When you find yourself in an old environment, and you're uncomfortable, take a step back and evaluate how mature everyone is. Chances are that if everyone were respectful and understanding of each other, the drama would not arise as quickly. They discuss observing and analyzing the emotional maturity of those involved, including yourself.
