Bernard shares that his first real estate deal was a real estate development in Latin America. He later discovered multifamily syndications in the U.S. and started investing as a limited partner. He then shares that his investments in the U.S. are doing way better than the ones he had in Latin America, that’s why he focussed to invest here.
