mary grace allerdice:

My name is Mary Grace and you're listening to the homebody podcast. Here we explore what it means to practice embodiment, which is practicing home inside our own selves and also within our wider body which is the earth. These spiritually and artfully minded conversations center healing, magic, astrology, intuition, art, wellness, creativity, social and environmental justice as the practices that help us witness more relationship, meaning and purpose. We are here to approach life as a conscious process. And my hope is to enliven you, encourage you to hone your intuition, connect to your own center. So together, we can cultivate more wisdom and self trust and be dynamic agents of beauty. People who are fully awake, and with our power and tact, we're here to be more intentional as we approach the creation and caretaking of life. And we are here to make room for inquiry, sensitivity, and joy. Thank you for listening. Hi, everyone. And welcome to this week's episode, we are positioned here towards the end of November 2020. In between two guest episodes that are about honeybees, the environment and how these amazing creatures model community for us work in consensus. So make sure you go back and check out last week's episode for my conversation with Alicia masella who is a traditional beeswax candle maker. And then you can tune in next week for a super interesting and insightful conversation with Andrew roll who is a regenerative beekeeper so many great insights from both of these folks regarding learning from the natural world and how we can relate directly to the natural world better as far as how we are dependent on it for our livelihoods. And also how we can honor it more fully with our practices or with our purchases and our attention. This week, we're going to talk about the eclipse coming up in a few days at the end of the month and get into some of the astrology and transits happening over the next couple of weeks as we move into December. And then I will also share a live channeled message for this lunation cycle. So as I've been doing over the past few weeks, and I do appreciate so much all of you who take the time to reach out and give feedback. And just let me know that the message like the messages land for you and the things happen, it's it does feel like a very vulnerable thing to do on this medium. But it is something that I feel called to do right now, which is why I'm doing it. And so yeah, I appreciate all the feedback and response on your end, it really means so much and it makes me helps me know you better and feel like we're more in conversation, which is of course at least for me the goal. So before we get into that, I have a couple of announcements to let you know about this Saturday on November 28 is the final group healing circle for 2020. I'm not going to do one in December, there's just a lot of holiday going around, I'm going to be preparing some things for that transition and for getting into January that I want to be able to give my attention in my presence to so I'll be directing it there in December. But it's been a really beautiful monthly offering and I'm thrilled to share that kind of space with you all. So if you would like to get in on that before the end of the year, I would strongly recommend that you do it has always been a really powerful time the word potent always comes to mind the things that come through or just geared so for the people who come and it is a really beautiful time that we spend together whether you participate live via zoom or whether you catch the replay later. You do receive the healing work you do receive anything that comes through in a channeled way. And it's a really, it's just a really beautiful time and I really hope that you join us It will be at

7:

30pm eastern standard time on November 28. You can reserve your spot at the link below. So be sure to do that because it's in. It's in like a day and a half for when this comes out and we have a couple of spots left. I tried to keep it limited so that it is more concentrated and more focused work. So be sure to nab one of those spots if you would like to attend. And then I also want to let you know that I now have gift certificates available that you can use for one on one sessions. So you can find more at the link below or by going to my website, mg allerdyce.com. And at the top, you'll see a menu item that says sessions. And there's now a page that says gift certificates. And for the next few couple of weeks, you can purchase a gift certificate and then also receive some money back for yourself or for your session for yourself as a way of just creating a lot of dynamic energy around giving and receiving. So I would encourage you to give that gift if that's something that you feel called to do. If there's someone in your life that you feel like you can support in that way support with a gift of witnessing or mapping or giving them space to feel really heard and understood and make room for their own healing or understanding of the next part of their journey is like that is something that I love to do. So again, you can find more info about that at the link below. And then lastly, I have been really wanting to build up more community around this podcast and the offerings in the sessions instead of feeling like people come in for a session and then they you know, dissolve into outer space or you hear an episode of the podcast, but there's nowhere to really ask questions or implement. So there is a community platform that we have that is off social media, and we've had it for I don't actually remember, but I think it was the summer. And I've really been putting more and more attention into that group lately. And I will continue to put more and more attention into that group in the coming weeks. It's something that I'm really working on. So if you would like to have a space where you can talk about the guests or the conversations or things that come up and how they land or ask questions about certain transits, or what I mean when I say this, or just talk to other people, and you don't even want to talk to me, that's fine. So you can do that. You can join our group, it's totally free. And you can do that at the link below, we would love to have you join, introduce yourself, tell us what you're reading. And let us know what you're excited about right now really wanting to really realizing that we are having to come up with new ways of doing community that allow us to be in different places. And make that distance between us powerful, instead of something that feels like a gap and how we're going to need each other need each other's ideas need each other's mirroring and witnessing and listening. And our co learning and our co working to really create the regenerative world that we want the regenerative work that we want the regenerative relationships that we want. And so this is the beginning of that happening, at least in my sphere. So I would love to invite you into that and you can find the link for that below. Alright, so we're going to head into this last month of the year, last month of 2020 is coming right up everyone. And that feels a little bit strange, a little bit wonderful and a little bit strange. Again, for me, it's like wow, has that much time really passed? And then I think back on it. And I'm like oh yes, it definitely has. So we're heading into this last month and we're kicking off our entry into December with a small lunar eclipse that is happening on November 30, which is Tuesday. Here. It's happening about 430 in the morning here on Eastern Standard Time. And it's not a strong Eclipse it doesn't have any super major aspects or relationships going on is called a penumbral Eclipse simply, some people wouldn't even classify it as one but it's still a nation that we're going to pay attention to. If you want a review or refresher on the eclipses in Gemini and Sagittarius in general that we'll be having over the next year or so. I made a video this summer when the nodes were changing signs into Gemini and Sagittarius that kind of summarizes some of the dynamics that we'll see over the next year with the nodes being there. And while we have eclipses in these two signs, I'll be sure to post that video below so you can access it if you would like. And this particular Eclipse series happening in Gemini, it can bring up you know our emotional weather and relationships around things that we value, the weather those things or our partnerships, or money or objects of value. They could also bring up intense emotions in general. I always like to remind folks that eclipses are not the moment necessarily to act or Initiate things that the nature of eclipses is one that is inherently chaotic and unpredictable. And when we also bring chaotic emotions or drives to our actions on top of the weather that's already doing that, it becomes really impossible. I think in a lot of ways to direct towards a desirable specific outcome. It could happen, it could also not happen. And a lot of times when we're working with ritual or with magic, we're wanting to be specific and intentional in a lot of ways and be able to cooperate with the life energies instead of eclipsing the life energies. So this is what we call a north node Eclipse. And in the Vedic astrological tradition, the north node is, which is in Gemini right now is the head of the dragon. It's the it's hungry, it's looking towards what's next. And it's looking for it with heat with us wide open mouth, in a sense of like ravenous desire. And if that's unmediated, it can potentially be destructive, because this appetite is kind of operating without the context of a body. So in Gemini, we can see this kind of heady hungry mouth open towards an insatiable appetite for more words, more information, more content, more communication, more conversation, does more and more and more, I think, you know, what, I'm just like, stuck in a scroll on social media, and I can't get out of it. Like there's like a hook there. So it's, it's runny, it's extra, it's a lot. And so I think some folks, some charts are better equipped to handle this kind of extra appetite hear a little better than others. And with these kinds of things, and maybe it's something that you can channel into some sort of creative outlet, or others may experience it as some sort of like tornado of just too much too much too much. Which is more like how I already tend to experience the this kind of energy. And you know, really have to limit how much we take in, in general to keep from the sense of overwhelm or anxiety. So whichever version you are, whether it's something that you're like, yes, bring it, I'm here for that, or it's like, I already feel overwhelmed with this. And this is going to be adding either even more, whichever you are, it's something to be sensitive to and observant around. And either way a container will be helpful. If you're taking in a lot or eating a lot, you're going to need somewhere for all of that to digest and go that is constructive, right? Like we're gonna poop either way. And so you want to make sure there's a toilet nearby, right. So if you know already, that giving into that impulse of a lot and a lot and a lot in this realm of your life brings you to a sense of overwhelm, then like what tools help you with the overwhelm what boundaries help you with that, what helps you process and then come back to your sense of self. For me, it is almost always of about to say almost. But I would say always, writing is something that helps me deal with a sense of flurry of too much information in content writing helps me distill what I think is important and come back to myself and my own perspective, unplugging literally turning off the phone, or putting it on Do Not Disturb and going outside, allowing myself to really react to the actual world around me. And it's something that came up in conversation with a friend of mine this week. You know, whether you're reacting, you're on the news cycle all the time, or you're on social media, which has its own news cycle all the time, it can pull us out of our body, too, you know, and as we allow ourselves to sequester continually away from other humans, and we're sequestering more with our devices, it can have a disembodied effect, you know, when we are reacting more to our ideas of what is happening, or other people's ideas of what is happening, as opposed to what is actually happening around us. And it kicks us into perceptions of survival modes that are constructed entirely around what we just ate on our phones, as opposed to our embodied understanding of our surroundings. So the ruler of this eclipse is mercury because it is happening in Gemini and Mercury is finishing up their journey in Scorpio where they've been since the end of September. And Mercury is unable to really Lord over this eclipse moment because they can't see what's happening or where it's happening. So we won't have a lot of assistance processing the intake while it's coming in. So again, I would encourage a come back to your body. On this eclipse, take a salt bath, literally like give yourself a foot massage or I could do things where you actually touch and feel your own physical being and edges. Perhaps before the Eclipse you know you delete your Instagram for a couple days or like purge your phone contacts or who you Follow on social media and kind of set yourself up for a place to land if and when the hunger settles down, or if it gets to be too much. I think this idea of a disconnected head, a disconnected like hungry head can feel really appropriate for being too like in the Gemini moment, and remembering in putting back together that our minds and our bodies are not separate things, but they live in the same home together, they are equally important structures in the home of our bodies together. And that can be a really helpful thing to come back to as a practice, like, do I feel like my brain is outside of my body? Can I pull it back in? What does that look like? For me personally? Our animal bodies, that's what we're able to digest our hunger, right? So set your animal body up to be there for you, you know, wake up your senses, allow your body to direct your attention? What is it asking for? What does it need? What does it need in order to? is it telling you you have too much? is it telling you that there's not enough? And where are those different things and how can you meet your body where it is and when we do that we are also carrying for our mind and pulling those things back into relationship with each other a little more consciously. On Tuesday, December 1, so a couple of days later, speaking of mercury, we have mercury moving into Sagittarius that afternoon. And like I said a moment ago mercury has been in Scorpio since the end of September because retrograde minus a few days during the retrograde where they were in Libra. So they've been there for a while. And Mercury, you know, in Scorpio is like down at the bottom of the research pile, perhaps having a hard time getting the message across because they're trying to text at the bottom of the ocean or under a giant pile of books that are clouding the signal. Mercury in Scorpio is like drenched in water in a submarine underneath the pile of books at the bottom of the sea, hashtag my desk and potentially using information really strategically or stealthy information, potentially, like you know, information or research giving someone an advantage, a strategic advantage or you know, not letting people what you know, that you know, gives you some sort of advantage kind of being a little more. What is the word? Yeah, I guess strategic is the word that I want are discerning or playing chess with one's information. And mercury in Sagittarius wants us wants to direct us towards a bigger story and the big picture and look past what's happening now potentially into the myth in the meaning that is just beyond the horizon. So it is more open minded. And it's always just like moving and moving and moving. And the thing with mercury in this sign is that mercury wants to mercury itself kind of wants to get into the details. It wants to get specific, gather all the information to them, and then sort through it, dispense it, it will categorize it help it makes sense. I think of Twitter and a lot of ways just being just this like ideal mercury communication moment. Short, specific word counts fast and lots of it all the time. And with Sagittarius wanting to direct towards the broad picture, like what's out there, and with so many different kinds of big pictures and stories, all interweaving it's kind of hard for mercury to do what it wants to do. Sagittarius doesn't want to get specific it wants to expand and it wants to go. And mercury will also begin to close in on the sun here because the sun is also in Sagittarius and Mercury will eventually pass the sun and reorganize on the other side. And so when Mercury is kind of under this umbrella of the sun's light, they become invisible, we can no longer see them. So I think for this combination of reasons, Mercury will likely have a hard time getting their messages across as efficiently and effectively as they want to during this transit. There may be more behind the scenes communication, it may take more work for the movement to happen. Mercury in Sagittarius also kind of makes me think of like the the stereotype of like nonprofit directors who are usually really good at like holding the vision and inspiring people and getting a message across so that people want to get involved like that's their gift right? But they may potentially be less good at like managing the volunteers or getting into the nitty gritty of like the calendar schedule or the email thing or getting specific about how people can help or get involved right but they're they're holding the vision. And so now with mercury hear you like you may not feel as inspired to work on the small nitty gritty stuff or the minor details, but it may better For you with more, you know, big picture or long range planning or thinking or thinking about your story, even within a wider context, it could also inspire biting off more than you can chew, potentially, or kind of being at point A, and then you see point z, and then you just run as fast as you can to get to point z. It could have that kind of inspiration as well, as opposed to actually thinking through like, Okay, what are the actual steps? What are the tasks that I need? What are the lists that I need to get there more sustainably? and more effectively? Two weeks ago, yeah, it was two weeks ago, when the sun was moving into Sagittarius I talked about the will not when the sun was moving. But when I did the episode talking about that. I talked about the discipline of gratitude, and setting up structures for optimism and bring mercury into this. It's like How can you do this with your communication and with your writing with your words or with your teaching? It's disciplining us to notice like, what actually is here, you know, a year like this, one can just have us taking dirt, only finding what's wrong looking down? Like what actually is here? What is there to find gratitude around? What seeds of hope for a future can we locate? what has been revealed or unfolded that you are grateful for seeing more clearly or understanding more clearly? And what has changed your life for the better? Have your relationships shifted? Have your priorities shifted? What are you maybe even if something was revealed that was unpleasant? are you grateful that at least now, you know, as opposed to not knowing? How can you express really genuine gratitude around the stories that have unfolded between you this year? And I think that is definitely something that I have been working on in my personal life, and also in my relationships, I find, you know, we tend to just notice what goes wrong. And, you know, if you live with like roommates or a partner, you know, if you only bring up things that they're doing wrong, but it's not the best thing for their for a relationship, right? How can we also train ourselves to notice what's going right? Thank you so much for doing this. For me, it really means a lot when you show up or when you make an effort to do this thing, like how can we retrain what we are noticing and what we are practicing? I think that kind of shifting and just some more riffs, I think on some of these transits and things that I'm thinking about, you know, is the way that you are being right now is the way that you're working. The way that we're interacting with people is the way that we're relating to our communities. Is that coming out of a place of fear? Or is it coming out of this discipline of optimism or gratitude? Is the way that we're doing all of these things? Is it in line with our values that we hold for the world? Or is it not? Are we operating in line with someone else's values or the system's values? You know, is it in line with our own embodied evolutionary intelligence about how the world can work? Or is it not? And it makes me think of a couple of things, one of which is that like, we have to radicalize our dreams. And radicalize means to essentially etymologically it means get to the root of something, to get to the root of our dreams, and begin at the root and not at the flowering, right. And I think winter that we're moving into is can be great for that moment, as we pull in and we pull in and we pull in and we contract around the cold. What is the essential distillation of this moment? What is the root of this moment, what is the root of this action, or this way of relating, or this habit or this gratitude that I'm trying to cultivate. And the other thing that I'm thinking in 2020, in general has also been a great moment for that, because it has been immensely contracted and pulling in and difficult. And I think because of that a lot of people really are good at shedding that which is extra that which is not of them. And really getting to the root of like, this is what my life is about. This is what is important for me. At least, you know, that has been my experience in sessions and talking with people one on one, it's definitely been having a lot of transformation and shedding around that. And the other thing it makes me think of is that we have to go to the trouble. And I mean that in a couple of ways. I mean it in the way is like we have to go to the trouble of recycling the glass or we have to go to the trouble of not buying the thing that we're not going to recycle or that isn't biodegradable. We have to go to the trouble of researching we have to go to the trouble of getting upset. We have to go to the trouble of not knowing I'm going to the trouble of feeling sad or feeling angry over something. And I think we also have to go to the trouble of in the sense that like, we're chasing down the trouble, we are hunting down the trouble. I am reading the earth see book spire slogan right now. And I don't know, for some reason, I just haven't read them, which feels like a travesty that I'm solving. And in it the main character, there is an event in which the place between the world opens, and this dark shadowy creature comes through that tries to hunt him down. And the wisdom that's coming through about that interaction is basically you can spend your whole life running from it, or you can hunt what's hunting you. And I had to, like really sit with that for a moment. You know, we have to hunt down the trouble Otherwise, the trouble hunts us. It's like this kind of mound growing in the room. And the bigger this mound gets, the more we run from it, it just keeps making the room smaller and smaller, and smaller and smaller, and taking up more and more and more of our life in our dreams and the world that we want. So we can build a world around the trouble or we can hunt down the trouble. And if we hug it, the problem begins to be known. And it begins to dissipate with consciousness and with awareness and knowledge. The problem is not that trouble exist, it will always exist, that I think there can be a problem when we're disconnected from ourselves. And we're disconnected from the problem itself, we keep running from trying to make a gap, and it just chases us and chases us, because what's actually needing to happen is a meeting and an exchange. It's not that we don't have X, Y and Z, that's not the problem. The problem is a sense of disconnection or a gap, or we're heading in the wrong direction. You know, I think of this when I think I had a really, really big moment of collapse and hitting the bottom of the bottom. A little over a year ago, when I had to close a business, which, and I had to declare financial bankruptcy, I had to really and that's it's something that, you know, especially in my 20s, especially like providing for myself was really difficult. And having money was not something that was it just felt impossible. And so it's like, I felt like I spent a lot of time always running from the fact that that could potentially happen. And it was interesting in that moment, while there was absolutely nothing fun about it at all. It was terrifying. It was anxiety ridden. It was painful, it was full of grief. It felt like this moment where I was finally facing a problem, or I was facing something that had been chasing me maybe it's a problem or a fear, right, I was having to face something that I had been afraid of happening for a really long time. And so there is an encounter waiting to happen. So if we can go to the trouble, go to it instead of waiting for it to find us. Because it will find us It must, right we find it we find it sooner. And we have more agency in that interaction, as opposed to waiting in dread for it to find us. Right. And it gives us it that makes us more in this creator role of creating the world. And if we let others and what I mean others, I mean like systems and these oppressors and people who simply just tell us what to do, because it advantages them. If we just let them create the world, or pretend to handle the trouble for us so that they can control us, then we we squeeze out the room for our life. And I think our problems are neither.. they're not defined by elector l politics, they are definite y not addressed in bipartis n electoral politics, they're n t going to be a solution o anything i don't think. i th nk at best, they are a backd op that doesn't actively kill us or harm us. And we're still ot even there. So the burden of change the burden of going to the trouble, the responsibil ty of creation and making room in life for life is on us and as on the communities and the netwo ks that we build the conversati ns that we have the work that are either able to choose or work towards the dreams that we live into the beauty that we create, and then we can I think move from there. And that was a bit of a riff. I'm not really sure where that came from or where it's going. But I hope that that helps you think about something a little bit differently or is able to serve your perspective in some way. So we're gonna move now into a just a download for you all and as always, please take what feels helpful for you and ignore what does not And we will finish on the other side of that with a poem and an invitation to give gratitude for life. There is an inviting happening. And with this inviting, we will need to notice, are we responding to the way the world used to be? Are we working in a way that is out of date, literally, in a world that used to be and perhaps no longer is, or will not continue into the future? There's a sense that we will need to update our mailboxes to receive the new post, the mail will be coming differently. We will send our mail differently. The degree to which we must regulate ourselves and prepare ourselves is changing. Our practices, our ways of being will need to upgrade and will require new devotion? And can we agree to these new upgrades or understandings these new ways that want us to be in the world differently? Can we approach them not just with discipline? But can we approach them with our devotion, in a sense that we're not taking what we're doing back to our heart to see if it resonates, but it's coming from our heart in the first place? And what if that is our true deep alignment is when it comes from our heart in the first place. Where we actually don't have to reconcile or compromise or settle in a way that reframes it in a way that our heart is suddenly content or Okay, or we'll move forward if it comes from the heart in the first place from the heart in the first place. How familiar are we with that soil? Not as it was two months ago, or two weeks ago, or even two days ago, but today and right now? What is our devotional practice to knowing that soil each and every day as if it is a new world every day? The rate at which we adapt? is changing? What are our practices for agility for motion? For grounding within motion? for flying? How do we come become creatures of both Earth and air? How do we move between those two worlds of up and down above and below? How do we get agile at that? How do we practice the up and the down the yes the both? And what if we did not deny ourselves? What if we did not deny ourselves? And I mean, on the big things on the orientations on the pursuits on the stories because if we diminish the story or what is coming out of the heart to be made in the world, if it begins diminished by the time we get to the daily devotional practices, there's no light left. We cannot diminish what the heart wants to create. Everything in the future will be built on that foundation is asking to be built on that foundation that is the invitation what in your life is not oriented around that what in your life does not support that? Where are you compromising that and then wondering why the dynamic is not working. It's like cutting off a tree until there's just a stump and wondering why there are no flowers happening, why there are no leaves in the springtime. It's because the trunk is diminished. When we're checking in with the story with the navigation with the path before us, it's not asking permission. None of this is about asking permission. It's about navigating with embodied wildness and knowing the animals don't ask permission to run fast, they run fast when they fucking want to. And when they're tired, they stop and they rest. When they need water, they run and search for water. Or if they know that water is far they moderate their pace accordingly, to get what they want. The daily actions must come from the orientation that can only be known through our wildness. And we cannot know our wildness through sterilization through compromise or through diminishment. In our day to day lives, it is not possible for every single decision or choice or a thought or errand to be reflective of what that big story is, of what the heart soil is. It cannot be. In some sense, they must contradict each other. There has to be moun room to move around. Within the story that your heart wants to create. If there's no room to move around, there will be no movement, there will be no flowering. If you think that it's big, make it bigger, until you feel like you can move until you feel like you can take a breath until there's room for the relationships that you want to have, until there's room for what work means to you until there's room to feel embodied and happy and grateful. until there's room to rejoice and another day of being alive. until there's room to rejoice at the remark ability that we're floating in space all the time, until there's room to rejoice in a sense of purpose. until there's room make it bigger, sort of like a baby in utero. And a lot of ways this year has been so constricting and confining. And if we think about that, as some sort of womb like container, it's necessary for our growth, we grow in the confines of this nurturing container. And as we grow and grow and grow and grow, the container begins to feel tighter and tighter and tighter and tighter, until we must exit into the container of the world. And this is the transition that I am speaking of. We will receive the mail differently, will receive our nutrients differently. It will will cry require another level of responsibility and devotion. It will require another layer and level. another level of the peacemaking we do with our bodies to be here. Do not diminish. When the container feels too tight, it's not that you are to get smaller, it's that the container needs to get bigger. And maybe that means you need to push against it. Or maybe it means it's time to deliver yourself into a new way of being to a new way of being in the world and to a new world. Maybe so. Okay. So I wanted to close this out today with a poem called orchard by a poet who wrote under the name HDX. Her name was Hilda Doolittle, actually, and I, our home has been under immense repair for a couple of years now. And I'm in a place now where I can unpack boxes of books that I haven't had access to. And it just feels like discovering all these layers of self in history. And I have this really beautiful book, an anthology of modernist women poets, that a bunch of Emory students gave me when I choreographed a piece with them. I guess it was five or six years ago now. And they all they bought me this book and like, wrote notes for me and their favorite poems, and it's just such a gift. And so I was returning to that book today, and I wanted to close with this poem. It's called orchard by HD. I saw the first pair as it fell, the honey seeking golden banded. The yellow swarm was not more fleet than I spares from loveliness, and I fell prostrate crying, you have flayed us with your blossoms spare us the beauty of fruit trees. The honey seeking paused not the air Thunder their song and I alone was prostrate. Oh roughhewn God of the orchard, I bring you an offering. Do you alone unbeautiful son of the god spare us from loveliness. These fallen hazelnuts stripped late of their green sheets, grapes, red, purple, their berries dripping with wine, pomegranates already broken and shrunk and figs and quinces untouched, I bring you as offering. And I thought that was a really lovely image a for gratitude and standing in awe and beauty of the natural world. But I also it holds an invitation that I think that we can get for this week. And also, I think for what is for me being a theme for this kind of Southern Sagittarius season, which is the discipline of gratitude. And if you would like to, again, share how that's something that you are going about right now please come into the our group and share that with us. But it's this poem is a really beautiful the way of just like giving, offering and giving gratitude for life. And so as that is becoming a discipline that we can, that we're not only giving gratitude and thanking people in our lives, right, but we're going outside make an offering to a tree or make an offering at a rock or a river. Maybe, you know, what is that offering, you know, maybe it's a bouquet of non pesticide flowers or some seed or, you know, for me, we have some oak trees in our neighborhood that were just getting covered in Ivy. And so like just taking time to like clip the IV off of them. Or maybe it's leaving a pear or an apple and make it an offering, bring it as a gift and take a moment to really offer it and sit with that exchange. And give thanks for your life. Thank you for my life. Because it is these that helped make our life possible. And the more that we build direct relationship with that which our life is dependent upon, I think the more aligned our world in our life is going to be. I will talk about the big Eclipse on December 14 in the solo episode that's coming out in two weeks on the 10th. As well as really, I think some of the biggest transits of the year coming up at the end of December. So be sure to tune in for that episode. I'm excited about it, it's probably going to be long, and we're going to go into it. And again, feel free to join our free group where you can talk about things and ask questions or share how you're making an offering of gratitude this week and what that looks like. I would love to you know invite you into that and introduce yourself and and share. If you want to book a session with me or you'd like to gift a one on one session with me now is a great time to do that so that you can get in towards the earlier end of 2021. You can purchase that through a gift certificate for someone else or for yourself. And again, right now if you do that gift certificate, you can get a certain amount of dollars back towards the session for you and you can find more out about that at the link below. It can be a personal overview of how these stars and big transitions happening read into your life, what they're telling us about your motivation or about your work or your money or your purpose. I really love sharing and holding that space with folks and also, you know when we approach These practices as healing practices, we can propose practices and relationships and habits that can cultivate more balance in life or more flourishing within the dynamics that we see or that we're given. So whether there are some tough transits coming up, or there's just something going on that you want to put your finger on or address with more clarity or more joy, the I think these mystical practices, energetic healing, natal chart readings, they can all help us come up with language and with story that in with practices that are really specific, and that help us honor our deepest truth and our souls truth. which, to me, is the point. If you are gifting a session, I think it can be a way that we help ourselves and each other understand each other better. And we can understand other people's perspectives where they're coming from where there's miscommunication happening, it can help us recognize dynamics between people in with a little more clarity sometimes, and it can help us, I think, which is really valuable, appreciate how people can be so different from us, when we have more context, or we have language that feels less personal. Potentially, it helps us can we can navigate those waters better together when we understand what's going on. So I have links for checking out sessions below, whether it's just a one off single session, or you want to meet more regularly over a particular period of time for more sustained support. And we can really go deep and wide with all of that. And I'm really grateful for those of you who just really trusted me with that space. It's really beautiful, and I feel very honored to be in it with you. So I leave you with that. Take courage, and nourish yourselves, I would challenge you and I would invite you to go out into the world and make an offering of thanks for your life and connect with the life that is all around you.
