The journey to healing can be an overwhelming process, especially when you find yourself back in similar places as before. Trust that you are not back in that exact same spot. You have come so far. It is ok if you forget this, forgetting is part of being human. And you continually get back up and continue to surrender to the unknown. You have found a new way of living. Instead of living in fear all the time, it is only sometimes now. Fear is forgetting, Surrender is remembering. Healing is hard work, but you don't give up. You keep trying to remember. You are a brave heart. Our world needs more hearts like yours. The healing process is worth it. I promise. Keep going-
