Our special guest for this episode is Claire Ketchum.

Claire Ketchum is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach through The Institute of Transformational Nutrition, and creator of The Peaceful Eating Method.  She is also the host of The Stress-Free Weight Loss Community. 

 She teaches women who are tired of struggling to stick to a healthy diet how to identify and remove their Eating Well Blockers so they can eat well with ease and finally reach and maintain their feel-good weight and feel confident and happy in their own skin. She is also a regular contributor to The Live Love and Eat Magazine.

In this episode, Claire shares with us her story on how she got started in her career.  After being on diets most of her life, getting on and falling off she got introduced to the book  Woman, food, and God by Geneen Roth and that is when she started to practice mindful eating and stop dieting. 

We talk about restrictive diets and why diets don't work.  Claire explains to us how she discovered the key to sustainable weight loss and staying on track.  She created the Chronic Stress Loop and explains what it is and how stress is one of the main factors in overeating.

We talk about EFT Tapping and how effective it is. 

She gives us 3 tips to give someone who is struggling to live healthy.
