Many things can impact it, stress, child birth, scar tissue from child birth, gut, and of course trauma, sexual or otherwise. Joining me this week are 2 very special women. Aviva Danziger is a Massage therapist and pain and trauma specialist. She has developed a method using acupuncture directly on the pelvic floor. Jana Danielson is a wellness entrepreneur , author, founder of Lead Pilates, Lead Integrated Health Therapies, and the Metta district-she is also the inventor of the Cooch ball.
