I am on the Ayahuasca medicine path at a pace right now that sometimes feels overwhelming. I am learning a lot at lightning speed, but with these learnings come much struggle at times. This podcast is musing and lessons from my last 3 sits with Ayahuasca in early May. Themes of trauma responses, healing trauma, past conditioning, integration of the medicine & ceremony into real life, forgetting the truth, trust, surrender, entering the void, interconnectedness, purpose, ego death and dissolution, abundance and scarcity mindset are discussed.
