In this first episode of the series Andrew and Silke do their utmost to introduce themselves and why they decided to host this podcast, all whilst keeping the rambling at bay. They explore the different definitions of disease/ mental disorders and dive into why there is a stigma attached to being mentally unwell, particularly if you are in a position of leadership. We find out about personal experience and the difference between society`s expectations of a proper Australian bloke versus a German career woman and the perceived taboos that come with the territory.
