In this episode we have Dr. Judy Brangman, an MD and board certified internal medicine lifestyle and medicine physician who is on a mission to help others live healthier and better. She’s an advocate for whole food plant based diet and enjoys teaching individuals and groups, all to incorporate plant based foods in their diet. Dr. Judy moved to the US for college and graduated from Andrews University with a bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science. She also has a certificate in plant based nutrition and is passionate about empowering women to better their health.
