Sometimes no matter what we do, calming our busy minds can seem impossible and this interferes with our sleep patterns and resting at night. 

In this meditation, I will move your focus away from your busy mind, thoughts, and beliefs and help you focus on your breath and this mindful moment, which will relax and rest your body.
