What is up my fellow dreamers and soul searchers. Welcome to another episode of Roxy talks, where we discuss manifestation and what it's like to live as a conscious manifester and how you incorporate that into your life. And it's really important that as we are building our worlds and. Navigating through the 3d that we are making sure that we're staying on top of what we're doing, because what I've found with reality is that it tends to creep up on us easily and quickly and stealthily.

And we almost forget, well, no, we, we literally forget that we are in control at all times that we are the power where the operant power of our world. We're. Choosing everything that comes our way by what we place our focus on what we think about, what we talk about is what we manifest, the way we talk about it and the way we, we speak about it and think about it and react to it is the way that it comes about to us in our world.

This is an inescapable truth of planet earth of life as, as human beings. So I have found through. Going through some crazy stuff you can check out last week and kind of hear about my own personal journey that I've been dealing with. Um, and you know, what has helped me get through it is having a very dedicated practice doing.

I have, you know, I have my own method, my 360 method, but really that has like saved my life, honestly. And the most. Important takeaway that I'm really seeing from all of it is that it's the daily reminder that I'm in control. It's the daily emotional purging and emotional care I'm taking through meditation and allowing my feelings to be, but not associating, meaning fear, doubt, worry, insecurity, et cetera, to them.

Because that's what causes the suffering in our lives. It's not the things that we experienced. It's the meanings and attachments that we give them. But when you can remember through any ups downs, sideways, insides, and outs, that no matter what's going on, you're still in control. You're still creating, even when you're feeling something awful, or you might be experiencing something in the 3d that you don't enjoy.

Your mind is still creating the next reality or not creating, but selecting, when we say creating it's more like when you create with a collage, like you're creating from pieces that have already been. Um, created, like you're mixing something, making something new from something that was already in existence, but you're creating your life by choosing each piece of individual scenery, Ellie, that you moved to next.

So you're not necessarily creating the world that you're creating your experience in it. Uh, which is, you know, the story that you tell and all that it's all happening. Constantly just being awake and I'm awake. Being alive is, is manifesting constantly over and over. So. When you can remember that, then you have a leg up, then you have an advantage on the 3d because then no matter what happens, you remember that you're in control.

And even if something has come along your path, that you're not necessarily a fan of that, it's almost irrelevant at that point, because by the time it manifests, it's already too late to do anything about it, right? Like. You need to be thinking about what to do next. Think like, really think about it. It's like if a bear cam, if you were talking about things that come on your path, if a bear, if you came across a bear, It's too late to think about the fact that there's a bear here.

We need to think about what we're going to do next. Like, how are we surviving this? What are we doing to get out of this situation? And, you know, reaffirming the fact that a bear is here is not going to do anything to help solve our issue, but you know, running or playing to actually don't know what to do there.

Do you like that? Or do you run. Step one, Google, what you should do. If a bear comes on your path that comes along your path so that you know what to do, and then you do that instead of focusing on the fact that there's a bear in front of you, right? So same thing with your manifestation, whatever it is we're speaking about.

Once you experience your 3d reality, it's already too late to do something about that, but what you do next. It's a different story because it's, it's already here. I'm only has come and gone. Where's the next one. I'm going to take you. What do you experience next? How do you feel? How do you define yourself and the ability to react with your thinking in your words as if things have gone your way, whether they did or not.

Is, is what we're really talking about and what we want to nail down and achieve here at hat, as, you know, masters of our reality as conscious creators, the point is to see your 3d and be like, huh? Interesting. Well, in that case, yeah, life's great. Everything's working out, I'm winning. I'm a millionaire. I'm loved.

I'm enjoying myself. I'm happy. I feel great. It doesn't really matter because. You've already manifested the thing, like where do we go from here? That's what matters? Because that moment has passed us already. The second something manifests it's already in the past, it's already irrelevant. So if you choose to take that thing, that's already in your past, that has nothing to do with your next moment and make it your next thing.

Then you manifest more or you manifest similar or you manifest things to make those feelings come back. Okay. So. What we need to be doing in my personal opinion, as a mentor and a coach and a scholar of human behavior and the law of attraction. And I'm not going to say that I'm heavy study of quantum physics and holographic reality, I'm working on it, you know, but.

I'm always expanding my mind, always learning more, but as somebody that focuses greatly on understanding the fabric and nature of our reality. What I can say is that it all boils down to, again, always awareness and discipline. You hear me say that all the time. That's the cornerstone of my 360 method.

The awareness needs to extend, not just to being aware of what's on our thoughts. Obviously that's very important, but beyond that, you awareness needs to extend into the reality of our situation.

And the reality of our situation is that we are incredibly powerful beings who are creating our very lives on earth, through our thoughts and the things that we say alone. That's it, you control your whole life through what you think about and what you say. And so. It's that fact that needs to be remembered because if you can remember that in any situation, then you understand that your reaction needs to be nothing more than okay.

Cool, great, awesome. Whatever it was. What's next. Cool. I'm ready for what's coming next. You know, like, as I say that I understand as a human being that sometimes. That response may not be appropriate. Maybe it's impossible to get to. Maybe it's hard to get to. Maybe we're not used to going there with things regardless.

Right? That's still a goal to be able to brush off your 3d easily and quickly and naturally and undeniably because you know that the 3d worlds and illusion, you know, you're controlling, what's coming next with your thoughts. So if you knew that in every single moment of your day, then navigating through the quote unquote ups and downs, cause then you realize that they're not even ups and downs.

It's just life navigating through your. Quote, unquote ups and downs is a piece of cake because life is good and everything is easy. And we are at ease and we are at peace and we are abundant and we are joyful and we do have everything and we are safe and we are secure and everything is working out for us.

Right. We must remember that in any given moment. That's our real truth. And if you can quiet your thoughts enough for long enough to hear nothing in your head. That's the conclusion you come to is just peace. So my advice is that we should be doing something we need to be doing as much as we can, every single day to be reminding ourselves who's in control and that we are in control and that we're always in control and that nothing is out of our control.

We are the power. We must remember that the world's generated from us, not the other way around it does what we say it does each of us individually. So my approach to remembering that is you've heard me talk about it. A bunch meditation every day, we've got to meditate. The meditation clears out the bullshit.

It gives you a moment of peace. It gives you a moment of stillness. It gives you a moment just to yourself. It allows you to hear and transmit messages. It gives you incredible clarity. It answers questions that bother you. It tells you the direction you can go. It helps you commune with. The bigger eyes, the things, the eyes that can see the bigger picture, your higher self God, whatever you want to call it.

It does so much. It relaxes your physical body. It relaxes your mind. It puts you at ease. It reduces stress. It helps with depression. It helps with anxiety. It needs to be done every day. Otherwise. We just get filled up with so much shit. We're not purging it often enough. And I was talking about this on today's episode of mindset Monday.

That's our live chat. If you don't know it's on YouTube and Facebook every Monday at noon -ISH PST and I was talking about how the world we live in is just like, it's like a trigger bomb, almost like there's so much, we live in such an abundant universe. There's so much going on that. We're constantly reacting to things.

We're constantly having things, bombarding us and being thrown our way. And if we don't purge and clear out the response, the emotional response to all these triggers that are happening, even if they're micro triggers all day long, if we're not clearing out and purging those responses, hitting that empty recycle bin, it's building up and building up and building up.

Right. And it's going to come. Rushing out somehow. So we must deal with the emotional buildup. We must meditate. We must get the feelings out. We must treat ourselves with kindness, talk to people who trust you and love you and remind you of who you are. Spend your time doing things that make you happy, cause that refills your cup and empties that trash bucket.

So it's really important that we are. Doing it every day, we need to be purging every day. And I was just had a really gross visual, not visual, but just like we purge the stuff from our physical bodies that we consume. We also need to purge the stuff that we consume mentally. Okay. From our, from our emotional bodies.

So meditation every day, do some sort of physical work connect spiritually. Keep your thoughts aligned. And actually, this is something that I've been working more into my 360 method into my practice, into my coaching. Is this like this four by four. And it's not, it's a four. It's a four by... four by itself. Checkoff.

 Are you doing something for your physical health every day, your mental health, your emotional health and your spiritual health, do something to connect to your body, to connect to nature, to next, to connect to the physical world that you live in. Emotional do the emotional purging scream therapy.

If you have to let it out cry, if you have to meditate, do something that makes you happy, do something that fills your cup or empties it, or both. Preferably. Mental: 360 method. Keep your thoughts on track. Don't let yourself build up a bunch of shit in your head that you then have to deal with emotionally.

Keep your thoughts aligned. Keep them focused, where they need to be. And spiritual. Are you connecting to your higher power or are you seeing the bigger picture? Are you being reminded of why you chose to come to earth every single day? Are you being reminded every single day that you actually are in control?

All of this helps to maintain a healthy disposition and healthy men, healthy mental space, but it also helps you remind yourself that you are in control. You stick to these things. You take care of yourself, you be diligent, you trust yourself. You use your words to remind yourself and tell yourself that you are in control.

Watch content that reminds you you're in control. Talk to people who support you. Speaking like you're in control, speak in control. When you can't think in control all the time, set your intentions for the day, pay attention to when things manifest, celebrate your wins. Let doubts and fears and anxieties be erased out of your mind, a race, race, race, turn down the volume, replaced them with something better, something more encouraging, something more neutral.

If you have to go there something more general. But don't let yourself be inundated with this idea that you are powerless and don't let yourself keep reacting to your 3d. Cause that makes you feel like you're powerless. It's. This is why I do a practice because all of those separate components come through in some way or another to keep and guide me on my practice and support me.

There's many crutches in the 360 method. There's multiple things that keep me aligned and focused and staying on my path. And that's really all I want to do. Say is that stay on your path, remind yourself every day, multiple times a day. If you have to do three meditations a day morning, noon nights, remind yourself.

And you're listening to affirmations all day and you're scripting and you're having positive conversations and you're doing yoga while you're reciting your intentions. Great. You're keeping the health of your mental space at the forefront of your mind, and that helps the health of your body. It helps the health of your life either way.

Connecting to who you really are reminding yourself every day. This needs to happen. Be on top of it. The way that you remember that you're in control is to don't let yourself slip from the mindset from the reminder that every day, just hammer it in there. And this is an every day thing. This is not a one and done.

This is an everyday. I remind myself, I'm in control every day, purge the shit from yesterday every day I intend for something great. Every day, I connect to myself and to nature and to my intuition, into my higher self, into my God or my universe or whatever you call it every day, because that's how I live a meaningful and a powerful and a peaceful life.

There it is. I solve, I solve life problems in the world. Okay. That's how you get through it. Right. But Hey, we all know that here. We're all conscious. Manifestors, we're all we know. We're supposed to be doing these things. So if anything, this should just be a refresher, stay on top of your shit. I'm telling you it's a lifesaver.

And I know that because I'm literally on that life preserver, as we speak, I'm not even joking, not even being dramatic, like what I went through. Might have killed me if I wasn't where I was or it might've done a lot more damage and that's something I'm actually kind of proud of. You know, I prepped myself enough to get through something major and it's only showing me something bigger and greater, and I know that and I have to believe it.

And. Even though I'm going through, like one of the hardest things I've ever experienced. I've also been having the craziest synchronicities I'm in learning how to find joy and in nothingness, because I can't really do much and I'm finding the positivity in it and the reason for it. And I'm just thankful that I have given myself as gift and been on top of my shit, because.

It helped when it, when it needed it, you know, it's like I heard another meditation months ago that they, they, the spirit guides, whoever me, my higher self gave me 360 for when I was about to go through. And I remember the meditation specifically thinking they didn't say for me to get where I am now, because I've used it before I've been using it for two years through three years, go to it doesn't matter.

2020. It was like a whole year. We forgot about it. Didn't even exist two years straight up and doing it anyways, back to what I'm talking about. It wasn't that my guides didn't tell me, we gave you 360 for what you know, to help you where you are. They didn't specifically say we gave you 360 to share with others, even though that was obviously implied.

What they said was we gave you 360 for what you're about to go through. And I didn't know what that meant. Obviously, back in March or April or whatever it was. But I get it now. And, uh, let me tell you again, being healthy, physically, having a healthy diet and a healthy mental diet saved me from, I don't know what I can't even go there.

So again, this whole, the whole point of Roxy talks is for me to share my experience, being a conscious manifester and helping guide you through the journey yourself. And here we are. So I want you to know that you can go through super hard times. I don't even want to call it that. Like, I don't know. I learned a lot and I'm grateful obviously to be here and be alive and be as healthy as I am.

And, and. Life is amazing. And we, before here, then we should feel that and agree with that. And at least affirm it and start, you know, start there, start by affirming that it's amazing and saying that to yourself, instead of saying anything else and then do your damnedest to not say that shit about anything.

That's really what I do. It's like, nothing's more important than the way I talk about thanks. That's a lesson I have to remind myself of every day. I work on this every day, all day, I meditate every day. I affirm my chosen reality. Every day I script every night, I listen to affirmations and positive content.

Every day, I choose better thoughts than what I sometimes really want to say. Every day. I describe painful things in a way that. I would rather them go every day I work on it. Okay. So you're not alone. I'm here with you. I promise you can do this. I'm doing it, I've done it. And things still come my way and I still do it and it gets me through it.

Okay. Life is going to happen. You still are in control of how you handle it and whether or not it takes you out or makes you even stronger. And that's my choice. I'm stronger because of it. And I am. That's the crazy part. I'm not even just saying that because now I'm like better than I was before, even better, even better than I was before.

But whether that's a flipper or an affirmation or a 3d reality truth, you'll never know because it doesn't matter because that's the truth period we're doing great every day is getting better and better. Life is amazing. I love you. I appreciate you. If you'd like me to help you guide. You through your situation.
