What is up my fellow dreamers and soul searchers. Welcome to another episode of Roxy talks, where we discuss, you know, it manifestation and mindset and confidence. And. Talking about how to live our lives as conscious manifestors. If it's your first time here, that's what we talk about. If it's not your first time here, I'm sure you've heard me say that a bunch of times.

Welcome back and or welcome either way. Just welcome. And thanks for checking out the podcast. Thank you for listening and thank you for being a part of the committee. Part of what makes Roxy talks, what it is, is the fact that we have such an amazing and connected community. And it's also something that's really cool and kind of like a by-product that was, I don't want to say like a gift to me, but kind of like something that I didn't expect.

Uh, when I kind of was building my business. And so the fact that we do have such a great supportive and robust and amazing community is just the icing on the cake. And again, I want to thank you. I always say we have the best community, which helps it perpetuate, but it's really true. I'm not just saying that we really do have amazing people here.

So if you're listening, I thank you. I appreciate you for being here and. Don't hesitate to reach out to your community because we are, there's a lot of us that are doing this manifesting life every single day, you know, kind of like people who. Have meal plans or, you know, stick to their routines really well or stick to their fitness plan or whatever it is.

People that stick to plans, people that make plans and stick to them. We're those people too, because we're sticking to our manifestation plan. And the cool thing about manifestation plans is that manifests to do the manifestation plan. Everything else in your life works out. All the other areas work themselves out and you just kind of.

Move the chess pieces of the game pieces mentally, you know, um, be being 10 steps ahead of your 3d reality and going into it with the knowledge and the awareness that you are, the game master and you are calling the shots, even if it feels like you're playing the game. So you don't like the way the game is, go and change it, change it up, change the rules, change the definition, change the game.

You're playing change the opponent change the role you're playing. It's all up to you at all times. So the more you can remember that and remind yourself of that, the better. Yeah. That's a lot of what I do and what I talk about and why I do and talk about it is just to help us all in myself, included, remember as many times as possible a day that we are in control, we are doing this.

It's all happening in accordance to what we're thinking and speaking about and behaving as such. And that makes our world each and every one of us. So the more we can accept that concept and live from it. The better off we are as human beings. And the better off we are in general, because things will be working out for us.

So we'll be fulfilled, right? Especially if we say that we're fulfilled, we're affirming it. It's going to be, our reality is now it's us now. So speaking of us now, what I want to talk about is. Who we are once we do move on. Right? Cause last week we talked about that turning point. Not that I want to affirm rock bottoms, bikini bottoms.

I don't want to affirm that, but you know, um, we're talking about, you know, the Phoenix moment, the rising up from the ashes and stuff. That's what last week's podcast was about. If you haven't checked it out, please do go listen. But today it's like, this is like the next step. So once we've shed the old, we've decided we're ready to move on.

We're kind of like facing the new, we know what it is that we want and we're resolved to get it. This is kind of, what's going to help us, like this is the action steps involved in that. So this is kind of that next step. How do you. Embody the Phoenix. How do you embody the new version? Not just by speaking about it and wanting it and desiring it and manifesting it, scripting about it, which is also part of it.

And we don't want to stop doing that, but you also want to become it. You want to be it again, becoming first two letters are B. This is about being it and that's, what's going to help you become it as to be it now. So what we're going to do is. Have our roadmap for where we want to go. We know what it is that we want.

We're very clear. We're very understanding that there's nothing that's out of reach for us, that we don't think is out of reach for us. And so, as long as we are busting through we're busing through our barriers, then I just make myself laugh. As long as they're busing through our barriers, then. We will keep moving forward.

Right? If you are just not allowing yourself to fall back into the old patterns, or at least you're catching yourself doing it so you can redirect and reaffirm and, and, and be conscious of what you're doing. That's where we're at. We're we're in a new space. We're becoming our ideal version by acting as if acting like it.

And so this episode is kind of breaking down the acting as if what that's actually like when you're becoming a new version of you, an upgraded version or a different version, doesn't matter how you call it. How do you become. So first off before we get into it, if you do want me to help you figure this out or nail down your own situation, figure out your blocks, figure out your patterns, help you come up with new affirmations and a new plan.

You can all, you can check all that out@roxytalks.com. Um, but aside from that, let's talk about how we're going to be as if act as if live as if be the version. Okay. First things first is we're going to be completing our goals. Okay. I know a lot of what we talk about here in manifesting is, or what I try to convey is the most hands-off that you can be with your manifestation process.

And what I mean by that is like, go internal, go energetic as much as you can when you're trying to. Make the 3d world conform versus trying to do it in the 3d. You know, you're messing around in the 3d, which is like the junk, the garbage, the trash, the by-product a beautiful by-product of course, but you're not going to the source, which is up in your mind.

It's where it begins. You're trying to deal with it once it's already manifested and then you're trying to mess with it, then you're trying to change it. But it's too late at that point. So when you can go internal about. You know everything, but as many things as possible and do the work upstairs, it makes for a much smoother ride when you're doing things with your body downstairs, right.

I'm going to want to use those references, but I do anyways. So once we set our goals and once we decide that we're doing it, we're achieving it. We're going to make it happen. It is up to us to embody the version of us that we want to be. And the version of you that you want to be is. Making and, or has passed by these milestones or these goals or these steps that you want for yourself.

And so if you're, you know, on a path and you want to get to the end of it, whether you walk, run, crawl, someone carries you. It doesn't really matter. You still have to travel the path to get to the, to the destination or, you know, just to get to something further down the path than you are. So.

Understanding that this is a game of, of mental action, of course. But then there, you know, you are alive. You do gotta, you gotta do something, right. I always like to use the analogy of like a doctor or a pilot. Like you can manifest it right now, but if you were to snap into. Manifestation immediately, if you were just, oh, I'm a doctor and I'm performing open-heart surgery on somebody or, oh, I'm a pilot and I'm just all of a sudden behind a plane.

No, we need to go down the steps for it's like, can we please get back to the beginning of the path? Cause I have a lot to learn right now and that's okay. But for any goal that we're going after. Start knocking them out. Start, you know, start small, start with the things that are attainable, make baby steps towards the things that you want.

If the goals seem too big or too far out, like put yourself some mile markers in place and then work towards those. As you start to complete your own goals, you are obviously making progress. You're doing great things for yourself. You're completing things. You're sticking to something you're making your own.

Better. And you're also reinforcing and becoming that ideal version of yourself who has already or will be, or has wanted to, or Yaya, uh, created or done the thing that you want to do or create or experience or whatever. So start completing your goals. Start small. If you have to take baby steps, if you have to, but just work towards doing things that like tick the boxes and check off the list of being that version of yourself.

The next part obviously is that, you know, the, the active as if in the most general sense, like literally start pretending to be your ideal self. And that's something that. I've kind of always done, but definitely took on way more when I started really understanding this. And when I was trying to manifest myself out of my old job, so I could start my business and, uh, you know, I was just like, no, I am this.

And I do live where I want to live. And I am a homeowner and I am a business owner and I am a blah, blah, blah. And I just, it was like, you couldn't tell me anything like this is who I am, period. There's no arguing about it. So, you know, I would play pretend. As much as possible with my husband. It's easy.

He's on the same page. We pretend together and we're, you know, the multimillionaires and the homeowner. Whatever, uh, now years ago and, and all these things, like we were embodying it then, and we were being in where we wanted to be in going there and experiencing it and, and, and telling ourselves that we were home.

And this is where we live, and this is our life. And, you know, just reinforcing it and just pretending to be like that. And then when I was working on changing my money story, I was pretending. To be totally fine about paying my bills and totally fine about how much was in my account, because what do you mean?

Like XY? All I see are commas and zeros. Thank you. You know, like, or, you know, comments, you get. You get what I'm saying? Always Eric comments. Um, and I was just being somebody who wasn't worried about money, even if maybe that I didn't have as much in my account as I would have wanted to. I wasn't going to act like it.

Like my account was my account. Do I need to also reinforce it by acting broke and fearing money and worrying about money? So I took what I had and just let it be okay. Fine. Great. Here we are. But I amped up my definition of myself and how I responded to things as to be, as if I already was the baller that I wanted to be or whatever.

And so that helped me bring in money and create a successful business. It was by pretending that I already did. And so. Um, knocking down things, you know, and now I'm looking back at my own story as we're going through this, this, this podcast episode, knocking down goals, big or small, working towards things, creating, you know, of lead magnets and free content to give out, making videos, building the business, doing all of the things that a business owner would do.

And that's how I became one was by doing those things. Telling myself I wasn't and working on, not telling, not and telling myself that I wasn't it. And that actually leads into the next one, which is recognizing your old patterns and triggers seeing them for what they are and just being like, huh.

Interesting. That that's where I used to like trip myself up. That's where I used to, you know, take a left when I should've been taken a ride or take, you know, that's where I used to react. For example, like the bills I was just talking about. Normally I get a bill in the mail. Oh God does it got to pay this?

And then I start the whole process of over the bills and counting down the days and counting the money. And instead, I just look at the bills and be like, cool, pay it, pay the whole thing off. I've said it a bunch of times. Acting that way when I was buying stuff. Oh, thank you please. Yes. Give me the stuff.

Yes. Yes. I says, take my car, please take all the money. I don't care. Just give me the stuff I want. Yay. You know, just as weird as that sounds, just being like the money is it's not easy. Okay. Take the money. That's not the issue. That's abundant. We have unending supplies and again, just being like that. Not really necessarily changing my spending habits or making, I wasn't necessarily making any more money or spending any more, any less.

I just was treating myself and the situation in a different way than I never had before. I was never taught to, to approach money like that, which is nobody's fault. You know, I don't think a lot of us are. So when I started doing it and then I approached all of life, that way, everything changed for me. So.

Allowing what used to trigger you into thinking your old way? Even if that old way was two seconds ago and you're deciding, oh, I'm not doing that anymore. Cool. Throw it away. It's done. It's the past is already done. It's not, has nothing to do with where we're going next. So. Seeing that the past you would, would recreate that situation by reacting to it in that moment and catching yourself like, ha ha nice try.

Not going to do that this time. I'm going to react in a different way and welcome it and say thank you because I want to be gracious and open and, and affirm that everything that comes to me is wonderful. And then that way that's what I start to experience. The more I affirm it, the more true it becomes for me.

That's kind of the name of the game more, you affirmed more real. It is. So keep going and don't fall for your old tricks anymore. Don't let it trip you up anymore because you're, you're, you're aware now and you're understanding, and you're not letting that happen. You're not just reacting Willy nilly off of your old programming anymore.

Cause we're changing that. We're changing the story. And finally, what we want to be doing is. Greeting what comes next with positive expectancy and enthusiasm. Just like I was saying, being open to what comes and saying that you're open because just even saying that you're open to it opens you up, it's an affirmation know.

So it's creating the reality that you're living in. So even if you just say I'm opening up, this feels great. I feel so wonderful. I'm only amazing things are coming my way. And when something happens. Like just like, I would react to a bill, whether I had the money in my account to pay for it or not either way it was oh, cool.

Pay it. Good. That moment had nothing to do with the amount of my, in my bank account, but it had everything to do with who I would become and the bill got paid, right. The bills always get paid. The bills always get paid. You want to be worried about, so if you have an instance in your 3d reality, that doesn't match the new story we're telling.

Uh, we'll say, what did we just affirm that it doesn't match the new story we're telling? Oh no, no, no, no, because everything does right. Everything's working out for us. And so when something comes along, if it's a good thing. Great, awesome. You did that. Amazing Kelly. I'll give yourself a pat on the back if it's anything, but great.

Everything is working out for me because what that moment is right now, I was like a building. I can't change the bill. I already used the service, right? Like T-Mobile, doesn't care that I am abundant now. And I'm going to pay with an energy. They're like, no, you were using the fucking service all month, last month.

So we're going to need that money. Right? So again, in the moment the bill or the situation, or the experience is irrelevant to the response you have, but the response you have. Builds you and brings you in, helps you become that ideal version. If you respond the way the ideal version would. And if you were in your ideal reality, you would be greeting everything with a big hell.

Yes. Right? Because if everything's working out and everything is so amazing and good things keep happening to you and you can. See what happens next then? Yeah. Hell yeah. It was. Yes. Thank you. Anything come to mind the way I appreciate it. Cause I see the abundance of the world. I see what it's meant to teach me what it's meant to give me and I appreciate it.

And I welcome it. And I thank you universe because you just keep blessing me with amazing things every single day and every single day keeps getting better. If that were your reality, you would welcome everything that came to you with open arms and that's exactly where you want it. So if something happens to you, hell yeah, this is working out in your favor.

It's just like a bill in the mail. You can't change the fact that you racked up the bill, but you can change the way that you feel about bills or situations in general, which will change your outer world. And it'll reflect your outer world. War will reflect the way that you respond. So when I started responding to all my bills with yes, pay them all I can pay all of it, pay the whole blocks.

I don't care. I just pay everybody's bill. It doesn't really matter. Just pay. It's all good. Cause money keeps coming in. That was my reality. When I stopped reacting to bills like, oh God, oh God, no, I got it. Oh God. Now it's going to be like, well I'm 1 49 and 27 cents. You know, like that's what kept me cinched up and tightened.

So when I opened up everything else opened for me. So when you experienced something in your reality and you react to it, like, oh, hell yeah, that's amazing. Yes. I can't wait to see what else comes. You get something else to react like that too. You get more of that. So learn to Bob and weave, learn to understand that this place is a reflection of your thoughts.

It's a hologram, it's a projection. It's an illusion. Don't let it fool. You don't fall too far under the spell unless you're having a great time. If you're having a great time, get fucking lost in it. Right. Do as much as you can to soak it up. But if it's one of those moments where you would rather be someone else, someone okay.

Either one, someone somewhere else. Pop in there in your mind, go there mentally instead of wanting to be someone else, be it right there. Decide right there. You know what? I don't want to be that I am that now I am that version of me. I am happy and fulfilled. Life is great. Things are working out for me.

What the hell am I talking about? What is coming next? Thank you universe. And what that's going to do is open you up for something amazing to come. Does it have to take a long time.

Great. So be the you that you want to be by literally being. If you know that your ideal version of yourself doesn't respond in the same way that you would normally respond, then work on not responding that way, because the only way to become that version of you, that doesn't respond like that is to stop responding that way and learn how to not respond that way.

And that is done through repetition. It's done through action. It's done through trial and yeah. It's done through pushing through the hard moments, but that's what we're here for. Cause the days keep coming. So I'm going to keep treating them like I am in control. Cause why not? Why not? And when I do treat them that way, things work out just so much easier and better for me so much smoother.

Life is great. We're doing amazing things. We feel amazing. We feel wonderful. We feel connected to ourselves. Everything is working out for us. This is what we're telling ourselves. We're fulfilled. We're satisfied. We're scripting. We're enjoying life. We're meditating every day. We're getting outside. We're getting in nature.

We're communicating with the people we love. We're communicating. With ourselves, we're allowing ourselves to feel and process emotion. We are just doing all the things that make us a well-rounded person. We're living as our ideal version. Now, no matter what's happening in our 3d and that's, what's going to help us become that version.
