A look at my experiences of professionalism and bullying within the NHS. This episode looks at the reasons why what we wear to work is important as well as discussing the controversial topic of whether a doctor should introduce themselves by their first name.
With depression and suicide rates within the NHS continuing to rise, I talk about my past experiences with bullying and discuss the use of bullying as a 'training tool'.
