God Promises to Prosper You

What do you do when you are in your darkest times?  When you have a need, do you hope God is going to make good on His promises?
Proverbs 3:5‭-‬6 KJV
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Some people will get really busy for the Lord when they have a need.  THIS IS SELF EFFORT. 
What Proverbs 3:5‭-‬6 really means is this; 

1. Trust the Lord means Trust Him completely. 
2. Lean not unto thine own understanding means don't try to figure out how He is going to work it out.
3. In all thy ways acknowledge him means put God in remembrance of His word. Thank Him in advance. Praise Him because He is worthy to be praised. 

God said He shall supply our needs. He also said He would bless us abundantly. Trust Him. 
This is your part. Rest in Him. Meditate on His word while you wait.  He has given you peace that passes all understanding. Don't try to figure it out. 
This is the Beauty of Grace.
