After a long season of travel, adrenaline, and constant pressure, your nervous system is running hot. And you don't need more hype. What you do need is neural recovery. That's where NSDR, that stands for non-sleep deep rest, as well as clinical hypnosis, can come into play. So you might be wondering exactly what is NSDR?
