This weeks episode starts off with my friend Adina Elbaz telling the story of her brain injury 9 years ago. Adina's mother is currently suffering with brain cancer and we would like to request that everyone please daven for Chana bat Bruriah.
Keeping the brain healthy as we age is so important-not just to prevent Alzheimers and Dementia but also to prevent neurodegenerative diseases that also often begin in the brain. Dr. Diner a functional medicine doctor tells us about his program where the focus is brain health. He gives us tips on things we can start to do early so that hopefully we can keep our brain function optimal.
Joining me for this week's extro is Edan Green the youngest member of our torah dream team, who has once again astounded me with her beautiful torah connections. I don't think I said a word for about 10 minutes which tells you how blown away I was!
