Growing up the 8th of 9 as the only black sibling in their family (He's as "old as Alaska"), Jeff has a unique perspective. We tackle the current status of health care, race relations yesterday and today, our polarized country, critical thinking, and how to motivate ourselves and others. As a Physical Therapist for 36 years, Jeff wants people to be at their highest-functioning selves, which is why Apogee Therapy Center was born.
