When you get to that point, when the bigger picture has been seen and you are deciding to no longer choose the old feelings or the old fears, the old worries, and just that stuff that breaks you down and keeps you down. And you're like, I don't care what I'm going through. I don't care what I've gone through.
I don't care. What's in my head. From this point forward, I choose something new. I choose to end the suffering because the sufferings internal. We're not talking about physical pain. We're talking about suffering internally. We're talking about allowing ourselves to continue thinking thoughts that we know, bring us more pain.

What is up my fellow dreamers and soul searchers. Uh, welcome to another episode of Roxy talks, where we discuss manifestation and confidence and mindset and all of the wonderful little bits and bobs that go along with being a human being on the planet while trying to, you know, navigate. Anything that comes along our way in the best way possible.
So that is what I'm here to talk about and help guide you through help assist you on the journey of understanding how to deal. When it comes to me, I should change my, my podcast to just like how to deal the, how to deal podcast because, and still come out on top. How to deal and still come out on top.
Ooh, maybe that's my book title. I don't know. We'll see. Let's let's just copyright that right now. Okay. So anyway, so today I want to talk about what happens after we've kind of had the rock bottom moment or the, the turning point. The point from which we decide no more, right? Like it's one thing to be down, but it's another thing.
Once you decide, you know what, I don't fucking care how, or like what I do or what comes my way. I am willing myself to get through whatever it is that we are talking about and dealing with. Right? Like, cause we all go through it. We all go through it and to pretend that. Anybody doesn't or is above it or, you know, doesn't get it.
Doesn't understand. I just, I think at the heart of it, most of us, you know, we have our own demons and experiences and patterns and beliefs. We're trying to outdo and all kinds of stuff that we're battling, you know, while also trying to make a paycheck and keep friends and keep alive and keep our body alive and keep our house and pay our bills and, you know, Impress people or, you know, not make enemies or whatever it is.
We're just juggling so much. And we're all doing that. And I'm just saying not to say that you're not special, but just to be like, to witness and say, Hey, I get you. I feel you. You're not alone. I talk to so many people in coaching that. Are just going, we're all going to get the same stuff. And that's, what's the real point of all.
This is like today on mindset Monday, which is our live chat on YouTube. If you're not previously aware, we go live every Monday at noon-ish PST and we answer manifestation questions and repeatedly the same kind of questions kept coming up about, you know, dealing with the depression of the 3d. How to get through it, how to deal when your circumstances are, are not giving you what you want.
Like, it was just a lot of, a lot of people right now, experiencing emotional hardships and, and potentially, you know, you know, physical and financial ones as well. Of course not to say that it's not any of that stuff, but at the end of the day, it's, it's the core experience and what we do about it, that dictates what comes next for us.
So, um, You know, how, how we feel about our situation and how we think about it as always. It's very important. So any littles, I'm here to say, if you're going through it, if you've been through it, if you feel like you're ready for something new, you're not alone, we're all here together. And that's why I always, I always encourage the community and, you know, um, the community aspect, having you head to the forum on my website to talk to each other, and obviously we chat a lot in the YouTube comments and the live streams and all those things.
So. The point of all of it is, you know, to connect you to realize like you're not alone and whenever you're going through, like you can do it and you can make it through and you can come out even better than you can even fathom right now. If you can just say that, like you can just hold onto the idea that it's possible, then it becomes possible for you.
So if you are feeling the, the burdens of just. The trauma of living in the 3d world, just the trauma of being alive, like I've said recently, it feels like we're constantly, and I don't want to affirm this, but maybe this is just in my relevance is just look good and clean it up afterwards. It feels like we're constantly being triggered like all day, every day.
It's just trigger after trigger, after trigger, after trigger. And most of it is not, you know, Things that should elicit that fight or flight response that put her body into stress or, you know, uh, action mode and like hyper awareness and like anxiety mode. Right. We, we shouldn't be reacting that way to our phones 2,500 times a day.
And like, it's just something that we have word, like putting ourselves into in the world that we live in today. And actually, no, it's not actually, it's really great because we're all connecting to ourselves and to nature and to earth and to each other in ways that we haven't done in decades. And it feels so good to step outside of technology and step into our own focus in our own mind frame in our own spirit and our own connection and just be, and just enjoy and just live.
Oh, that felt good. That was, that was a transmission that if you watched the video, I wouldn't have to watch his back. There's like a moment when, um, when, uh, one of our, our, uh, community members, Tiffany, she calls it my, that. So Raven moments when I'm just like, when it's like a channel, like you see, like, I like, there's no eye contact.
I can't look at anybody or anything. I'm just like transmitting this message and that what you just heard was definitely from there. So thank you. Spirit guides or higher self, or whoever gave that to us. We appreciate you. And thank you for this message. As we continue talking about harnessing that knowledge and power that allows us.
And permits us to put away the old story and put away the pain that we're currently allowing ourselves to dwell on. Right. Cause it's not like the thing that we're upset about other way that we're feeling isn't valid because of course it is we're feeling it. We experienced it. We were, you know, we, we have, it's, it's natural to have a reaction, you know, but it's, it's what we do from that point forward.
That really matters because once the thing is here, once it's manifested it's old news, do you get more of it? Do you take another ride on the pony or are you, do you get off the ride? That's making you sick? You know? So when you're at that point, when you're like, it is a brand new day, I have to. I'm choosing I'm deciding right now, I won't choose suffering anymore.
I'm deciding that I'm not going to suffer in what I've gone through and what I'm going through. It may have happened. I may still feel the sting of it, but I'm not going to let myself dwell in negativity or fear or pain mentally, because that mental aspect of it is what does us in the emotions are the emotions.
We only have so many of them. You only have like 20, right. And we feel it's the same old thing. Fear from day one is the same fear you feel today. I've said this before. If you put me on a ladder, you put a bean near me or a tarantula fear instantly right there, automatic it's there. It doesn't go anywhere.
But that's like my me, you know, talking about survival, this is like, can I live through this moment? Type? Like that's, that's, that's appropriate. You know, reaction to something you're actually afraid of, you know, dying for our feeling physical harm from, but again, feeling fear from checking my phone or feeling fear or anxiety from sending an email or having a conversation.
That's something that's like, it's not supposed to be part of our deal. Right. We're supposed to be able to be, be okay in those situations and see the bigger picture. So. When you get to that point, when the bigger picture has been seen and you are deciding to no longer choose the old feelings or the old fears, the old worries, and just that stuff that breaks you down and keeps you down.
And you're like, I don't care what going through. I don't care what I've gone through. I don't care. What's in my head. From this point forward, I choose something new I choose to and the suffering cause the sufferings internal. We're not talking about physical pain. We're talking about suffering internally.
We're talking about allowing ourselves to continue thinking thoughts that we know, bring us more pain. Okay. Cause we're getting a hold on it. So we're at this point, we're at this turning point, we have a new lease on life. Our next step is to really think about what we actually want. What do you actually want?
And I'm not asking you what you think is possible for your life. I'm saying, if you could pick anything, if there were no parameters or rules or past, or future or history or anything, like what would it be? What would your ideal be? What would it look like for you to just have it all and be content?
Because that's the new path we want to choose. You can have it. There's nothing separating you from an et cetera mindset. So we're going to work on that every single day. And eventually you're just going to find yourself there. If you keep putting yourself there mentally, you will find yourself there physically.
That's how earth works. It's pretty fucking cool. So we're going to use, what's already happening around us to our advantage. Why do the opposite? Okay. What do you actually want? What is it? I don't care. What you think is possible. What is it that you want decide now? All right. I'm going to get that. I don't, I don't know how I don't care.
How, I don't know when I don't care when. Because the satisfaction happens in the now moment. And if I keep finding satisfaction in the now, then I will continue to be satisfied and any number of things that satisfy me can come my way and I can greet them with open arms because I'm satisfied and I'm going to continue affirming and working towards staying and affirming and recognizing satisfaction.
Cause that's the other thing. Satisfaction is always around you. It's always here. It's always there. If you pause the thoughts, he paused the forward-thinking in the backward thinking and the what ifs and the fears and the worries satisfaction is just there. Just hanging out, waiting for you to acknowledge it.
So do do it daily, decide that you're going to go to the reality you want and you don't care how, or when you're just going to go there. You're just going to go there and all you need to do is take one step on the path, just move one foot in front of the other. Keep going. If you stumble, you get back on just like any other path works.
You just keep going and eventually you just get to where it leads, right? It's it's, it's, it's so easy to it's like it should be, it should be illegal, but it's not because life's meant to be easy for us. So decide you can get it. And then your next focus from there is to put all of your attention and intention on installing your new thoughts from the chosen reality.
And that's kind of like how you switched to the reality. It's like you can kind of measure how much in your reality you are, by how much percentage of your thoughts are thinking thoughts that would naturally exist in that reality. As I've said before, if your ideal version was looking around at their 3d reality, just affirming what they saw around them, when they affirmed their 3d reality, that's the kind of stuff you should be affirming.
Now, when you're saying your affirmations, you're saying things that they would be saying in their ideal reality, in their, excuse me, in their regular chosen everyday reality. And I know that because I've experienced it myself. When I was manifesting the house I'm living in. I used to say I live in the most beautiful place ever.
I absolutely love my house. I'm so happy here. Wow. I love where I live. And now I just say those things automatically because they're true. My regular looking around at my world and affirming. What I see around me is the affirmations that I was saying to myself to try to get where I am now. So decide what your ideal you is thinking in everyday moments when they're hanging out at home.
When they're watching a movie, when they're fully content, when they're just enjoying life, what are they saying? Those are the affirmations that you want to be filling your head with. You want to match up your thinking to that, of your chosen version. If you got 100% chosen reality thoughts in your head, then you are 100% chosen.
You. So work towards that and I'm not saying be perfect. I'm just saying, remember that the more thoughts that you think during the day that exist within the 3d reality of your ideal, the closer and faster you are to getting there. So your focus now becomes on installing the thoughts that exist within the chosen reality and maintaining your.
Positive mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional health, right? Because it's one thing to choose the destination, but it's another thing to get there. And if we want to get there fast and easy and enjoy the ride and know how to stay there, once we're there, we need to practice on our way. And we're just going to continue putting energy and time into ourselves to filling our own cup and emptying that cup, you know, emptying the parts that don't feel so good.
But filling, filling the things that do filling with the things that do emptying other things. We don't like actually I just put out a brand new YouTube video. It's my old style. In case you miss the old style videos, I put out another one, go check it out. It's it's literally, what's called how to be a spiritual body.
Like, that's the idea. But the whole point of it is to like, how do we live as. A conscious creator in the best possible way. Like how do we maintain that positivity and that connection, that vibration, if you will, every single day, while we're doing this process while we're manifesting, that's what the episode's about.

And actually that's kind of like where I want to go next. Right? Because we're talking about how we identify, um, Previous to our rock bottom moment, I guess we're just going to call it that previous to that moment, we were identifying as somebody with a problem, we are identifying as somebody with an issue that we needed to fix or out manifester manifests out of, or, you know, change or whatever.
But now we're going to disidentify with it, right? Like, just like in the, the health episode, a podcast episode, we put out just like that we disliked identify with the sickness or the illness, whether it's in our physical body or mind, or our spirit, whatever, like. We are no longer identifying as somebody with that pain, with that problem, or somebody at rock bottom, someone that needs to fix themselves.
If we identify that way as needing to fix ourselves, then we're starting at a deficit we're starting at below neutral. We're like. Trying to climb out of an even bigger hole than we might are. You know, we're making a bigger hole out of how do I say this word? We're making ourselves a bigger hole to climb out of just by simply identifying.
With having a problem that we need to fix. Having depression, having anxiety, being upset, being sad, being whatever, any number of things. It doesn't really matter. When you say that you have the problem, then you have the problem and then you must, you must fix it from that perspective. But if you don't identify with the problem, you can identify at F perfectly fine.
And you're still doing the same job of, of quote unquote, fixing yourself or pulling yourself out of the hole. You're just not acknowledging the hole. You can still climb it without acknowledging how deep you are. Right. So clean slate, we're starting over. The Phoenix has arrived. You have a new path to walk and it starts with being open to the change.
It starts with being open to a new way of thinking that serves you better. So what I want you to do right now is I want you to say you're open. I want you to affirm it right now. I'm open to new ideas. I'm open to new beliefs. I'm open to a new story. I'm open to a new definition of myself. I'm open to new expectations of what life is going to bring.
I am open to new ideas, thoughts and beliefs, period.
affirm that you're open. Once you find that you're open, then the doors open and the new things can come through. And from that point forward, we're going to hit our 360. It is the way that I manifest it's my signature method. It's what I teach my clients. It's what I do in my own life. It has saved my life. It has brought me all of the amazing things that I have in my life. It's how I built my business. It's how I've gotten through everything that has come my way in the last couple of years.
And it's a way of life. It's about controlling your thinking, allowing your emotions, but keeping your thoughts in line to where we're going. So say you're open affirm that. And then being on top of your thoughts, be on top of any thoughts that sound closed, be on top of any thoughts that sound like you forgot that you were open being on top of any thoughts that make it feel like you forgot that we decided that we're moving on and we're not doing this anymore.
Don't let those thoughts exist. Shut them down. Change them, re divert them, change them into something else. Reword it. Say something different reaffirm. Change the story into something that serves you better works better for you that works or exists within that story that you're writing for yourself.
Again, choose the thoughts that already exists within your chosen reality. Don't allow yourself to dwell on thoughts that remind you of your past or remind you of your pain or affirm that you're not where you are or ask you where it's at or anything that sounds like you're not in control of what you're doing, what you're thinking, where you're going.
Doesn't need airtime anymore. You don't need to think that stuff and you don't need to dwell on it anymore. So we're going to work on that every single day. We're going to be open to being open. We're going to work on our thoughts using the 360 method. You're going to watch yesterday's video on my YouTube channel, because it talks about how to incorporate all of the necessary components that you need to keep a healthy, spiritual, mental, physical.
And emotional wellbeing. And most importantly, you're going to allow what comes your way without judgment. Okay. Because we can't react to how it comes about. Sometimes things come about in ways that. Aren't what we expected. Sometimes it works out in ways better than we expected. Sometimes it comes in a funky wrapping paper and it's like a gift wrapped really weird.
And you don't know what it is until you open it and play with it and see that it was actually the best gift of all. So we want to be sure not to. Define things as bad or feel like things didn't work or worry that it's not happening, or even think thoughts that sound like that, because then you're just going right back into your old ways.
You're slipping back into the old story, old trauma, the old pain, the thing we just moved on from. And if that's your pattern, it's even more important that you get through it this time. So you can break that habit. Okay. So no matter what comes your way, no matter how it feels. I'm not talking about the feelings we're talking about the thoughts.
Okay. No matter how it feels affirm and persist with your chosen thoughts or your correct affirmations or the right kind of thoughts, the positive or the productive thoughts, the thoughts that exist already in your chosen reality, affirm and persist those through. Affirming persist in those, through the ups and downs through the good and the bad, because it's just our own definition that defines something as good and bad or up and down.
Things are just things, experiences, or just experiences. But at the end of the day, the way you handle them and how you perceive what happens next. Is what is important. Okay. Because that does choose what happens next. So be on top of it, be focused, be dedicated to yourself. Don't slip up. And if you do be gentle with yourself and then just get back on track.
