Candice Falken is from Swartland from Cape Town, South Africa. Candice and her husband are parents to Riley, 8, and Chase, 4. Riley had his first heart surgery at 20 days old and has had 3 open-heart surgeries. He is currently waiting for another heart repair. Candice represents Brave Little Hearts South Africa, a local CHD non-profit run by Raadhiyah Matthews.
