Victor is the founder of the new crowdfunding REI platform, Griffin Crowd Capital. He has built a mortgage empire, spanning 36 offices in several western and central states. He started with just two loan officers that grew to 288! But then, in 2007, he closed all his offices after the financial crisis and had to start again. He tried a different but more efficient strategy. He was persistent, consistent, and he took action. Now, he has achieved success!
