That travel, the pressure, the adrenaline swings, the long hours and poor sleep, it all adds up. And you may or may not even notice it at first, but that constant stress starts to wear you down. Burnout doesn't happen overnight, it creeps in slowly. The afternoon fog, the shorter temper, the slower recovery. It's like running a race with a slow leak in your tire. You can still drive, but you're losing traction every lap. And that's why high performance health isn't about waiting until something breaks, it's about spotting the warning signs before you hit the wall. Now you might be wondering, Jeff, how do you see burnout before it happens? Well, I'm glad you asked. This is where your metabolic blueprint comes into play.
