 What is up my fellow dreamers and the soul searchers. Welcome to another episode of Roxy talks, where we discuss manifestation. We talk about mindset. We talk about how to create the world that you want to live in while you are navigating the world you're currently living in. And we talk about here, how to.

Do it with grace, do it with ease and do it in the best possible way. That's going to lead us to the outcomes that we want, which is of course, coming into being, and connecting with becoming our ideal version, living our ideal realities, living our ideal lives with our ideal person in our ideal situation.

Looking in the ideal way. Right. That's what we all want. So cool. Easy, easy enough. And you know, the great thing about this realm or this place that we call earth, this world, whatever it is is that apparently it's set up to give us just that if we are trained on. That which we want because the real hard truth of the matter.

And, you know, the inescapable reality is that whatever you're trained on, whatever your mind is trained on, whatever your mind is fixed on, whatever your mind is focused on more of the time is creating a 3d physical rendering of your world. So if you want to choose. And select and anticipate what that 3d rendering looks like and feels like.

And experience is like, then you must by default of course, by nature, as the creator put into the mix, the correct ingredients that are going to get you the outcome that you want. You know, if you want a strawberry cake, you can't be putting. Donald chocolate and lemon in it, because those aren't strawberry.

And if you want strawberry, then you got to put strawberries in your cake and you need to put all the ingredients that are required to make a cake into a cake, and you need to bake it for the proper amount of time and let it sit there and do its thing cooled down and everything frosted up before you eat it.

If you want the best possible experience. So same goes with your manifestations. Like you don't want your cake in the beginning stages of a cake. You don't want it when it's. What's in dries or, you know, the cake batter. Okay. Actually. Yeah, we do. Look, we do enjoy cake batter, but that's, that's the size of one.

That's more about enjoying the trip while we're on it. But my point is is that, you know, if you want a piece of cake, cake, batter is not cake flour is not cake. Sugar is not cake oven. Time is not cake, but it's part of the process. And we are in a place that. Abides by her seem to, seems to abide by this idea of time that doesn't really exist this linear notion.

And so we think linearly because we've been conditioned to, we've been taught that that's how things work and how things unfold. And one thing comes after another one foot in front of the other one step first, you know, there's a lot of ways that is hammered into us, but ultimately we are not linear creatures.

So when we treat ourselves as linear creatures, and we think that, you know, some things have to take a while or somethings have to this before that, and then this, and then that while there are pieces to the unfolding process for each manifestation, of course, we also use these ideas of what steps need to come first.

Before something else can happen to limit ourselves and to keep ourselves stuck in occurrence that we're not really fond of. And I've seen a lot of people kind of, you know, with my coaching and the, the client, the YouTube clients, a lot of people in the Facebook group, people falling prey to this idea that.

Well, I have to have this before I can have this. And I always tell my clients, like, if you do that, if you have to have one before the other, then you're tainting both of those manifestations and neither of them are pure. And in the now when you can't have one without the other, and you are actively saying with your, your affirmations and your consciousness that I don't have either of these things.

It just keeps pushing what you want farther away and you, you make it conditional and it needs to be unconditional because you are unconditional. And the universe is unconditional and abundance is unconditional and everything goes on forever and in infinity. So there is no lack. So if you're reflecting, lack, if you're seeing lack it's because you think that there's lack, but it's not true.

You're convinced of that fact. So what I wanted to really get into today is. When you are in this in-between phase, right? If we're talking about baking the cake, this is when we're mixing the things and the ingredients together. This is when we're pouring it into the pan and putting it in the oven and sitting around and waiting, wanting cakes really bad, but also wanting good cake, not just cake batter or semi liquid.

So it's all a cake, right? Like I want regular white cake frosted, fluffy, delicious cake. And when it has to do with your manifestation, when it is the thing that you want more than anything, it can be really difficult to just like sit by and let the oven do its work without, as some people would say evidence of it or seeing movement.

I hear that one a lot. Not seeing movement. How do we keep the faith? How do you stay convinced that. When you open up that oven at the right time, the cake's going to be made. It's going to be fluffy and ready to go, ready to take out of the oven, or even can you even be convinced that that timer is going to go off and let you know when your cake is ready to come out of the oven?

Meaning do you believe that there's even an oven baking your cake and that things are possible for you? That you're going to have cake in your future. We tend to get stuck in these. Comfortable phases, the phases where we'd rather just continue on with the status quo, then feel unease at the unknown future when we're going towards something new.

When we're choosing a new reality, when we're moving towards what we want, we go through these transitionary periods where we don't know what the hell is going on. We're just reacting. We're trying to adapt. We are learning how to exist in our new normal and to. You know, keep the old, the old thoughts at Bay, and it's just like kind of the swirl of, of uncertainty.

It can be. And when you're going through these phases, it can be hard to lose sight of the overall goal. It could potentially, I'm not saying it's going to be, it could be potentially, you know, a little bit difficult to stay. On track. If, you know, maybe it's, I don't want to affirm this for you, but maybe taking a little while and the 3d, you're not really seeing movement, but it's those very thoughts that create that distance.

And that stagnation is noticing that it's not here. And all of these things work together to kind of create this idea of faith because when you are believing and trusting and living as something you don't physically have in your 3d is real. You're, you know, we know this we're essentially lying to ourselves.

It's how it feels. It feels like we're not being honest, we're diluted and all these things. And I hear this a lot, but you know, like I, in my personal opinion it would, it's an illusion whether you're happy or you're sad. So like, why be diluted about something sad when you can be diluted about something happy and eventually it's going to come about in your 3d world, because that just seems to be how the room works.

Like pretty cool. So yeah. But I also have, you know, faith and I understand, and I know because I've experienced it enough to believe and to know when, to trust that everything is working and, and. Happening the way that I intended for it, I've experienced it enough that I believe it. So if you're at this place where you haven't had enough of these things pop through, or enough experiences to fully convince you, you are kind of working in this area of blind faith, you are having to not only convince yourself that it's real, but, but also do the work of ignoring the thoughts that say that it's not real. And it may seem like the same thing, but in my eyes, that's two different things. It's kind of like a dual, a dual purpose job. We need to erase and ignore the, the quote unquote bad or, or the negative.

And then we need to also fill in or refill that space with the quote unquote positive. And so it's a double duty. And, and even, so that brings, always brings back to my three 60 method it's awareness and discipline the awareness to know that that's going on in your mind and the discipline to say something better every single time.

And so what you really have to do is operate in this space between I don't have to see anything to know that it's happening. And, and knowing, and knowing that it's happening and having it, like, it's just this, this in-between of like, yeah, I know, of course I know it's happening. Like maybe it's not in my physical 3d around me.

Like right now I don't have a million dollars in my physical presence on my person, but I got a million dollars up here. So does it really matter where it is if I can live and know and feel. Secure feel the security that the million dollars brings. Same with love. Do I need to have my husband's sitting next to me to know and feel that I am loved and in a great committed relationship.

And I can answer this for you right now and say no, because both of those things are true for me right now. My husband is not in my physical space. He's not right here. But I know that we have an amazing relationship and a great bond. And as soon as we reunite back in the same space, it's going to be just as great as it was the last time we were in each other's physical presence.

And so I'm not losing out on any love, just because this person isn't sitting next to me. And you can use that kind of idea to equate with this, this, this notion of faith. Because I'm not, you know, and I just thought, I thought of like a baby, you know, when you like peekaboo with a baby, you would pick a boot from them.

They think you're gone, you get it. Right. So. It's kind of like that, like, you're doing that to yourself, with your manifestation, your peek-a-boo in yourself, and you're believing that because your peak peak that your person or your love, or your money or your success, or your ideal self isn't there, when, in reality, you're just being put, you're just being fooled by peekaboo at the moment and that's okay.

That's cute. We're playing games and that's fine, but yeah. That's not the reality of it. No, one's gone anywhere. There's nothing you're missing. You're not lacking and it's not really gone. It's just peekaboo. So just think about that. When you start to feel like you're lacking the faith or you don't believe it, or you're not seeing evidence and you don't know where it is.

Think about peekaboo. Oh, it's just being peekaboo for me right now. And so I need to be like play back with it. Be playful, be light, be, you know, uh, welcoming of it. And not push it away with fear, worried out insecurity, noticing the lack, creating lack by, by quote unquote, noticing it because it's not really there.

You're like, you're making the lack when you notice it. Cause it wasn't really there before. Right? So there is no lack. So faith having faith in your manifestation, this is allowing the strings to be pulled behind the scenes without having to pull them yourself. Letting the string polar polar strings.

Cause you're not the string puller. You are the dictator and the string puller is your Lackey. It's a bunch of lackeys. It's a whole team of lackeys because frankly, it's too big of an operation for you to worry yourself with you're too busy, running the fucking show. So, if I'm running the show, I can't also be on the soundboard and I can't be up to handling, handling the lights and I can't be ushers in the audience.

You know, like I have to be on stage doing the, the front man's job. And it's the same thing with you and your, your manifestations and your, your beliefs. If you will, are your ideal version, then you need to be up on stage being your ideal version and not worrying about what the people, you know, in the sound box are doing or.

Above the lighting rigging out. I didn't do theater. So I don't know. I don't know any of these stars, but you know what I'm saying? Like, you're not in the orchestra, you're on the stage. You need to be doing onstage stuff. And that is continuing to play the role of the ideal self that you have chosen. You have to keep that role going and let the handlers and all the other people that are a part of the production do their jobs, which is to keep.

Everything else going around you so that you can deliver your flawless performance. Right? So having faith is about learning how to be okay. In the present moment, without evidence outside stimulation, outside validation, no thing, person place, any emotion, you don't need anything to be. Just okay. Just fulfill, just like, yeah, I'm good to go satisfied in the moment.

I don't need anything cause I have everything. We want to learn how to emit that. And my two best things. I'm going to tell you if you want to work on that. Cause that's what I'm working on now. And the best things that are helping me are meditation. And actually this power of now book by Eckhart. Totally.

I've been talking about it on the podcast. We're reading it in our book club, which you can find at roxytalks.com/forum. We are. Or excuse me, those two things are really helping me understand how to be, how to be period, but, but be present, be okay in the present moment, chill out. It helps you learn to observe your thoughts and not attach yourself, yourself to them.

So. Part of this faith thing, having faith in the manifestations, knowing that it's unfolding, even if you're not really seeing stuff is first of all, stop saying that because we keep manifesting it. If we're saying we're not seeing movement, or it's taking a long time, that's manifestations, affirmations, it's working and it's doing that thing obviously because you're experiencing it so clearly.

That's working. So manifestation is at work. Don't forget that you're always manifesting that doesn't stop. It's just that we have put more attention on the fact that we don't see physical evidence of it. And so we continue to not see physical evidence of it because that's just going to continue to be reflected in our world.

So we need to, if we want to have. I have everything I need. I don't need a thing reflected to us in our world. We have to be that. Now we have to shine any myth that now. So you have to start being okay in the present moment, learning how to make yourself be okay. Learning how to not need anything. How to just chill, enjoy what's going on around you.

Soak up the present, clear out your thinking and just be connected. To yourself, to your soul, to your highest version, to God, to whatever it is that you want to the present moment, to the people in your life, to the new story, to the ideal story, to your pets, to your children, to your best friend, to your partner, to your career, to your job, to yourself.

It doesn't really matter what we're talking about. Learning how to be okay in the present moment is how you have faith in manifestation because the more you practice. Not needing anything, not feeling antsy, not wondering where it's at and not having thoughts, bombard you, not thinking about what you got to do, not thinking about what you did.

All of that stuff when you can just be okay. You realize that you are okay. I know that sounds obvious, but it's like, when you just realize that you're okay, then you are okay. And when you're okay, the universe is allowed to continue to make you. Okay. And the things that make you okay. And feel like you don't need a damn thing, are the things that fulfill you.

And so if you are communicating that you are fulfilled, Then you must in turn be fulfilled because that's how the universe works. So if we are communicating that we don't have faith, are we not sure how this manifestation thing's going to work, then that will be fulfilled and you will continue to be president?

Not sure. Right? Like, you're not going to be sure if that's what you, I keep saying. So if you want to have faith, start out by saying I have faith. I have complete and total faith in this. I know it's working out for me. I know it's working out in my favor. It's unfolding around me. I see it. I feel it. I taste, I smell it.

I touch it. It's happening right now and it feels great. And I'm so grateful. It's so amazing. And thank you, Lord universe. God creator, infinite source, whoever Garfield. Why did he just pop them up in my head? I'll thank Garfield. Who knows? Thank whoever you want. Hello, kitty. Thank you for. My okayness. It feels great to just be, I just it's great.

I have everything I need. I don't need a thing. I'm happy to just be I'm good. I'm good to go. That energy is where power lies. You have little resistance to what you want. You have high allowance to what you want, because you're not. Saying you don't have things you were saying, you do have things. So the universe has to reflect it.

The world has to reflect what you say it does. And if you constantly let it know that I know I'm okay. I know everything's working out. I have faith, even if you don't like using that word, if that word gives you weird connotations, just being like, no, I'm good to go. Everything's all good. I have everything I need.

It's the same concept. And when you can communicate that to yourself, You're communicating it to the universe and that is in turn bringing you the exact things that you want. So having faith is not just about believing in something that you can't see, it's about making yourself content and okay. In every single moment.

And the thing about that is that that is going to be required, whether you have your manifestations or not, I've said it before, but you know, I am happily married. For seven and a half years, I still have to make myself do the things that make me Roxy happy. He's not my happiness, he's my partner in life, but he's not the thing that fills my cup.

I do that. And I do it by doing things and thinking things, meditating, repeating things in my head, writing things down, saying things. It doesn't really matter that remind me of how I want to be, who I want to be, how I want to live, what I want my world to look like. I make it a point in my day to fill up all the space that I can with notions, thoughts, ideas, and feelings of the reality in the person and the who and the what that I want to experience.

That's what makes me able to enjoy my life and have everything that I want come to me easily because I already have everything I need and I don't need anything. Right. I'm all good to go. It doesn't push away what I want. It allows it in, I have faith in the unfolding process because I don't care what comes down my line.

I know it's going to be good. And I'm already good either way. So what the hell do I have to worry about that's faith? So practice it practice doing the 360 method. That's my signature process.  360, by the way means it's not about turning 360. If I hear people like, you know, if you turn 360, it just means you turn around at the same spot you are. And I'm like, yeah.

Okay. Because that also has different meanings. There's not just one meaning to 360, but the way I approach it is 360 means top to bottom inside out all angles left and right up and down. Doesn't matter. All subjects, all thoughts, no thoughts off, no days off. We're always working on our mindset.

It doesn't matter what subject we're talking about. We're only talking about it, thinking about it, speaking about it, reacting about it as if it's the ideal version only. So we're navigating our 3d world as if we're in. Our ideal reality. That's about it. That's all it is. That's all it takes, but it is a lifesaver.

It's a life builder. It's a life giver and has changed my life and changing the lives of a lot of people. Frankly, a lot of people in my life, my friends, my real life, friends and hundreds and thousands of clients and people in the videos and the Facebook group and everywhere. And so. And it's something I still continue to do and use every single day because I have to. And frankly, there's nothing that could be more important. There is nothing more important than mindset because everything in your life stems from it. So 360 is about getting a handle on all of it. Now at the same time, doing it altogether, working on yourself as a whole awareness and discipline, staying focused, dedicated to yourself and getting through the, the initial uncomfortable period so that you can.

Turn your manifesting process into a habit, and then you're just manifesting what you want by default. That's my whole philosophy. Cause it's like it's already working for us. Let's figure out how to make it work in our favor. So any huddles your faith is about not necessarily trying to make yourself believe something, but too quiet.

Or replace the voice that says it's not possible, says it's hard, says the negative thing and fill it with hopefulness, fill it with no, you know what? It's actually okay. It is on its way. It is already here. I already have it. It's already me. Any of that stuff works. It's just, it's important that we get the thoughts, the thoughts that reflects a lack and fear and worry and disbelief.

It's not about necessarily eliminating them more so as it is about replacing them and refilling the space with something better and learning how to be present, how to enjoy the present moment, how to be okay with the now no matter what's going on. That's the art, that's the gift. When you get there, everything else is sprinkles on your Sunday, honestly, cause the Sundays life.

So. Have faith it's working for you. It's unfolding. It's happening. Just chill be a Chill-a-saurus Rex. Get a Chill-a-saurus Rex t-shirt at Roxytalks.com and keep yourself busy. Keep your mind busy with thoughts that work for you. Thoughts that feel good behaviors that promote self-love and self-care and self-awareness and filling your own cup.

Give yourself the emotional. Space and clarity to process. What goes on with you, acknowledge your feelings and validate yourself for feeling that way. But don't dwell on what you think is wrong in your world, because that's just going to bring more of that stuff to you. And if we're having a question of faith, it's not going to necessarily help you believe more if you're pushing your things away, because your chance of seeing improvement or movement is a lot less likely if you're pushing it away.

So. It's an art, it's a dance. I say that all the time, but I truly mean it. Figure out how to lessen the stuff that doesn't work and amplify the stuff that does and your world will reflect exactly that. So even need to necessarily have faith. You need to just stop saying that you don't stop saying that it's not working because it's going to work regardless.

Just allow it to. Don't try to do its job for it. And don't tell it how to do its job. It's doing it divinely for you. As we speak in this moment, it's happening when you feel less resistance, because you have given yourself space and kindness and clarity and openness and trust, you will begin to see again, those things reflected in your world, and it will help you build your faith.

Say you have faith in 10 that you do manifest that you do stop manifesting that you don't have faith simply by saying that you don't, or that you're building it, or we don't know how to get it, you know, like, we're not sure if we believe in it, don't utter those words. Don't finish that sentence. It's not worth it.

Replace those words with, I have complete and utter and total faith actually. Yeah, so that right now firm I have complete and total and utter faith. I have complete total and utter faith that what I want is happening and unfolding around me in every second as we speak right now. And it feels amazing.
