
All Things Pilates with Darien Gold
Darien Gold, producer, writer, editor and host of All Things Pilates, brings her style and interviewing skills she developed in 2017 as a radio show host. Since then, Darien’s intention continues to light the way and bring greater exposure of the Contrology System and listeners rely on her and her guests for additional insights into the Pilates community. The Pilates Method is considered a global phenomenon and it has profoundly changed both the wellness and fitness conversations and through insightful interviews and expert discussions, Darien and her guests explore the fascinating history and evolution of Contrology.
Though we can’t know exactly what Joseph Pilates was thinking or feeling towards the end of his life, we do know he wanted the entire world to practice Contrology and so, as we discuss the man and the method, we learn more about how his genius continues to influence and inspire. Darien’s Podcast is a library filled with episodes that are helping to preserve valuable and historical information and a precious resource for decades to come.

Gwen Miller ~ Author, Safe Movement for All Spines
Now part of the Penguin Random House Author club, Gwen Miller is all smiles and is here to share what it’s like to be a new published author. Last season, Gwen helped us understand about various spinal pathologies and how she was preparing for the publication of her upcoming book, Safe Movement for All Spines. Today, I thought we’d like to hear from Gwen again, about how it felt to see her book in print, what the response has been and what she hopes to accomplish with her book.
