Summer has officially begun and the ladies could not be happier. They are building their tans, beating the heat and sipping on way too many cocktails. Per usual, the gals recap the week by sharing their, “Rose and Thorn”, present their local and national news highlights, give advice that this week is debatably good, get their first update from a listener who called in for advice during the second episode and hear who is on the gals’ bucket list for concerts. Erica is finally back on the booze wagon and is coming in hot with a simple version of a Piña Colada. Do you need to be laying by a pool sipping on a delicious frozen cocktail?? Well the ladies do too, so break out that blender and whip up this bad boy. Who is slurring and mispronouncing words this week? Well, they all are, so do your best to figure out who is the drunkest and share your thoughts!
Piña Colada Recipe
1 cup Malibu rum
2/3 cup coconut cream
1 1/3 cup Pineapple juice
Lots and lots and lots and lots of ice
Blend to desired consistency enjoy
*makes 3 pitchers because we like our drink
