Katie Dalebout is the author of the Hay House book Let It Out: A Journey Through Journaling, and the host of the Let It Out podcast, which has been going since 2013 (which in podcast years is the equivalent to the Stone Age). We cover a range of topics including Katie's journey from small town Michigan to New York City, her unconventional route to getting her book published, the dangers of being dogmatic about wellness, and the importance of "letting out" both the dark and light inside us.
