My guest today is the beautiful Liv Kaplan, a holistic nutritionist and healthy chef who is passionate about food, health and thinking about nutrition from a different perspective. Liv is all about eating in alignment with who you really are, nurturing your body, and still being able to enjoy the good things while keeping it all in balance.
