Ramya Sinha was the perfect guest for this week’s podcast. Ramya is a rising junior at Chapman University and extremely involved! She is a Business major with a Sociology and Africana Studies double minor. She is a member of ChapTones a cappella, Gamma Phi sorority and is President of the Black Student Union (BSU) at Chapman University for the second year. She has a lot on her plate, and she handles it with grace.

They dive into Ramya’s experience as a black woman at Chapman, her experience being the President of the longest-standing club at Chapman, and the BSU Action Plan that she has presented in efforts to create institutional change at Chapman University. The action plan clearly outlines 12 practices and changes that BSU and their supporters demand to see at Chapman University, and Marshall and Ramya discuss just a few of them on the podcast.
