like I'm starting over from scratch, building something from the ground up again. I want it to feel like two powerhouses.
Oh my God, did you hear Roxy and so and so are having a podcast together? Holy crap. Oh my God, I have to listen to that. I have to watch this or whatever it is, right? I want that energy. Two powerhouses coming together and creating something fucking amazing and fun and unique.
The second requirement, very specific sense of humor. Because I have a specific sense of humor and actually it really ties into this episode too.
It's like, because I have such an interesting or unique sense of humor, a lot of times people don't get me. And I've been, of course, I'm perpetuating the story. I know,
blah, blah, blah. But throughout my life, I've experienced a lot of times times people not getting me, not understanding, which again, this is why I talked about earlier, having to put on that mask, having to pretend that I'm fucking normal or that I,
whatever, you know? But I'm not, I'm kind of a weirdo. And I have a very strange sense of humor, but the right person, when that gets unlocked, oh my God, like so much fun,
just a fucking riot, just a ball of laughs and I'm feeling the vibes and the excitement and how fun and funny this podcast is gonna be. If you've ever watched shits and gigs, it's like that vibe,
like Fuhad and James, or with Katya and Trixie, like that kind of energy or even like Super Fruit with the guys from Pentatonix.
Just the way that people, like that banter, that chemistry, I'm looking for the person that has the right sense of humor to unlock that, to unlock mine and have a funny podcast with,
okay? So I don't know who the person is yet. Those are my two requirements. I don't want to, listen, if you're funny, I love you. I'm sure you're fucking hilarious and I'm sure we'd have a great time,
but if we don't have both requirements, I don't want to sound like, this is what I didn't want to say. I'm like, your audience isn't big enough.
And I don't mean that with, like, I know how fucking stupid and bitchy that sounds. But also again, the energy of it is I don't want to feel like I'm starting from scratch. I could start a podcast from scratch at any time.
The point is there's somebody out there that is also looking for me that wants to join forces who has the exact perfect sense of humor for me and we're gonna fucking have a blast and I cannot wait for you to hear this.
And I'm very excited about it. Again, this is so beginning stages that I just had the idea for on Monday. So I don't have any prospects yet.
I have no clue who the person is supposed to be, but we'll see. We'll see what comes about. Simply by me putting it out into the ether and letting it be known that my intention is to find the person and start something really fun.
So bigbeautifuldreams .com, if you would like to join my group group of amazing, inspiring creators who are building their businesses, they're quitting their jobs,
they're getting their LLCs, they're bringing on new clients, they're growing their empires, they're monetizing their passions, they're doing it in a space of support with other people that are just like them.
I love bigbeautifuldreams .com, it's my favorite place. It was the first thing I created that was like super aligned to my truth. When I made this pivot and decided that I was gonna really focus on talking about building a business,
building an empire, changing the world with your business, and this things like that, I made bigbeautifuldreams .club. So it really is like the most aligned to my dream and my purpose thing that I have.
And so I just love that space and I love the people that it attracts. I love the community, everyone's so supportive, everyone's so inspiring, we have such a great time. And it's just such an incredible space.
I really wish that I had it when I was building my business. It's what would have really helped me and what I really needed during that time. So I created it from that space of knowing where you're at, understanding what it's like to just be fed up with the status quo and like,
no, I have to do something and I'm gonna fucking do it big. So bigbeautifuldreams .com, $59 a month. We have a December masterclass coming up. So that is a good reason to jump in and then the December game plan will be dropping next week.
So I'm so excited, I love you so much for listening. Thank you, thank you for being here. I'm proud of you, I'm excited. Let me know if you have any epiphanies about why you're not wanting to show up,
why you're feeling like it's hard to be seen, why you're feeling like you can't be authentic or you can't do what you actually wanna do, you're afraid people are gonna leave, you're afraid they're gonna get turned off,
whatever it is, I understand, I've been there, I've gone through it, I did the thing. It's not that hard, it just takes a little bit of like gumption and like digging in your heels and saying,
no, this is me, this is me and you're going to love it or not. And that's okay because I love it. I love me and my love and acceptance of me is enough.
So that's the vibe you want to be on big people dreams .com. Come check us out. Roxy talks .com for more. I'm here for you. I love you. I'm so proud of you. I can't wait to see what you do. We're all raising our vibrations together.
