Welcome to Episode 19 of the Eat for Endurance Podcast, featuring outdoor sports journalist, editor, copywriter, and content marketing creator, Lisa Jhung.
Lisa has been a journalist in the outdoor industry for 20 years. Lisa has authored two books: “Trailhead: The Dirt on All Things Trail Running,” and most recently, "Running That Doesn't Suck: How To Love Running (Even If You Think You Hate It).” That’s actually how Lisa and I connected - she reached out a couple years ago to interview me for the fueling section of her book (find me on page 161), and when I received my copy, I figured why not interview her too?
