What is up my fellow dreamers and soul searchers. Welcome to another episode of Roxy talks, manifestation podcast, where we discuss manifestation and life and how to balance the two so that you get the best. Out of both. Yeah. Okay. Where did that come from? That was fun. Any-whoodles? Well, welcome. Welcome back to the show.

If it's not your first time, if it is your first time, welcome to the show. And, uh, I can't really get too far into this episode without just like addressing. The elephant in the room, which you may not know about it all, but, uh, as the like open book type of person that I am, it's hard for me to, uh, just like gloss over or ignore what's going on.

And in addition to that, what is going on in my life, um, is always, of course, reflected in this podcast because. I'm doing the podcast. And so I'm the one getting the life experience in and
guiding others through it. So, anyways, what's going on is I am choosing my words wisely here because that's part of the deal here. That's part of how we're keeping ourselves in control and in power. Currently in forever, but I recently, uh, eight days ago to be exact woke up with, uh, I don't want to say the word I've been calling it.

Belle's perfection, like Belle, the Disney princess. Um,

I'm like I'm I'm so I'm such a like conscious manifestor that I'm just hesitant to even say it right now. Like, I don't even want to say the words cause I just cannot identify myself with it. But basically, you know, um, half my face was not working eight days ago, I woke up on mother's day and, um, it's been.

And insane eight days, healing myself, mentally and emotionally using manifestation. And the 360 method. Literally my actual practice that I use to manifest has been helping me through my healing situation, but, you know, um, I've been using manifestation to bring. Feeling and movement back into the left side of my face for the last eight days.

And this is all open book and I just, you know, just, I want to share with you because I'm not the only person that goes through things. And I just want to share where my mind is out so that we can just be on a level playing field and we can talk about healing and what to do. If you are living in a body that you do not want to be in.

I came back on mindset Monday, today and had quite the emotional livestream, which is not like me. Well, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, um, I'm not big on showing like sad emotions in public, so that was different for me. But, um, Here now I did the thing I felt compelled to come back and I just followed my instincts.

So I'm intending and telling myself, and I've been rewriting all day since then that I did what I did. I am a public figure. I make money off of my face and my voice and speaking. And. It is what it is. This is what happened, you know, like late to it, can't it. Who would I be if I let it stop me? That's like exactly what I say not to do.

And that's like, why I'm here. I just, I, I feel like I have to share what I've done to recover as much as I have in the short amount of time that I have and what I'm doing to continue that recovery process so that you can use this in your own life, because it has really helped me.

So first thing I will say about healing is that take the power away from it. Take the power away from the name. Don't call it by its name. And that's what I. That's like always my first thing, I did it with mine when I heal my shingles. I've talked about that before, but this is obviously a much grander scale of actually no.... I'm not going to say that cause I'm not going to make it big. It's nothing, it's easy. My face is working perfectly. 

So the first thing I did was call it by a new name. I called it Belle's perfection. Like I said, like, um, I think of bell as a Disney princess and she's beautiful and has a perfectly symmetrical face. So naturally I woke up stricken with just beautiful facials of entry and perfection.

And thank you so much belle's perfection. And then if we're calling it facial perfection, it's facial perfection. And it's really amazing how perfectly symmetrical my face is and how it works perfectly. And. Yeah, no, that's it. So, one thing that's been super important to me is that I don't attach that meaning to it.

When I hear those words, I rewrite them in my head immediately. They don't get to exist. I do not. I'm not going to let it my life to be defined by that, or even have that filled in any of my categories. That's not in my world, so it doesn't have a name. It doesn't get that power. It's nothing. If I hear those words, I'm reminded that my face looks like a Disney princess, his face, and I'm perfect.

Like, okay, thanks. Thanks for the reminder. I appreciate it. And I love having a moment to just, you know, remember that I'm so perfect looking. And as I'm saying this out loud, I realized that it probably sounds crazy, but it's better than the alternative and where my thoughts could have gone. And. That's the next really important part is that I've been super, super, super on top of my thoughts this whole time.

And you know, much of that is due in large part to the 360 method, which is my personal and professional method that I use and teach my clients. But it has become so much more because. If it wasn't for that process, I wouldn't have had the mental fortitude and strength to keep the ideas in my mind shaped the way that I want them to be shaped. 

So using a method like the 360 method, which is awareness and discipline. That's the cornerstone, but like knowing constantly what I'm saying in my head being aware of it and then controlling what I actually say, no matter what's going on, no matter what I see in the mirror, no matter how my face feels, actually both sides of my face work perfectly.

And I feel amazing. I look amazing. I love looking in the mirror. I'm perfectly symmetrical. My face works a hundred percent exactly how it's supposed to, and this story must. Continue, no matter what happens, no matter what I see, no matter what a doctor says, no matter nothing, the 3d is the 3d, but that has nothing to do with where my mind takes me next.

And that's probably the most important principle of healing yourself as that who gives a fuck where your body has been up until this very second. If you want to go somewhere else with it, go there with your mind now and stay there. Stay there. Do not leave that place. Do not leave that place. Set up. Shop, buy a home, set down some roots.

You're going to be there for awhile. Got to stay there no matter what the physical reality says and shows you, even if it says the opposite, you continue. To affirm and tell the story of not just your healing, but your overall perfection and health and the end goal of looking and feeling exactly the way that you want to and always have, or always wished you did or whatever you are that now.

And you have to maintain it mentally to get there physically, it's part of the deal. And so I've just been basically bulldozing my thoughts with thoughts of health and perfection and appreciation and abundance and excitement, and joy and what's to come and relaxation and taking time for myself, and re-evaluating my health and reevaluating what's important to me, taking time for myself, not overworking myself anymore. 

And I've been just much kinder to myself mentally, as well as controlling the way my thoughts are oriented all day long because these last eight days, I haven't had a moment that I can afford to think about anything other than I'm perfect. Everything is working. My face feels normal. This is exactly how it's supposed to work. It works exactly how it always has. I feel good. I feel perfect. My life is working on exactly the way I needed to. I need to keep telling this story because I have to let that be my reality. And it's gotta be my reality in my mind if I want it to be my reality in my world.

So with healing, the big three of healing. First one, take away the power. Don't call it by its name. Don't identify with it. Obviously we treat it, but we don't need to call ourself by it. We don't, it doesn't get a name. I treat myself with kindness. I take care of my health. I use my thinking to describe a healthy body, but I don't need to associate myself with any label or diagnosis or anything of that sort.

It's just, there's no point. There's no point it doesn't do us any good. It doesn't make the illness or the problem go away. It doesn't solve any problem at all. It just. Attaches more weight to what you're already dealing with. So let the label go. Let the power go. It doesn't have a name. Don't say it don't think it.

If you hear it rewrite it, undo it in your head immediately every single time. There hasn't been a time that I've heard the word Belle's perfection, since the moment that I rewrote it, that I have not said belle's, perfection, perfection. I am perfection. There's nothing. I'm a goddamn Disney Princess, there's nothing else I'm allowed to think.

Cause I can't, I can't afford it. Why would I, what good is it gonna do me? What good is it going to do? So take away the power. Step one, step two. Use your thinking and your focus, your affirmations, your rewriting of your beliefs, your practice, your 360 method. To describe your words, your language to describe only.

The way you want things to go, you must rewrite the story of your health, even when you are faced with the physical reality of something different, who cares?  You are still, if you are still in control of your mind then you are still in control of your world, don't forget that. 

Okay. So keep your thoughts focused on the end result of your healing. And even as I'm saying that, I feel my face more and more alive. It's working exactly the way it's supposed to. And I'm going to keep affirming that out loud when I feel it, because why the fuck not I'm in control. I'm doing this. It's amazing. So I'm using my affirmations. 

That's part two, and then step three, visual healing, visual healing, energetic healing, using your mind to put the pieces back together to refire and rewire the neurons and the nerves and the muscles and light them up or clear, clean extinguish, whatever it is, this process of visualization, or if you have trouble with visualizing our pictures, the idea of, okay, you want to create the notion, the image, the experience, the feeling, the memory of the healing taking place in your body.

And then you want to replay that over and over. And so I'll tell you two different ways that I've done it personally that have worked shingles. I'm call I talk about it now. Cause she's gone. She's been for a long time, but, um, at the time I never, I never said that word. Would I do with that one was I was erase, erase, erase, erase, erase, erase, erase.

You probably heard me say that before you don't like something popping up in your mind, erase, erase, erase. That's how you get rid of it. Like imagine it being erased and washed away and then do it again and then do it again and then do it again. The repetition allows you to accept it and kind of... There's like the uptake, the upkeep of uptake. What am I thinking? Like uptake? I don't know why that's the word I'm hearing the uptake of it through repetition, the acceptance of the belief. 

So when I was healing shingles, I was just visualizing myself, literally Photoshopping and off my body. Like just erase, erase, erase, erase, erase, erase, clear off my skin, their race, race, race, race, race, race, gotten clear and just over and over and over and over and over.

I mean, anytime I, my attention was kind of called there. I put that image into, into play and that combined with taking away the power rewriting the way I talked about it and visualizing it changing. I got rid of it very quickly. Now the same goes with this facial perfection that I'm enjoying because I'm so beautiful.

I love it. I love looking in the mirror and I feel perfect about myself and my face is working exactly the way it's supposed to this process. I've done so many meditations and connected. Internally in ways that I never did before. And I'm visually and physically, mentally energetically turning on the nerve cells in my face.

And I felt it like, I can tell you exactly what it feels like to have a nerve turn on. Cause I felt it so much in my, like going through my face and it's like these little tiny electrical pathways. It's like thinner than a pen. It's like a thread. And it almost feels like your phone's buzzing. Some sort of like.

Little friendly buzz, the tiniest little pathway buzzing through your face and it's turning on. And I just visualize the nerves, by the way I Googled what the nurse, um, in the face look like. So. Visualizing what those nerves look like. And then just seeing them switch on like a switch, like a big, like switchboard, like switching them on and switching them on and then switching them on and switching them on and then switching them on and switching them on and switching them on and just visualizing the lights coming on and the electricity and like the idea of like a whole city being lit up and like all these pathways coming alive and connecting and just over and over and over and over and over again.

And. Using that visualization process of watching the lights turn on and watching it turn on and the energy comes through and everything pumped through and everything connect and turn on. And just over and over with combined with the thoughts of my face is perfect. Everything's working exactly how it should be.

My face is working perfectly. My nerves are alive. My nerves are working at a hundred percent. I'm smiling as I'm saying this, because I'm like, I'm feeling, I, I feel the effects of it right now. Like. Emotionally, it's making me feel good to even say and talk about it. Like, I literally feel light and tingling in my skin.

It's working as I'm explaining it to you. And I just, I just, maybe I should come back to work too soon, but I also felt like I had to share this and I don't think it was any coincidence that the pathway of the last few episodes of the podcast have been. Coming straight towards physical health. It only makes sense healing yourself physically was the next plot in the story and

the path that I'm on in my life of changing and growing and becoming an even better version of myself I've been, has led me right here and I can only embrace it. I can only know an intent that when I'm going through and experiencing is changing my life for the better. And I know it is, it's allowing me to take better care of myself, mentally, physically, and emotionally.

It's allowing me to see,

it's allowing me to see that I don't have to work myself to the bone to still be successful. And that's something that I was missing. I think I, I got really caught up in that hustle mentality that we all get into, or like just making things happen and like forcing them into submission. When in reality, we need to like ease them into submission, just let them happen naturally.

So more, ease, more peace, more time for the self, more things that make you happy, more things that bring you internal joy. More things that tick your boxes, that's where life needs to be. And I think that if anything, that this last year has proven to us, it's that we can make it through anything. If you're still here, you have made it through some crazy shit just in the last year alone.

And life's too short to. Spend it worrying and stressing and doubting because the ironic thing about it is that once you stop doing all that shit and you just kind of surrender and let yourself do the things you love, that's actually, when things start to work out for you and somehow us as humans, we have such a resistance to just letting that be the truth and, and believing that it's true for us as humans and for ourselves individually.

And. And I want to undo that sentence and say that no, we actually are really good at understanding that all it takes is the focus on what you truly want to bring, what you truly want to you. Because when we focus on what we don't want, we just bring more of that to us. We're all. I mean, we, uh, I don't want to, from that again, we can be conditioned to think about the things that.

We don't want, but that's why I'm here. That's why I'm telling you and sharing my story because you have another choice. There is an alternative, you can put your focus where you actually wish that your world was, and it will get there. It will get there. If you're working on rewriting your story or healing yourself, healing, your body, healing, your past healing from trauma healing.

From physical pain. These steps will work for you. Disidentify, take away the power change the way you talk about it. Do not let it control your story anymore and use the power of your creative mind. To see yourself as something better, do all of these things together. And that is how you change anything, including physical manifestations.

It's all changeable. It's all under your control. It's all in the power of your mind. So you can do this. I believe in you.
