Hey friends, josh here popping in with another bonus episode here with the podcast. I wanted to take just a little bit of time to share with you a little more about Brock, which is the latest big addition to Web Designer Pro. This is our AI assistant that will literally help you find anything in Pro and also give you coaching based off of Pro source material. Now, if you're listening to this, right when the episode drops, I just posted a pre-roll which just gives a teaser of Brock, so I'll spare sharing that exact same thing again. But, in short, circle recently came out with AI agents and we got a beta version played around with it for a couple of weeks before I released it early to the community. I think it's. I don't know if it's out of beta right now or if it's close to, but it's freaking awesome. Basically, what you have access to is in your DMS as a community or coaching to your member. Inside of pro is there's a little tab now that says agents. So for members, if you haven't checked it out, you can do it right now. There's a tab for agents and you'll see Brock there and it is pulling again. It's trained and pulled from only pro, so it's really cool. It's not taking information from other sites or Google or other large language models, it's just pro source material. It'll help you find lessons. It'll help you find templates, sops, uh, anything you're looking for that you're like where is that? It'll help you find posts. It'll help you find members. It'll help you find templates, sops, anything you're looking for that you're like where is that? It'll help you find posts. It'll help you find members. It'll help you find all sorts of stuff and it'll give you coaching because you can ask it. It's kind of like a pseudo AI Josh coach, because it's pulling from everything that we have in pro and a lot of like you can ask it. You know, give me advice. And from like like Josh Hall, and it'll give you advice. It'll pull from my posts and it will pull from newsletters and courses. So it's really, really cool and I want to just share a couple of things about it.
Speaker 1:So, first off, brock is named broccoli. My daughter, annie, named it. I uh, recently I was like all right, sweetie. I was like I'm going to, I want you to name our AI assistant in web designer pro. I was like what would you like to call it? And she was like broccoli and it was adorable and I was like all right. At first I was like, okay, we're not going to call it broccoli, but then I was like, well, we could shorten it to Brock. Sounds kind of cool. I know Twitter X has grok so I didn't want to get too close to that, but I was like Brock's pretty cool and it was such a sweet sentiment that I was like, okay, let's do it, we'll call it Brock.
Speaker 1:So Brock, our AI bot again, it's an AI agent that lives inside of direct messaging in pro and the cool thing about it I think for you as a member and if you're not a member yet, this is a perfect time to jump in, because there is like zero hindrance or friction now to get what you want from pro. I mean there's no other way to say it Like we've. We've got some learning pathways and success pathways I've built over the years in pro to help you find tips on like pricing or tips on getting clients, even pathways through the courses that are best for you. I have inside a pro in the courses section there's what's called web designer pro HQ, which is like a curated list of all of my SOPs that are categorized, all of our templates and sales scripts and everything. But I'm you know there's a little bit of digging around in that and what I found is a lot of members because there's so many not only resources but posts and pro that people are like like I get them. All the time Members will message me and be like, hey, there was somebody who posted about this and I'm trying to think like, did I miss that or what was it? This one? Now Brock can help you find stuff instantly, instantaneously, and it's freaking awesome. So, again, you can find lessons, you can find posts In Circle. There's a bookmark feature, so you can, of course, bookmark things, but, as we all know, with bookmarks, then the next problem is managing 300 bookmarks. But Brock can help you find anything and everything in Pro, whether it's a post, whether it's a resource, whether it's a resource, whether it's a lesson, whether it's a newsletter, anything and again, source material. So just pro.
Speaker 1:And the other way, as I mentioned, I would really consider you, think about using it is as your AI coach. Now I have the coaching tier in web designer pro to get direct, personalized coaching and DM access to me. Now I am going to give everyone a heads up on that. That is going to be moving to a wait list, probably in April, just because I am very close to capacity at that. As of right now, I've got it capped and we only have, uh today, five spots are open. So I'm going to get to the point where that's going to be wait lists and I'll probably open and close it. I'll open it up likely every month or every couple months when people either leave pro or downgrade. But Brock is there to help you as kind of like a pseudo AI coach in pro. So I'm really excited to help you get some coaching based off of my stuff If you're not on the coaching tier, either if it's full or if you can't afford it quite yet.
Speaker 1:So I did a test and I just want to show you how good Brock is. It's freaking sweet. So I just asked it uh, what are some ways I can get to eight K per month in recurring revenue? And, of course, the more detailed you get with prompts as we all know with any AI model the better. Uh, brock said to achieve and I'm not going to read this every word, but it gave me some really good responses on this in particular To achieve 8K per month in recurring revenue.
Speaker 1:Here are some strategies you can consider. Number one offer a website maintenance plan. And then it said launching maintenance plans to provide ongoing support and updates for clients Could include hosting, plugin updates, security checks. Many web designers have found success by bundling hosting and maintenance together. Very true, good call, brock. Provide ongoing SEO services. Offer monthly SEO services to help clients improve their rankings Could be a valuable recurring services. Seo as an ongoing process, yep. Number three the subscription web design model. Consider offering web design services on a subscription basis where clients pay monthly fee for continuous updates and improvements. Number four digital marketing services. Provide ongoing digital marketing services, such as social media, and these are all sourced and linked to, by the way. Number five education or a training membership for your clients. And then there's more to this, but I'm just giving the overview. And then, number six strategy and consulting. Offer monthly or quarterly strategy sessions to help clients with their business growth and digital strategies. This can be a high value service for clients who are willing to pay regularly.
Speaker 1:And then I said for more detailed guidance, you might want to explore the lesson on recurring revenue which it linked to and a newsletter that I have in pro. That's about building recurring and repeat revenue. It's part of a series that I did, as in my newsletter, that's archived on pro. These resources provide in-depth strategies and examples on how to build stable recurring revenue streams and if you need any more assistance, feel free to ask and it'll give you the sources on where this was pulled from.
Speaker 1:Now I could ask um, now I could ask show me member posts or show me posts from members I'm going to do this live Show me posts no-transcript From members who are building recurring revenue. So this takes a different approach depending on how you again prompt it. That took a lesson of mine in a business course. It took it from my newsletter and it took it from my grow pathway, which is a pathway to help you get to six figures. Okay, here are a couple posts from community members who are building recurring revenue recurring revenue milestone. So we had a member who shared their little milestone on how they built recurring revenue. So that's linked. And then 10K month progress. Another member is working close towards 10K a month right now with over 6,000 from recurring revenue and project completions, and then they share exactly in this post what they did to just jump over the six K mark in MRR monthly recurring revenue. So you could ask for more, but it just goes to show you there's a lot of different ways to use Brock. This was kind of a mix of coaching and finding stuff, but it works and it's freaking awesome. And yeah, there's a video that goes into a little more of you want to check it out? I'll make sure that's linked below in this bonus episode, but I would give it a go.
Speaker 1:I would highly recommend, as a member of pro, that you start to utilize Brock. It is available on the community and coaching tiers right now. If you are a member on the courses tier, which just gives you access to the courses, all you have to do is upgrade to the community tier and then not only will you have access to everything else in pro as far as the community, all of our posts, everything and you'll get DM. Your DMs will open up. You'll get access to Brock immediately in your DM. So that's all you have to do. And if you're not a member of pro, I hope this is just one more reason that you may want to check it out. Again. We have three tiers available now. Um, brock is available on the community and coaching tiers. Uh, but if you just want to get going on courses just to learn some stuff and get your business going or solidify some of your systems, to be able to get the most out of your time in pro, then you're welcome to start with courses.
Speaker 1:My plan is to eventually come out with a Brock light You're kind of cool. Uh, just for the courses tier, which it has to be trained differently. It would only be trained on the courses because, as we just saw with this, this is pulling from all the resources in pro. It's pulling from premium resources and different levels that the courses tier I mean the the courses tier in pro is just strictly access to my courses. But, as you're seeing here, there's a lot more in pro that it'll give you access to. We have additional trainings, guest expert trainings. I've done trainings in there. We've got posts, we've got challenges. We've got all sorts of additional stuff here, newsletters and everything else outside of just the courses, which is what this is pulled from. So I do plan on doing a Brock Lite eventually, but I don't know the timetable on that. I'll have to train an agent and right now, under the courses tier, members at that level don't have a DM that's open, because DM is going to be open up to all members of pro, which is why that is currently a community only feature.
Speaker 1:So, uh, jump on in. You can go to web designer procom. I'll have this link below and you can start using Brock today. Just give it a go and see how much you'll learn and see how fast you'll be able to make some seriously quick progress here inside of pros. I'm just absolutely pumped for you, um, as a member of pro those of you who are members, and if you're not yet a member, web designer procom jump on in and give Brock a go, and I would love to hear from you. You can, when you do, jump in, check Brock out and then, well, I'm going to follow up with you as a member. Uh, I'll send you a welcome video and then we can touch base and talk some shop and grow your web design business here this year. Sound good, All right, guys, I will see you in pro and enjoy Brock. The WDP bot.
