#1406 - 1 Thing They Don’t Tell You About Manifesting…
Is there truly a shortcut to success, a magical process called 'manifestation' that negates the need for hard work, effort, and dedication? The truth might be different than what you've heard, and in this episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros set the record straight. They debunk the misconception that everything can be manifested without putting in the requisite sweat and tears. They take the veil off the oversimplified version of manifestation being circulated on social media platforms. They also emphasize the importance of stepping out of your comfort zones and holding yourself accountable. They also underscore the importance of stepping out of your comfort zones and holding yourself accountable to help reshape your perception of manifestation and unlock its true potential.

Look at this.
Speaker 2:You're in trouble, you think.
Speaker 1:I'm certain of it, alright.
Speaker 2:Ready, there we go. Uh, what are you plugging?
Speaker 1:Just do it Whatever your heart desires. You know what I mean. Next Level Nation you do book club, book club, next Level Nation. Welcome back to another episode of Next Level University, where we teach you how to level up your life, your love, your health and your wealth. We hope you enjoyed our latest episode, episode number 1,405. Can you be too loyal Today for episode number 1,406,?
Speaker 1:One thing they don't tell you about manifesting. This wasn't my story, but we finished our out here, jeff and meeting last night, which is our just kind of hang out with the team meeting that we have every other Friday. We'll play games, people will come with snacks and a fancy drink and we just hang out virtually. And I opened up Instagram and for some reason, I landed on this page that was talking all about manifesting and I was like interesting, this is very, very coincidental. And I clicked on this profile and this interesting looking human I don't know judgment, but just somebody caught my eye said something amazing is going to happen to you tomorrow. I don't know who you are, I don't know what you're doing, but no matter what you're doing, a miracle is going to happen to you tomorrow. So I look in the comments because that's what I do and many people are like, yes, I'm ready for my miracle. Other people are like, oh, I waited all day for my miracle and nothing happened. And I was like this can't be real, this cannot be real, this cannot be a real thing. And the person's got 200,000 followers or something. It's very real. This person is a coach in all these things. One thing they do not tell you about manifesting there is a massive amount of action that must happen for it to ever work out. Lori Harder did a video on this today, alan, where she said very similar to what we're talking about today.
Speaker 1:And again, I had this episode picked out a week ago and there's just I've just seen a lot of things and she said I think it's intention plus action. Really, it's the intention of I want something. I'm going to constantly remind myself of me wanting that thing. I'm going to see people, places, things and ideas that are in alignment with the thing that I want and then I'm going to take action on those things. But I've just I've been on a lot of podcasts where it's the entire theme of it is not having hard work, and I always say there is hard work. There is, I know. We want it to be easy and I know we want it to be flowy and I know we want it to just happen. Is there a spiritual piece to that that maybe you could lean into more Absolutely?
Speaker 1:I went through a very spiritual phase where I was super focused and I was meditating and making sure I was in the right place where I felt the right energy. I think that's great, but I've also worked with people who say, well, if it's hard, I don't do it because I know I'm going to manifest it another way. It's like I think you are setting yourself up for massive failure. Unfortunately, the one thing people don't tell you about manifesting is it comes after action. Yes, you can think it. I love that. We've talked about visualization, manifestation many times, but there's always the action component that must come after. One of the reasons many people who focus on manifestation don't have what they want is because they've been convinced that all they have to do is think about it. Meanwhile, there are people coaching you on how to manifest that are making boatloads of money when you're not. I know many people who have followed people who said, well, if you start your business and you believe in it, it's going to happen. They're not in business anymore.
Speaker 1:I felt the need to do this episode because I do think we had a guest on one time I'll let the name remain anonymous. You know, if you've listened to us, you probably heard the episode. We didn't have the courage to call out something that was misleading. This person said when I got in alignment, I lost 15 pounds and I was in the best shape of my life. Alan and I looked at each other and we were thinking the same thing. When you got in alignment quote unquote you probably stopped spending time with negative people, you probably stopped going to potentially negative places, you probably focused more on yourself and you lost the weight because you did things that were healthy, not unhealthy. It's not because you were in alignment, it's not a scientific, data-driven thing. We didn't have the courage to call that out then, and understandably so. The last thing I want to do is have an argument with a podcast guest. But going back and thinking about it, it was important to me to do this episode because we're heart-driven, but no BS.
Speaker 1:One of the reasons people succeed is because they take actions.
Speaker 1:One of the reasons a lot of people don't succeed is because they don't take actions.
Speaker 1:I know many people who are very, very focused on manifestation but they're not focused on action and we have way more results than they do, even though I might be less focused on imagining it.
Speaker 1:So I felt it was an important episode to do, because, now more than ever, it's easy for somebody to hop on social media, create a profile and talk about how they manifested everything, when we don't really know we don't really know what's behind the scenes. Last thing I said this to Alan recently. I said you know what's been very, very highlighting for me? A lot of the people who I'm talking to. They have businesses on helping people do something and they're very into the manifestation, but they don't make any money and they have somebody who is fronting their business. I've seen this Usually a pretty successful partner behind somebody's dream chasing, and there's nothing wrong with that. I love that, I appreciate the trust and the support and all of that, but that person trying to teach you how to get a level of success that they didn't get themselves. It's a dangerous place to live and I just don't want you to be taken advantage of. That's all.
Speaker 2:I adore this episode. I adore this topic. I'm grateful that we're doing this, kev. I want to ask you so, kevin. One time he came to me and basically said that, okay, at this point, I've coached podcasters all over the world and I was asking him questions about it, like which ones are the ones that are going to succeed? Because a lot of times Kevin gets the question he goes on podcasts, he coaches podcasters. He's really really just focused so much in that space, for sure, and one of the questions he gets asked often is how do I have the level you're at? We're called next-level university and we have a really successful show. How do I get to your level? Very simple question and, kev, you've had trouble answering that Because there are, honestly, it's hard to answer that question honestly for someone who doesn't have what we have, meaning they don't have me, they don't have a 16 person team, they don't necessarily want to Work as hard as we do.
Speaker 2:They certainly don't have no lives and no friends and I'm being playful with that, but the truth of the matter is I don't have a ton of friends. Neither is Kevin, no same. You know, we obviously are a Little bit more. Is he even saying that is, we're a lot more consistent than most podcasters. You know, there's only one or two podcasts that I can think of off the top of my head that have more episodes than we do. And I'm not saying that to brag. I'm saying when Kevin gets asked a question and really wants to give an honest answer of how do I get the level of success that you've gotten, the first thing that comes to mind is I don't think you can, but you don't want to say that because that's disempowering. So what you say instead is well, I think shooting for the level we're at, you can do, but it's gonna take you longer than it took us, because we have Alan, we have a business partnership. We don't do anything else. We went all in. We don't. This isn't a side hustle, yep.
Speaker 2:And so a lot of times, when it comes to Manifesting your dreams or your goals, there's a, there's a big equation underneath the surface, behind the curtain, that Not a lot of people can fully share or maybe are willing to share. So my question for you, kev, let's say I'm a podcaster and I come to you and, and for the listeners, I want you to know that I'm asking about podcasting, but I this is about manifesting underneath it. So think about your goals, think about your dreams. Bring this back to you as a listener. Okay, kev, I'm gonna ask you. Imagine I'm a podcaster who's brand new and I have conversation, changed lives and you and I never met. And hypothetical Okay, and I'm like.
Speaker 2:Kev, you have next-level University. How do I get to the level that you've gotten to Like? Try to answer that.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I mean I've gotten the question, I've answered. I answer it very differently than I used to. I say you most likely won't. I Say that very often. I said I always say this I know you think you want our results, but I'm certain you probably don't want the amount of effort that it's up to do it. Understandably so, unless you're willing to trade in almost everything else, you're not gonna, you're not gonna want to do it the way we've done it. You shouldn't, you're not gonna. Do seven episodes a week Doesn't make any sense for you.
Speaker 1:I Always say that to people, because the last thing I want somebody to do and this is the opposite of what a lot of people do I don't want somebody to come and think they can be us. I don't want somebody to sign up with us Thinking that we, I'm gonna be able to make them like us. I can't do that for you. I Can't. I can't do that. I can't wave a magic wand and make you as successful quote-unquote as we are. There are people I can do that with, that have audiences, but that's not. I didn't do that. I didn't put in the work To to build the audience for the last ten years. You did that. I can help you with a podcast. That's easy compared to what you've done.
Speaker 1:I I had a. I did a podcast breakthrough session recently with someone and when I look so I have it like ten questions like what are your social media handles? What's your show about? You know why'd you start it? Blah, blah, blah. What do you? How could you possibly make money? All these, all these questions, and the person pretty much answered I'm happy with everything that's going on. And I was very vulnerable when we started the call and I said look, I I don't mean to offend you, I just find it hard to coach In any direction when you've kind of determined that there isn't a direction you want to go. Can you help me find a way to add value to you? During this call and it was very challenging for me because this person said mmm, no, that seems hard, I don't want to do that. Okay, there's nothing wrong with that. You but don't expect to have the level of results that everybody else is, or some people are.
Speaker 2:What's your truth about that person's results versus our results? And I want to make this clear it's very vulnerable for Kevin to share this.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I don't like this, Because like this of course, and I understand why Because we're not trying to be on high horses here. We're actually trying to. I ask Emilia this question often. I love this question, kev.
Speaker 2:What is the disempowering belief that has disguised itself as empowering? Yeah, me and Kevin on this microphone right now, telling you that anything's possible and telling you that you're going to be as successful as us with very little effort and four easy payments at 39.95,. It's not true. It seems empowering to say you're capable of anything. That's not empowering because it's not true. I'm not capable of beating Michael Phelps at swimming. I'm not capable of beating LeBron James at basketball, and if I spent my life trying to do that, diluting myself into thinking I could and then taking courses by people who are never better than LeBron. I just want to make it clear. Maybe that's the wrong analogy, but a lot of these people have circumstances and capabilities and opportunities that are very, very rare, and they get a certain level of success and then teach you how to do it when, quite frankly, a lot of them don't even know how they did it and or they've diluted themselves into thinking that it was manifestation, when it when reality, it was an orchestration of something far bigger. Let me explain. I have a coach that I'm coaching on how to coach. She came to me recently and she said, alan, I'm having a hard time. I said what's going on? She said I never realized how hard coaching is when the client starts to think, starts to get successful, and they start to think that it was them. And I was so pumped because I have been there a thousand times. When you hire a coach or a therapist or a mentor, it's their consciousness that is being added to the equation and then you're going to manifest things beyond what you could have without them. That's the definition of a mentor, definition of a coach. Even on a sports team, was it really you who became the best running back or was it the coaching? The defensive coach, the offensive coach, the running coach, the sprint camp, the we're all standing on the shoulders of giants.
Speaker 2:I didn't read these books and I didn't write these books. Rather, I read them. So I don't dilute myself into thinking that this was all me, which is why I stay humble and stay learning. I mean, I got help from Evan Carmichael, I got help from dozens of mentors to get to where we are and I'd never forget that. I don't want to forget that when, when you forget what made the difference, it can be very, very difficult to continue searching for the cheat codes and the answers that you really do need, the hard, uncomfortable truths that you really do need to realize your dreams, and so I wanted to share this story. Briefly, too I digress.
Speaker 2:I was watching a movie recently that I downloaded. It's called the think and grow rich. If you go to YouTube, you can do think and grow rich movie. Now I've since read that book in book club and I realized that it was written in the early 1900s. There's some stuff in there that I don't agree with. It's a weird book, and there's definitely some sexism and racism in there. Okay, it was written in the early 1900s Okay. Now, that aside, there's some very powerful principles that I do believe are valuable for success. No book is perfect. I try to cherry pick the gold.
Speaker 2:I ended up watching the movie. The movie has a lot of a lot of people like Lewis house, one of our old mentors, david Meltzer's in there. There's a bunch of people that have that have manifested their dreams, and there's interviews throughout the movie. It's a really pretty powerful film. Honestly. Emilia and I are watching it. We enjoyed it. We did, we enjoyed it. I got a lot out of it genuinely.
Speaker 2:But at the end her and I had an honest conversation. She said what'd you think? I said isn't it fascinating how that entire movie I agree with a lot of it, I really do I resonated so deeply with you have to, you have to believe in it to achieve it. And anything you can think and conceive you can achieve. And if you can imagine it, it's possible. I love the idea of it. But I said, wasn't it fascinating? How? Not a single word from any of those interviews, some of them billionaires, some of them millionaires, all of them wildly successful in their industries. Not a single one of them mentioned hard work. Not a single one of them. This is an hour and a half long movie of interviews with successful people, very excellent orators and speakers. It was really strong interviews. Not a single mention of hard work. Two things are possible. I don't know. I didn't direct the film. Either no one mentioned hard work because they know that that's not what people want to hear, or they did mention hard work and it got cut out of the film because the director knows that's not what people want to hear.
Speaker 2:It's nice and fluffy and feel good to say think it, achieve it, believe in yourself, it's all going to work out. That's not real. It's not real. It's not just going to work out. Things are not just going to. You're not just going to stumble upon your success. You're not going to manifest all of your dreams without hard work. You are not going to achieve great things without uncomfortable truths and pain and sacrifice. I disagree strongly. I've personally never found anyone who has manifested their dreams without working insanely hard and doing things that are uncomfortable and facing uncomfortable truths. And if they have, it's because of marketing and perception, not because of reality. And Emilia and myself talked about that after and it was like okay, that's interesting. We agree with the principles of manifesting that they were sharing, but they're only sharing half the equation Hard work, sweat equity, discipline, due diligence, structure, organization, prudence, making effective decisions, long-term strategy all that stuff that matters. It always has mattered and it always will matter, and you cannot expect to bake a chocolate cake with half the recipe.
Speaker 1:I was Googling the definition of manifestation, because that's the other thing too is everybody has a different definition, understandable, right, like confidence. Everybody has a different definition or anything. And it says a manifestation is the public display of emotion or feeling or something theoretical made real. And what popped into my mind is I've said this many times, not a ton on this podcast, I say it on other podcasts all the time but a limiting belief. I'll always say well, how does it manifest? How does it look in reality? Basically, you might have a limiting belief of the fear of success, but it's not necessarily showing up as the fear of success. How does it actually manifest? How does it appear real in life? That's what a manifestation is. It's taking something that doesn't exist and making it real.
Speaker 1:The creativity part of it is only half the equation. It's a big part, of course. This is why and again it makes sense, right, because there are the people that say grind your face off, work every single day, work 24, seven, don't see your family, don't see your friends Truthfully, a lot of you out there your goals do not require that, they don't require you to make that level of sacrifice. There are also other people that say it will happen in the right place at the right time. Everything happens in the right timing. Perfect timing In perfect timing. I think that is also misleading, because most likely you're going to have to what's your version of what?
Speaker 2:Give me your version of five. That was two extremes that you just articulated so beautifully. What is your centered version of the whole equation?
Speaker 1:The parts of your imagination that you hold onto and pour into the longest become your reality. Your reality becomes the parts of your imagination you hold onto and pour into the longest. That's what manifestation is to me. Your reality becomes the parts of your imagination, the things that you cannot see in the real world, yet that you hold onto, intend on and pour into, put hard work into Ever is the longest. That, to me, is manifestation. I did not manifest a BMW. I worked really hard. We got to the point where it made sense financially to make that purchase. Wow, I started to pay attention more to expensive cars, that I wanted that car. I've wanted a car like that for a long time.
Speaker 2:Let's break it down even more, though you and I talked and I said get five more clients for the production team, for the production company, and then we can afford it. It actually took 12. It took 12 before we could actually afford it. That's the part that no one can share, or maybe no one is sharing, it just gets lost. It's like well, what did it? Well, I weight trained pretty hard. Okay, thank you for that fortune cookie. You didn't see the mobility, you didn't see the sleep, you didn't see the calories, you didn't see the micronutrients the macronutrients. You didn't see the coaching. You didn't see the conversations. You didn't see the barbecues you missed and the friends that you couldn't see, and the scarce nights of being fearful. Again, I'm talking about a bodybuilding prep or a diet or whatever it is. I manifested my dream body by imagining it. Yes, that was step one Part of it.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's part of it. That was step one.
Speaker 2:Yeah, but it's not the whole equation.
Speaker 1:But it's one of those. See, this is the interesting thing, because a lot of people get asked about it and they don't have. I've heard a lot of celebrities say like, oh, I manifested it and they'll say how. And they say, well, I have a vision board. It's like okay, but that's not it. How many, how many, how many places did you have to go and read scripts before you finally get a movie? Well, it probably wasn't the first one, definitely not Right. So did it help that you decided that this is what I want to do and then you focused on it every day? Absolutely, you can't be successful without that, definitely not. But you also did something after I. Really, the creative part of it is a super important piece, but creativity without action isn't going to lead to success, most likely Unless you're super lucky.
Speaker 2:Kev, you're talking to you at the beginning and then we'll go, because I know we got to jump.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we got to do another one after this.
Speaker 2:Imagine you're talking to you at the very beginning and back at the very beginning, you and I did believe some of this stuff, that we later on, as we got wiser and older and more accurate in our thinking, realized that a lot of it was half the equation or one fourth of the equation or whatever. And we went and studied the whole spectrum. We found the people that are like well, I felt aligned and I lost 20 pounds. Well, probably not. And then when the other people are like, okay, I never see my family, All I do is grind, Sleep doesn't matter. Also, not true. And so we went and studied the whole spectrum. We did hundreds of interviews with people all over the world and some of the interviews afterwards were like dude, I don't know man. And some of the interviews is like, wow, rock solid. Lori is an example of someone at five, she's doing both she's manifesting but she's also saying listen, you got to get off your ass. And that's why we like those interviews. We like the interviews that are holistically truthful.
Speaker 1:I've referenced Lori I don't know five times in the last month. I'm a huge fan of Lori Harder because I think she is a really good example, but she comes from the fitness background. Of course You're not going to. It's going to be very hard to manifest a magazine cover. Not if you're doing the work right. If you're doing the work, that's half the battle too. So it really that really is the thought process is you're most likely missing one or the other.
Speaker 2:If you're out there grinding your face off.
Speaker 1:Maybe you're just spinning your wheels because you're not actually focused on what you're doing this for. If you're out there and you know exactly what you want, but you're not putting the effort in, that's the problem. There's a bottleneck in one of those two ways of thinking.
Speaker 2:Well, I've said it, where you least want to dig is where all the gold is. For Kev, it was emotional EQ that was high, and what he really needed to work on was IQ. For me, iq was high, strategy was high, but what I really needed to work on was EQ and relationships. What we wanted and what we needed were two different things. It makes sense. It makes perfect sense.
Speaker 2:If what I love to study is peak performance and I can't stand studying emotions, obviously if I just study peak performance, I'm going to be inadequate in emotions. Advice versa, if Kevin loves emotional intelligence and EQ and relationships and he's only studying that, then obviously he's never studying peak performance because he doesn't identify as a peak performer. Obviously that's what he needs. Kevin and I have helped each other become holistically well-rounded and, more importantly, achieve a level of success that would be impossible if we weren't holistic. The last question I have for you, kev, is if you're talking to Kevin six years ago, at the beginning of this journey, who really did believe you could manifest or whatever, what would you say to him?
Speaker 1:I would probably just say it's way more than you. Everything is way more than you think. What you hear on social media is just the tip of the iceberg. Which you hear on a podcast episode is just the tip of the iceberg. There's really no way of knowing exactly what somebody has done unless you get to know them and you get to see behind the scenes. It would be that there is the secret. If you're somebody who is not good at visualizing is a great book for you. Or think and grow rich, the movie is probably a great movie for you.
Speaker 1:If you're somebody who is always grinding your face off and you have no idea where you're going, that would help you a little bit, for sure. Definitely. But there's also some hardcore podcasts out there that, if you need to kick in the butt, that would be a good place to go. Nothing is the entire answer. Even this episode isn't because I don't know exactly where you are. Now I tend to be action heavier because I come from a very physical background where I'm not going to win the show, because I imagine it, Because everybody else that's trying to win the show is actually out there doing it. It doesn't work. I imagine myself going through my poses, I imagine the music, I imagine the crowd. I imagine that I felt that I manifested my physique, but I manifested through imagination, determination and action.
Speaker 2:And I coached. That gave you every hard truth every step of the way. Yes, a wonderful coach.
Speaker 1:I acknowledge that. But what if you didn't say that Think about that.
Speaker 2:What if you didn't say that and it's not that you didn't want to give Justin credit- it's just you couldn't tell the whole story in a two-minute excerpt, right, right?
Speaker 1:Yeah. There's always more than what we can possibly articulate Always. And last thing, like that coach literally told me, if you want to win, you will suffer more than everybody else. That was the first conversation we had and I was like, oh, this is serious. And you won.
Speaker 2:This is serious business and I won my class and you suffered tremendously.
Speaker 1:I suffered, I more than everybody else. I don't know. I like to imagine it because I was suffering a lot. But imagine if he said well, as long as you feel like you're, do you know what inalignment feels like for me when I'm eating it Full? That's what inalignment feels like If you think about it Inalignment with your goal.
Speaker 2:in a diet you're supposed to feel hungry.
Speaker 1:I know, but inalignment, just as a human being, is full.
Speaker 2:nobody wants to feel hungry yeah, of course, but that's.
Speaker 1:The other thing, too is I had that person that said that they said well, that's out of alignment. For me it feels challenging or feels hard, and I don't do stuff that feels hard. It's like okay. But so maybe in your mind you have determined that inalignment is easy and flow. That's your version of alignment. I don't think it's serving you to the degree that you want, but here's the thing Maybe you can achieve your own unique level of success. I can assure you it won't be ours.
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah, definitely not.
Speaker 1:I don't mean that from a place of ego. It's just you're not going to get to 1,400 episodes if you don't do stuff you don't want to do, because it's Saturday and there's UFC on right now, right this moment. Ufc is on Saturday afternoon. I know Little afternoon show no, no, so again there is a he hates it.
Speaker 2:It's fine.
Speaker 1:There is a large piece of me. Again. If it triggered you, that's not why we did this. I really think this is something that a lot of people are being taken advantage of, just like the fitness industry is taking advantage of people with diets. I think there's a lot of people saying, well, all you have to do is sign up for this and I'm going to teach you how to manifest. If they're not teaching how to work, I don't think they're fully teaching you how to manifest If they're not. On the other end, if somebody says I am a success coach and they're not teaching you how to visualize and imagine what it would be like, that also I would say a short sighted. So do your best to get all sides of the cube, because there's a lot of different ones.
Speaker 2:Yeah, the whole spectrum is how you bake the right cake, your own unique cake. You need to understand the whole spectrum and the next level, nugget Kev.
Speaker 1:The next level nugget. Your reality becomes the parts of your imagination that you hold on to and pour into the longest. That is my best definition of manifestation, even though I didn't. When I came up with a quote I didn't plan on that being something I used for that that's it.
Speaker 2:That's my next level nugget. My next level nugget, if anyone is telling you that you can. I said this in Book Club earlier and Book Club is where I share what I believe to be very uncomfortable truths. I said if you believe, if you have an aversion to discomfort, you're in trouble. A lot of the virtues and the wonderful things we all want to accomplish require discomfort. I do not want to go on my therapy sessions. I have had coaches that Kevin and I afterwards fell on the floor laughing with how bad and painful they were and we're laughing, but they were also somewhat laughing and crying simultaneously. I just think that you have to lean into whatever is uncomfortable. You have to get outside your comfort zone. Getting outside your comfort zone is, by definition, uncomfortable and painful and that is required for you to manifest, I think, your highest potential and what you really want. If you want an easy life and you don't want to achieve anything truly extraordinary, you don't have to get outside your comfort zone at all.
Speaker 1:And Salvation. If you are looking to manifest more like-minded friends, join our private Facebook group. Yes, you've been focused on it for a while. Now it's time to take action and say you know what? I'm going to go check this out. These guys talk about it every single week, many, many times. It's a great place to meet other people and I do believe if you take action on that, you can find a peak performance partner. You can find a new friend who knows, you can find somebody to date, and the digital world is a very small place, all things considered.
Speaker 2:I have a client who is having a hard time with a girl that he was talking to that is no longer talking to him and he's in his emotions about it. There is a peak performance partner that he got from Next Level Nation who is there for him and they check in every day. Hey, how are you doing? How are you doing on your goals? It's actually really awesome to see. As a matter of fact, I was watching one of his YouTube videos and I saw her comment on his YouTube video, so it was like that's how connected they are and they're really helping each other grow. So, peak performance partners, Next Level Nation, join. You are going to do better with someone who helps you be accountable. I have a peak performance partner right here, Kev, and there's no way we would be where we are without each other. No way, no, and that becomes more and more clear over time. Honestly and Emilia, same deal Peak performance partners there's no way. Okay. So, also, we have a monthly meetup every single month. This is our 20th one.
Speaker 2:Use your mental health hindering your growth, past conditioning, past trauma, past challenges that you never reprocessed, Trauma responses fight, flight, freeze, fawn. Come join us. I love to study it. I love to do it. The therapy, mental health stuff didn't come naturally to me. I'm learning a lot of it and it's actually just as powerful, which is wild. And again, it's the other side of the equation. Both sides of the equation are critical. So join us and I guarantee you you'll learn something about yourself for sure.
Speaker 1:Tomorrow for episode number 1,407,. Some of our most valuable traits are the ones we're most scared of. I have a really good story for that episode. I most likely will butcher it now that I've said it's a really good story. As always, we love you, we appreciate you, grateful for each and every one of you, and at NLU we do not have fans, we have family. We will talk to you all tomorrow.
