Meet Alan and Elena Neely. Alan used to fly planes for a major airline, while Elena earned her MBA in Finance and worked as a procurement analyst, negotiating contracts in the $100 million range. In the early 2000s, after witnessing the downsizing and layoffs of their colleagues, the couple realized there must be a better way
They decided to focus their spare time on real estate. By 2005, the couple pivoted towards building townhomes in Seattle, which they held as rental properties. Soon they owned and operated multiple companies specializing in land development, property management, and real estate brokerage.
