060: Today we’re talking with a new friend of mine named Ryan Wright who runs the Income Hacker Podcast. Ryan is a real estate investing veteran and has been an active hard money lender and note buyer for many years now.

I was on Ryan’s podcast recently and during our conversation, I learned that he has a lot of experience in the world of hard money lending and underwriting notes. I had a feeling he would have A LOT of insights to offer the REtipster audience because we haven’t covered these topics in great detail on the podcast before.
If you’ve got extra cash laying around and you want to find better ways of putting your capital to work in the real estate world (without doing all the hands-on work yourself), this could be a viable option for you.
