What is up my fellow dreamers and soul searchers. Welcome to another episode of the Roxy talks podcast, where we discuss. Manifesting manifestation, positive thinking and living like a conscious creator, not being a weenie don't bear what's there. Uh, there's only like five people on the planet that are gonna know what that means.

And the five of us will chuckle about that to ourselves. Um, not being a Wiener when it comes to denying and.

Denying your current and testifying about your chosen? Did I testify? I'm in a crazy mood today and, oh, I just looked at my recording and it was a one 11. And of course like this, this is exactly where I'm supposed to fucking be. And I'm supposed to be crazy on the podcast today because I don't know people on mindset Monday set me off and.

If you don't watch mindset Monday, that is our live stream chat every week. And the whole thing about it is that I kind of have a tendency to yell, like, you know, as I'm giving advice sometimes because. Like get your shit together. So I would love because I love you. And I, um, you know, I repeat myself a lot and as a person, that's like one of my personal pet peeves.

So when I'm giving these live streams on Monday, a couple things happen for one I'm kind of channeling information and also channeling energy. So. A lot of the things I say don't necessarily come from me that, but I like, I hear them in my head. And also a lot of times the emotions that I feel in my body are not mine.

Either. And I will get these surges of emotion of like adrenaline sometimes, or it's like a swell of, I can't, I don't know how to explain it. Just like when you're overcome with like, Ooh, it's all coming out. And then me as a person, I just happen to be very expressive. Like, like the distinction I tried to make to people.

Cause I've been called dramatic before and I'm like, I'm not, I don't think that I'm dramatic. I'm just very, I'm reactive and I'm expressive. So. Uh, you know, if I'm reacting to something, it generally reacts in like a big way. And I'm vocal about what's on my mind and vocal about what, you know, whatever. So I tend to kind of express how I'm feeling, um, in, in a given situation.

And I express myself in a big way anyways. So I guess it comes off as dramatic, but I like to say it's expressive, but the point is that on mindset Monday. When I'm answering questions, it's a live Q and a chat. I'm answering manifestation questions. Oftentimes I'm answering the same question over and over and over and over and over again.

And I get somewhat triggered emotionally because it's annoying for me to have to repeat the same things over and over. Like, I'm like, you should know this, like I'm seeing the same names asking the same questions, like, you know, better, but also the, the, in the channel, the information. They came to the live stream to receive that day.

The whoever's giving the information to them. That message comes through and sometimes a swell of emotion comes through again, not my own, usually it just I'm just filled with like adrenaline. So all of that combined my expressive nature, my, my, the, the, the words that are coming through for the answers to the questions combined with.

The additional emotional aspect of it. Makes me sometimes like yell at people. So I'm answering their questions and I'm like, get your shit together. Like quite literally I'm saying that kind of stuff. And it's gotten to the point where like you, if you're on the, if you're on mindset Monday, you know, you are guilty probably of encouraging me to.

A bitch and yellow people, which to me, I feel bitchy. Cause I don't want to yell at people. I don't want, like I said, sometimes it's not even, I don't feel like I want to yell at you sometimes. It's not my emotion. Sometimes it is, but it's not always my emotion. So I feel bad sometimes yelling at everybody.

But it's like gotten to the point where like they're asked, you know, you guys are asking for merge, like we're literally working on merge, talking about me, yelling at me, it's people. But the reason I'm mentioning all this is because. Hey, I'm AMTA. So today was one of those days where I just got fired up and I haven't come down from it.

So this might be a Wiley podcast. And two, they brought it to mind tension that I don't yell on the podcast. And, and I never really thought about it. Like I I'm expressive. Like I said, oh my God, peaks and valleys. I know that. Um, so I never really gave it a second of thought. I mean, honestly, you know, when I do get on the podcast, I am more subdued generally than I am on mindset Monday.

And I am just kind of just topically talking about a topic. I'm just kind of riffing off of what's in my mind and how I feel and what I've experienced. And I'm usually having my, you know, my armchair voice, like this one right here. This is my, you know, the talk radio voice. I have been on radio before I had my own radio show in the past.

It's me being the radio host. Right. I didn't realize that I don't scream at you on the podcast. And I apologize. Cause apparently people, like when I scream at them and I don't know why, I'm sure my husband doesn't like, sure, my husband doesn't like being yelled at by me. I don't like being a yeller. Like I don't want to be a naggy bitch at all.

If you want more, it's the sense of fucking word to say, if you want more of my screaming, yelling content, who would want that? That's how I think I'm like, who wants to listen to me? Yell? Who wants to listen to me ramble about bullshit. I don't know. It's six minutes in and we're still going.

But I digress. I wanted to talk about gratitude today, but I got stuck on a tangent because of the L a fire fiery fired up-ness that I got going on within, within my loins. That sounded weird within my spirit. Let's just say that my loins were just normal and just fine, but gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude.

I like the topic of gratitude because. When you do gratitude, grit, gratitude has like several mechanisms built into it that are beneficial for the manifestation process. For one, it feels good. Like it makes you feel really good to start listening and going down the road of the things that you are grateful.

I'm grateful for always knowing exactly what word to use when you're going down the road of, uh, saying your, your gratitude, saying what you're grateful for. Talking about what you're thankful for, what you appreciate in the world. You're drumming up the feelings of having them, which makes you feel lucky and secure and safe and blessed and over abundant and taken care of.

And it gives you the fields that you're looking for when you're wanting to manifest, what is your, whatever it is you're wanting, which is, you know, the opposite of lack of, of having in, in, you know, Tainting and keeping in enjoying the second thing about gratitude. That's really cool. And that helps you as a manifests door is a manifest door manifests storyline.

Yeah. Is that gratitude affirms that you do get and have what you want. So when you are being. Great. Why do I keep thinking? I want to say gracious and I want to say grateful cause I always choose the right words every time easily when you're being grateful. When you're talking about the things that you're grateful for, you are affirming that you have and receive things that bring you joy, comfort, ease, peace, money, whatever it is, love, whatever it is that you want, you are affirming that you have that in your work.

At this very moment, which of course brings you more of it because your thoughts are in the future. The thoughts are big sister. The thoughts are always on the forefront. The thoughts are kind of like, this is a, uh, oh my God. My words are so easily coming to me. This is an analogy we'd got on mindset Monday, today.

Think about your thoughts as like a marching band leader. That's always out in front of the band. And the band is going to follow the marching band leader with his like baton and shit. They're going to follow him wherever he goes. So if you lead your marching band through a pile of like a field of Cal pu, guess what's going to be all over their feet and their pant legs.

And even if you marched them out of that field of cow poo, They're probably still going to smell like shit. Like the poo has been trampled through, and it is now kind of clinging to our clothes at this moment or in our feet in our shoes and we made it out, but we still have some of that residue on us.

So remember that, you know, you are leading your 3d reality is weird as that analogy may be you're leading your 3d reality with your thoughts and every single moment. So you have to make sure you're guiding them in the right place. Otherwise, you're going to. Trumbull through shit. And Trumbull is a word that I decided I want him to use.

And I hope I just made that up today. Trumbull, it gets, it gets the image across it's a vocative Trumbull. Don't get trampled.

I need a rocks and talks dictionary, you know, that's kind of something we kind of have something like that on the list. Any huddles? Let's talk about gratitude again. So gratitude is us. Again, feeling really good invoking feelings within us that we actually want to feel satisfaction, joy, comfort, appreciation, gratitude.

Again, more gratitude because the more gratitude you have, the means, the more stuff you have to feel grateful for. Right? So more gratitude begets, more gratitude, more grateful feelings, give you more things to feel grateful about. So that's one thing again, too, when you. Doing a gratitude. You are affirming that you have what you want.

And since your thoughts are out ahead of the 3d reality, that is like you leading your marching band through a beautiful field of daisies or into, you know, uh, The swimming pool of money. How about that? It's leading your thoughts, your 3d reality, somewhere good and productive and something that you'd like to actually experience versus just letting them go wherever your autopilot takes you.

So awareness, discipline, always key. I say that all the time. That is what the cornerstones of my 360 method. That is my signature method. The official 360 program is coming very soon. Let's talk about, we're thankful for it.

We're affirming what we're thankful for, which means we're getting more of what we're thankful for. And if you talk about the things that you like, that you have. Think about it like this, the more you are grateful for money, for instance, the more money you'll have, the more you're grateful for love. The more love you'll have.

The more, you're grateful for comfort and safety and ease that you have the more comfort and safety and ease that you'll have you get what I'm saying. Right. So, whatever you're grateful for, you'll get more of, if you want something in your life, then start being grateful for that specific thing. Even if you don't have it yet, be grateful for things that are similar to it.

Right. Does that make sense? Just, you know, grateful by associates. That sounds cool. Grateful by association. Is that a ban that should be abandoned, grateful by association, find drum up that feeling, drum up the feeling of having what you want by talking about what you've already got. That gives you the similar feels.

Gratitude makes you feel good. It helps you affirm what you already have. And so what you're doing is amplifying. The power to manifest because you're adding in that genuine feeling, that genuine appreciation and the gratitude of something that you already have. Is a solid gratitude. What I mean by that is like, when you're saying thankful, thank you for something that you already have, you know, that you already have it.

You know what it really feels like to love it and to experience it and yada, yada, yada. So your thank you, your, your gratitude, your grit, gratefulness is genuine and it's deep and it's real, and it's strong. It's an anchor within you that has real connections. So if you can pair real genuine gratitude.

With something, you know, from something that you already have with something that you don't have yet, you can amplify it by having again, like I said, a more certain and more real, a more proven, a more sure. Thank you because you already know what it feels like to have something like that. So we'll take the feeling of the thank you of the, this.

I already have it, combine it with the imagery and the ideas, the notion, the language of the thing that we want and empower ourselves and, uh, amplify the power. That's the word I was looking for. Amplify our power even more. Because it's backed by genuine emotion and not just genuine emotion, it's backed by certainty.

And that's really what the universe responds to is certainty. The more, you know, something is going to happen, the more it happens and I'm sure. Listening has had those moments of, like, I just knew this was going to happen. And it did it's because you knew it was going to happen. And like whether or not you knew it was going to happen.

Cause it was already happening and you ha it happened. Cause you already knew it. Like, I think that stuff all feeds in on each other, but regardless of it, if you got the notion and you approached it with certainty, that's how you want. Do everything essentially like, you know, if you could put that certainty on the stuff that you're not certain about, it would come about a lot faster.

The universe responds very well to certainty the gray area stuff. If you leave it up to the universe, they're going to give you whatever it could be. Anything out of the gray. Yeah. It's like grabbing a grab bag. That's what it was. I just heard my head. It's like a grab bag. Would you rather pick out the thing that you want or get a grab?

It's up to you and I'm having flashbacks to the Sanrio store. If you're a nineties kid and eighties or nineties kid, maybe even seventies, kid, seventies, eighties, nineties, kid. Do you remember the Sanrio the hello kitty store? Obviously I was obsessed with the hello kitty store and I had to go every time I went to the mall, no matter which mall it was, we're going to the hello.

Kitty store have to have to have two. And they used to always have those grab bags and it would just be who knows what. Inside of a hello kitty bag. You can't see it until you get at home. And it would have a little cute little dangly charm on it. And I liked to collect the charm. So I would buy the grab bags to get the charms off of them.

And then there was whatever the fuck there was inside of it. It doesn't really matter cause it was a grab bag. But anyways, that's the image. I just got my mind. So you can have a grab bag, get whatever the hell the universe is giving you. That's what your uncertainty is giving you. It's like the it's the role of the dice.

Essentially. It could be anything that you think is possible. When you operate with certainty, meaning you don't offer wavering. Notions. You're not listening, listening to your doubts. You're not considering your worries are your fears, your insecurities, you know that they're just, it's just noise. Just background noise.

You don't have to listen to it. You don't have to tune in if you send that stuff away and only focus on the feelings and the thoughts that feel good to think and feel. You are creating momentum for the future and you're choosing, you're choosing your hello kitty purchase verts versus grabbing the grab bag.

And I'm not saying the grab bags. Aren't great, but I'm just saying, I remember the charms on the grab bag more than I remember what was inside of them personally. I remember the wrapping the bags even more than I remember anything that I ever got inside of one, but again, the point is certainty choosing it saying, I want this.

That one. That's the one I don't need this one. That one, that one, maybe this one. And I guess I could pick this one. If I'm not good enough for the one I actually want. And then you could pick this tier and if I'm not good enough for any of these three on this lower tier, then I guess I could, I mean, these are the ones.

I mean, I don't really want them, but I guess I'll have them. And then if you really want to know what I actually hate, actually I hate this one. I really hate this one. If you could give me like nothing, but this, see, this one right here really hate this one. I don't like this one right here. Can you, Hey, Hey.

Hey, you're looking, you're looking at the wrong plates. Come over here. Look at the one. I don't like, this is the one I don't like to see this one right here. I don't like this one. That's what we're doing with, with the universe and the universe doesn't know what you're saying. It's just looking at like, you know, which one you're choosing and if you're putting all your attention on the one you don't like, it's just like, okay, that's the one that's got all the attention.

That's the one she's getting. They, uh, this is a tan, this is a tangent. This is a tangental. This is a transcend Tran trans tan gentle episode. And if you're a real, real diehard, Roxy. Fan person in the community, then you will make it to the end of this episode. I love you and appreciate you, but I have a point, I swear.

My point is certainty works well with something that is just choosing for you. If you don't give it the choice, it's just going to pick something. Okay. So be certain B strong, be direct with what you want, be clear about it, and then use things like gratitude to amplify the feeling and the, the idea and the notion that you already have it and sell it to yourself, sell it to the universe that it's yours already.

It's on its way more is coming. It doesn't really matter because it's all here anyways. And you're just coming in contact with more and more great things every single day, no matter where you go. And yeah. The feelings of what you've gotten in your life. Use the idea, use the evidence that there is an abundant world out there to remind you.

What's in store and what's possible for you as you navigate through your 3d and using the stuff that you've already had, all stuff you've already manifested to easier worries and doubts and remind you that, Hey, there's so much good stuff here. You got all this good stuff that you can focus on now, while you're waiting for the other stuff in the oven, like the stuff is cooking.

Here's your appetizer that you've already manifested. Enjoy it. Have fun with it. Say thank you. And then before you know, it, the main course will be. So keep occupied, keep your mind away from the lack of the doubt, the worry, the fear, the how the, when that I don't know that I get, I guess, I guess I'll have something now, if your mind is always at where you want it to be, your 3d world will eventually show up there as well.

It's going to have to, there's no other way around it. It's been doing that your whole life. You just haven't realized that yet because you haven't gotten out in front of your thoughts for long enough to see a major change, or maybe you have. And fuck me. And what am I saying? What do I know? But either way we can still do it.

We can still do more. We can still keep going and we can still keep our thoughts out ahead. You can go, you know, miles out front, you can go just a couple of minutes out in front, but either way be conscious of the story you're telling, use that gratitude to prove to yourself that you can do it, to remind yourself that you are abundant in the world does have your back.

And there are great things coming to you. As we speak more and more is coming every month. So it's okay. If you don't see what you want right now in your 3d reality, don't even affirm. It don't even acknowledge that because all I see is all the amazing things I've manifested for myself. Look around, look around you.

Everything around you, you've manifested, you are abundant in the world is totally on your side. There is so much to be grateful for. So just say that there is start drumming up the feelings that you can believe it. More. Convince yourself. And of course it would not be a proper gratitude episode. If I did not mention how grateful I am for you, for everybody in this community, for the way that you treat yourselves for the way that you treat each other, for the way that you treat me for the way that we are changing the world, we're sharing with so many people, we're making huge waves.

We're changing the way people manifest all over the world and it's just getting better. So thank you for being here. Thank you so much for just being amazing and sharing the journey with me, because if you're here, you're aligned too. Cause I know. And even if I'm not, you're not going to hear me fucking say otherwise.

Good. And if I did you catch me running, praising myself. Cause I'm always on top and I'm always on top of my thoughts. I'm always paying attention. And I always say the things that are working out for me and everything is always working out for me. And everything's great. I love my life and I've seen amazing things.
