In this episode of Next Level University, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros explore how vices sabotage success, discipline, relationships, health, and self-respect. They break down the hidden cost of short-term pleasure, from social media and TV to alcohol, food, pornography, gambling, THC, nicotine, shopping, and video games.

Through personal experience and coaching patterns, Kevin and Alan unpack dopamine, the habit loop, emotional regulation, and honest self-assessment. This is not about shame. It is about control. If you want a more meaningful life, you have to stop negotiating with what keeps pulling you off track. Listen in, then audit the vice you keep defending.

Kevin Palmieri

(0:00) Alan and I were walking out of our studio one day, and I said, Brother, there is nothing better than smoking weed and watching porn. (0:07) It's like the best thing in the world. (0:09) Of course I want to do that.(0:10) I would love to do that. (0:11) If I could make a life out of that, it seems like it would be incredibly joyous. (0:16) It wouldn't be fulfilling, and it would take me off the rails for sure, and lead to probably massive regret.(0:20) But I understand why vices are a thing, and now more than ever, I understand why they sabotage people's success for sure.

Alan Lazaros

(0:28) If you want to be successful, if you want to be fulfilled, if you want to have high goals and a meaningful life, you cannot indulge in all of these. (0:41) Welcome to Next Level University.

Kevin Palmieri

(1:29) Next Level Nation today for episode number 2470, the top 10 vices and how they're sabotaging your success. (1:36) Alan wanted to do this episode because he, again, he's done a lot of coaching sessions and sees a lot of patterns. (1:41) I also did research on this.(1:43) I googled what are the top 10 addictions, and they're very similar to what we're going to talk about today. (1:52) How dare you? (1:53) Well, I wanted to make sure I came correct, you know?(1:56) Of course, I want to make sure I came correct. (1:58) Okay, in the past, Alan and I were joking about this the other day. (2:04) I used to love smoking weed, huge fan, loved it.(2:09) And I definitely was the person who would say like, yeah, no, I could stop whatever. (2:14) Whatever I want, I could stop. (2:16) I don't think that was the case.(2:18) People who say weed isn't addictive, it's like you have not smoked the right stuff. (2:21) You smoked the right stuff, it's addictive. (2:23) It's because it changes the way you feel.(2:25) And you know what's addictive? (2:28) Almost anything that changes the way you feel can be addictive in some way, especially if you don't like the way you feel. (2:33) And then I've also talked openly many times about how I had a porn addiction because somehow I was introduced to pornography when I was like five years old, maybe six.

Kevin Palmieri

(2:40) I don't know how old I was.

Kevin Palmieri

(2:42) I had a, yeah, we had a black box back in the day. (2:44) Had all the channels. (2:45) I'll let you guess what I was doing at night when everybody went to bed.(2:48) And I had no idea what I was doing. (2:50) It was just like, this is interesting. (2:52) I'm going to watch this.(2:54) Why do I feel physically ill? (2:56) I don't know. (2:57) All right, I'm going to kick it to you.(2:59) You're going to make a framework out of this, which is going to become a rating system and all that happy jazz. (3:03) Again, we get 15 minutes to hammer this episode.

Alan Lazaros

(3:06) We're going to make it as valuable as possible. (3:09) So people say I have an addictive personality. (3:11) They've been telling me that my whole life.(3:13) I think human beings, if you study the neuroscience, cue craving, behavior, reward, the habit loop, cue craving, behavior, reward. (3:20) All human beings have addictive personalities. (3:22) Now there are different extremes.(3:25) All right. (3:26) Some people are more obsessive than others. (3:28) I'm definitely on the obsessive side.(3:29) I always joke. (3:30) I can't even do moderation in moderation. (3:32) I would say that is factual for sure.(3:35) Nice. (3:35) So this is the 10. (3:37) Now I want everyone to do a zero to 10.(3:43) If you have a hundred score, you're in so much trouble. (3:47) So zero to 10, how much and how often? (3:49) And again, this is going to be based on frequency, intensity, density, duration.(3:52) How often do you do this? (3:54) And it's on a bell curve. (3:56) So are you on the far?(3:57) 10 means you are like using this too much. (4:00) You're playing video games all fucking day, every day. (4:03) And you're not a pro gamer.(4:04) So it's not constructive. (4:06) Zero means you don't play video games at all. (4:08) Okay.(4:09) So I'm just going to go through this. (4:10) So video games, that is one of the biggest addictions on earth. (4:13) Esports industry has, has blown up watching video games, playing video games.(4:18) I definitely was addicted to video games for a short time in my life back in the day. (4:22) Number two is gambling. (4:24) Any form of gambling.(4:25) I've talked about my blackjack days. (4:27) Gambling is very exciting. (4:29) All of these are tied to dopamine.(4:31) Dopamine is the center of the brain that cocaine activates. (4:36) Dopamine is the reward and anticipation chemical. (4:38) There's a book called the molecule of more.(4:40) That's super valuable. (4:41) If anyone wants to listen to it or watch or read it, you can't watch a book. (4:46) Okay.(4:46) Number three is pornography. (4:48) Number four is shopping. (4:50) Number five is social media.(4:52) Number six is TV. (4:54) Now TV. (4:54) We're going to include movies, television, Netflix, Disney plus Paramount plus HBO.(5:02) Streaming platforms, streaming platforms. (5:04) Yep. (5:04) Nicotine.(5:05) We're including dip, uh, cigarettes, patches. (5:12) I mean, what, I don't even know. (5:13) Patches.

Kevin Palmieri

(5:14) I don't know. (5:15) Nicotine. (5:15) Well, I think nicotine patches, gum.(5:18) No, that's the quit. (5:19) Agreed.

Alan Lazaros

(5:19) Yeah. (5:20) Fair. (5:20) But it's still nicotine.

Kevin Palmieri

(5:21) Yeah.

Alan Lazaros

(5:21) Right.

Kevin Palmieri

(5:22) Yeah. (5:22) I don't know if anybody's just chewing Nicorette though. (5:24) It's like, that's just for the high.(5:26) I don't know. (5:26) Maybe.

Alan Lazaros

(5:26) So you meet the parents, he's hammering Nicorette. (5:29) Funny movie. (5:30) So nicotine.(5:32) Is there anything other than smoking and.

Kevin Palmieri

(5:34) Smoking, vaping. (5:35) There's a bunch of pouches. (5:36) Like pouches are big.(5:37) Just regular chew is big for some reason now. (5:41) So yeah, there's something right. (5:42) All right.

Alan Lazaros

(5:42) No, no.

Kevin Palmieri

(5:42) It's a, it's a 22 year old guy thing.

Alan Lazaros

(5:46) You ever done it?

Kevin Palmieri

(5:47) I did it once. (5:47) I did it on a job site unloading sheetrock. (5:52) And it was like, I need it.(5:52) Yeah. (5:52) I need to lay down. (5:53) Yeah.(5:53) Yeah.

Alan Lazaros

(5:55) It's, it's intense. (5:56) Okay. (5:57) THC, which is edibles, smoking weed, vape, the whole nine.(6:02) And then alcohol. (6:03) That's a huge one. (6:05) And then food, food is the one that you wouldn't expect.(6:08) Food is 100% something you can be addicted to. (6:12) Absolutely. (6:14) So those are the 10.(6:15) And I sent this to a client earlier. (6:18) And as a peak performance coach, it's my job to help everyone be as successful as possible. (6:23) And I need to give this disclaimer.(6:24) Kevin and I talked about this. (6:26) If you don't want to be really successful, you don't have to worry about anything we're about to say.

Kevin Palmieri

(6:31) Well, no. (6:32) And also though, like, I mean, if you are level 10 at all these, you're in trouble.

Alan Lazaros

(6:37) Yeah. (6:37) Like, so in this case, if you're a 100, it means you're playing video games, gambling. (6:42) Yeah.(6:42) If you're a 100, you're near trouble.

Kevin Palmieri

(6:45) You're in serious trouble.

Alan Lazaros

(6:46) You're in trouble. (6:47) And I'm going to lead by example here. (6:50) Video games is zero.(6:51) Gambling is zero. (6:52) Pornography is zero. (6:53) Shopping is probably like a one or a two.(6:55) Social media, probably like a four or a three. (6:59) TV, probably like a four or five. (7:02) Nicotine, zero.(7:03) THC, zero. (7:04) Alcohol, zero. (7:04) Food.

Kevin Palmieri

(7:06) And again, baby, in this... (7:08) I had peanut butter cups this morning, son. (7:10) This definition, we're talking vices, whatever addictions, vices.(7:13) How do you measure that? (7:16) Is that based on your inability to say no when you get a...

Alan Lazaros

(7:18) Yeah, I think it's crazy. (7:19) How much do they control you? (7:21) How much do you feel in control of your ability to not do it?(7:25) And again, I like to fast and I'm actually doing a refeed a little bit for the next 13 days because of the 10 pounds in 10 week challenge. (7:32) Kevin refuses to do it, but I'm going to do that. (7:34) I might be coming out.(7:35) We'll see. (7:35) I need to eat a good amount in the next two weeks to prepare for this because this is going to blow. (7:41) But I don't feel like I have to eat.(7:43) I feel like I want to eat. (7:44) However, I'd be lying if... (7:48) I do think that food is something that I adore more than I should probably.(7:54) And again, I'm being hard on myself on purpose. (7:57) Where did these 10 come from? (8:02) Honestly, I've been thinking a lot about this episode over the last day because we talked about it yesterday.(8:06) And this is probably something that I've always... (8:09) Okay. (8:10) Thank you for asking.(8:12) You're asking a lot of questions lately. (8:13) I appreciate it. (8:13) So I've...(8:15) I grew up on what I playfully refer to as the boulevard of broken dreams. (8:20) The people I grew up with were wildly, wildly, outrageously doing those. (8:30) I'm showing all of them.(8:32) Too much, dude. (8:34) Like, miserable... (8:36) People who grew up with me, I know you might hate this.(8:40) Miserable human beings. (8:42) Just miserable human beings. (8:44) There were no conscientious, fulfilled, deeply meaningful, goal-oriented dream chasers where I grew up.(8:53) None. (8:54) And if there were, I was looking for them big time. (8:57) And I saw these where I grew up.(8:59) I know you did too. (9:00) These were riddled in my childhood. (9:02) Like, bad.(9:04) And I think that my whole life, I always wondered... (9:09) There's got to be a better way. (9:10) And so I think this is something near and dear to my heart because some of the people I love so deeply have absolutely gone too far in many of these.(9:19) What about you? (9:21) What about me, what? (9:23) Do you have any heartfelt...(9:25) No. (9:26) I'm perfect.

Kevin Palmieri

(9:27) I don't deal with any of this. (9:28) No, I mean like...

Alan Lazaros

(9:30) Yeah, I mean people you love that you've seen just...

Kevin Palmieri

(9:31) Of course.

Alan Lazaros

(9:32) Yeah, off the... (9:32) Of course. (9:33) And not to mention, you struggle with some of these and you've really come to the other side.(9:37) So I think it's really cool to see you really make something of yourself.

Kevin Palmieri

(9:40) It's still like... (9:43) For me, alcohol... (9:45) I could never...(9:46) And I know people say this all the time, but I could never have a drink again. (9:49) It wouldn't matter. (9:49) I just...(9:50) Sometimes I like to fucking party. (9:52) Like sometimes I'm just like, honestly, I know this isn't good and I know this is not best for me long term, but I want a whiskey. (10:00) I don't know.(10:01) I feel like I don't allow myself to do so many things. (10:06) Sometimes I just like, fuck. (10:08) I get resentful of the discipline.(10:10) What is that? (10:11) You think that's a little Kev being like, let me live. (10:13) You always say that, let me live.(10:14) I think it's a fine line between... (10:17) I had a moment last night where I was like, should I just fucking run a mile every day forever? (10:21) Because everybody else is doing it.(10:23) And then I was like, I think that's just FOMO. (10:25) It's like the FOMO of like, whoa, eventually everybody's going to say they've run 500 miles in a row. (10:29) It's like, I don't know.(10:30) Do I want to say that? (10:31) I don't think so. (10:33) What do you think?

Alan Lazaros

(10:35) I don't know yet. (10:36) Yeah, community pressure is real, man. (10:38) It's great.

Kevin Palmieri

(10:39) Yeah, it's great. (10:41) And I'm a leader. (10:42) So do I have to do it more than everybody else?(10:44) I don't know. (10:45) I don't know. (10:46) It's going to eventually be five miles, 1600 pushups.(10:48) Well, that was the thing is like, this is just going to get worse.

Alan Lazaros

(10:53) I don't think it'll get worse, but who knows? (10:55) It is going to, for sure. (10:56) For sure.(10:57) I'm just stopping at a mile. (10:58) I'm not doing more than that. (10:59) We'll see.(11:00) I'll do 60 minutes a day of exercise with one mile.

Kevin Palmieri

(11:02) I, yeah, dude, I know there was a ton of alcohol in my family. (11:06) There was a ton of nicotine in my family. (11:08) There was no marijuana for some reason, but like all the other hard drugs for sure.(11:13) Gambling. (11:14) That wasn't it. (11:15) Social media food.(11:16) That wasn't it. (11:17) Porn was big for me, but yeah, man, I'm. (11:20) How much of this did you see growing up?(11:22) I was thinking yesterday of how sad I was when my best friend at the time got hooked on pills and how, oh my God, I, dude, I just remember like how I could like feel him slipping away. (11:38) There was like nothing I could do. (11:39) And I remember how heartbreaking it was.(11:41) And then I remember how excited I would be when he would like call me. (11:44) I'd be like, oh my God, he's back. (11:46) Like, fuck yeah.(11:47) Okay. (11:47) It's good. (11:47) It's going to be fine.(11:49) So I saw, yeah, I saw a ton of this. (11:51) What a stud too. (11:52) What a stud.(11:53) Fucking tragedy, man.

Kevin Palmieri

(11:56) Tragedy.

Alan Lazaros

(11:56) Jacked.

Kevin Palmieri

(11:57) Athletic. (11:57) Good looking. (11:58) Yeah, man.(11:59) Smart. (12:00) Had everything going for him. (12:01) Girls wanted him more than me.(12:02) I'll tell you that much. (12:03) Same brother. (12:04) Yeah.(12:05) Same. (12:06) And eventually in the very beginning, I was like, fuck yeah, I got this. (12:10) And then like he just matured and got jacked.(12:13) Yeah. (12:13) Damn. (12:15) But I had a very, a very close look at what addiction can do.(12:21) And this is a running joke, but like my family, like all the cops in my town knew my family because they were all just reckless individuals. (12:31) And several of which that 1000% had alcohol addictions. (12:35) Like 1000%.(12:37) I had somebody in my family pass away from liver cancer. (12:42) One of the reasons is probably the drinking. (12:45) All right.(12:45) So yeah, very, very much near and dear to my heart. (12:47) Yes. (12:48) So for the listeners, if you just figure out which one.(12:54) Well, this is where you got to be honest. (12:57) This is where you have to be honest. (12:58) I don't, I take edibles for sure.(13:02) Love them. (13:03) Huge fan. (13:04) Do I think I'm addicted?(13:06) No.

Kevin Palmieri

(13:09) No, we didn't expect this. (13:11) This is the confessions of Kevin. (13:13) No, well, uh, what I guess we were going to put caffeine on here too.

Kevin Palmieri

(13:19) I definitely, how much is it actually, how much is it actually sabotaging your success? (13:23) That's honestly, it depends. (13:25) Well, I think that's the question is like, I had somebody asked me one time, cause I talk about it openly.(13:30) Like I like edibles and they're like, you find that you work better when you're on edibles. (13:33) It's like, no, I don't take them. (13:35) I don't take them to go to work.(13:36) No, I take them. (13:37) I take them when I'm done for the night. (13:39) And usually two hours before I go to bed, because I noticed on my aura ring, if I took them too close to my sleep time, it affected my REM and deep sleep.(13:48) That to me is more of a tool than it is. (13:51) No, I'm not taking them. (13:53) I got a light day today.(13:54) No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. (13:56) Well, there's levels, man. (13:57) Well, that's, that's not uncommon at all.(13:59) That's the point. (14:00) The point is like, I think it's the, the degree the vice is taking you in the opposite direction you want to go.

Alan Lazaros

(14:04) And that's the paradox too. (14:05) Like, I think people who are abusing these things are probably easier on themselves. (14:12) And the people who aren't are probably harder on themselves.(14:15) My last drink was, I was in Westerly, Rhode Island. (14:21) Shot at tequila, red solo cup, tequila sunrise. (14:24) What a way to go out.(14:25) And then I was walking in my car, never forget it. (14:28) And I was like, I don't know. (14:30) I don't feel great.(14:31) I kind of wish I didn't do that. (14:33) And then I poured the solo cup out. (14:35) That was it.(14:37) June of 2019. (14:40) Summer. (14:41) Yeah.(14:43) June 29th of 2019 was my last sip of alcohol. (14:47) Dude. (14:47) And here's the thing.(14:49) I thought I'd be in better shape.

Kevin Palmieri

(14:51) You know, you keep saying that. (14:53) It's not a sell for the next little Fitz accountability group.

Alan Lazaros

(14:57) It's not that I'm in bad shape by any means, but you do think. (15:03) At least I did. (15:04) I thought, okay.(15:05) I quit drinking. (15:07) And it's not like, because I technically started quitting when I was 26. (15:12) I'm 37 now.(15:13) And then I would occasionally drink for maybe four times a year. (15:19) Every year from then on. (15:20) And then I quit completely.(15:22) And it's been seven years now. (15:26) About to be seven years. (15:26) Cool.(15:27) I used to count the days, that whole nine. (15:29) But I never felt. (15:31) Um, I thought that the main reason why I wanted to quit was longevity, but also fitness.(15:38) Because I figured empty calories, terrible for protein synthesis, like hormones. (15:45) Awful. (15:45) There's no, I mean, alcohol is just awful for fitness.(15:48) Bad. (15:49) And I did think, but I remember a month, two months, three months. (15:54) I remember being like, wow.(15:55) And one thing that I'll say is fitness. (15:56) I thought it would make a bigger difference. (15:58) My brain and my focus, dude.(16:01) I remember months in being like, oh my God, it's getting even better. (16:06) Like I used to be foggy college. (16:10) I'd wake up hung over.(16:11) Like, dude, I haven't had a hangover in 11 years, man. (16:15) Uh, nine years. (16:18) There was a wedding that I went off the rails.

Kevin Palmieri

(16:21) I remember we recorded, I think we recorded like a day or two after. (16:25) And you told me the story.

Alan Lazaros

(16:26) The puking.

Kevin Palmieri

(16:27) Yeah.

Alan Lazaros

(16:27) In the parking garage. (16:29) I think that was either eight or nine years ago. (16:31) Yeah.(16:31) Yeah. (16:31) That wedding was, that was the last. (16:34) That was the last for me of the really funny.

Kevin Palmieri

(16:36) Do you think a good, a good measurement? (16:39) So I used to love smoking weed. (16:41) I want to smoke weed.(16:42) I'd love to. (16:43) I'd love to. (16:43) I'd love to spark one up right now in front of y'all.(16:45) I would love to be the most pleasure in the moment. (16:51) This for whatever reason, I was like, this isn't bad for you. (16:53) Like there's been no studies that prove that this is bad for you.(16:55) And then like, I thought about it. (16:57) I was like, yeah, that's a fucking, that's dumb. (16:58) That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my entire life.(17:00) Like why, why, why have you convinced yourself this? (17:02) I tried to tell you that. (17:04) Yeah.(17:04) But you can't, you can't tell me not the second, the second I like lock that in. (17:09) And I was like, this is detrimental to everything you're trying to create. (17:11) That was the last time.(17:13) That was it. (17:14) I'm waiting. (17:15) If I find a study that says edibles are bad and THC long-term use is detrimental.(17:22) I will stop. (17:23) Unfortunately. (17:24) And if there's studies out there, don't fucking send it to me.(17:27) Give me another, give me a little bit of, but like, that's the case. (17:30) If, if that is the case, I will, all of the things that I have stopped. (17:35) Like the porn addiction.(17:36) The reason I got to the place where I stopped that is because it was drastically affecting my relationship drastically. (17:42) And this was years ago. (17:43) This wasn't with Taron.(17:44) But like, it would be affecting my relationship with Taron. (17:47) Of course it would.

Alan Lazaros

(17:48) That's- Amelia and I call it digital monogamy. (17:50) None, zero for us. (17:53) That's, that's a problem in a lot of relationships.(17:55) I coach couples for six years, dude. (17:57) That's a big problem.

Kevin Palmieri

(17:58) Well, there's so much like, well, are you watching that? (18:01) Because they, they look better than I do is because I don't give you what there's too many fucking layers. (18:06) Like you can't, okay.(18:09) What? (18:09) Because we only have a minute left. (18:14) How you're not there to walk somebody through the process of saying on a scale of zero, one to 10 rate yourself.(18:19) How do you do it?

Alan Lazaros

(18:26) 10 means you're doing it every single day. (18:31) A lot. (18:32) Zero means you barely ever touch it.(18:34) And, and at the end of the day, no, one's going to be perfect in this assessment. (18:38) The key is that you do the assessment, not that you're perfect in it. (18:41) And then if you do have any tens, this is what I would say.(18:46) If you end up with a 100, you're going to be 0% successful. (18:51) If you end up with a 10, you can be a nine out of 10 successful. (18:56) And if you have a zero on this, one of my clients that I sent it to, she has very low on all these.(19:02) She's going to be very successful. (19:04) I, I'm, I would put money on her being very successful because you just aren't held back. (19:09) You're just, I was so stupid to drink as much as I did.(19:14) I, I'm not saying not to have fun in college. (19:16) I should have had fun, but I didn't need to have that much fun. (19:19) I regret like I'm, I'm very sharp.(19:22) I'm smart. (19:23) I'm grateful. (19:24) I would have been smarter.(19:25) At the end of the day, people like to give themselves, well, you were in college. (19:30) I know that I chose to do it and I shouldn't have. (19:34) It was fucking stupid.(19:36) You will, your whole life will get better the less you do these. (19:40) Like, honestly, no one's pumped after a binge watching Netflix. (19:44) Like no one feels good about themselves after wasting 10 hours watching the same show.(19:50) One a night, one, one episode a night or whatever, whatever your thing is. (19:54) But I have one friend of mine who's still smoking. (19:58) We haven't seen each other in a long time.(20:00) So friend of mine is probably, we grew up together and it's like, I remember last time I saw him, I had a moment where I was like, wow, your teeth are awful, dude. (20:06) Like you're, you're, you have black all in your teeth. (20:09) And it's of course, cause you smoke every day.(20:11) And I remember thinking to myself, like, that's not good. (20:14) That's not going to get better. (20:16) Right.(20:16) You got to go get that worked on. (20:18) And so it's all up to you. (20:19) Right.(20:19) At the end of the day, it's your life. (20:21) But yeah, no, these are terrible for you. (20:22) Like do a little bit if you need to, but the ultimate goal, if you want to be really successful is to eliminate all of them.(20:29) I've always wondered why personal growth and personal development gurus are like out of shape. (20:35) It makes no sense to me. (20:36) It's like, what wouldn't you, you, you talk about reaching your full potential, yet you never exercise.(20:41) I don't even understand.

Kevin Palmieri

(20:43) So, well, because it would be really easy to be in a room and say, well, I have a zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero. (20:48) And everybody's like, oh my God, you're amazing. (20:49) You don't deal with any of the things I deal with, but they don't exercise.(20:52) You know, like, yeah. (20:54) Cause the opposite of this would be like, what are the top 10 things that suck that you do every day that are leading to your success? (21:00) I would love that.(21:01) And we can do that. (21:01) We'll do that.

Alan Lazaros

(21:02) All right.

Kevin Palmieri

(21:02) Or maybe what are the top 10 things that like will help you be successful that also suck potentially?

Alan Lazaros

(21:07) Cause these are great for sure. (21:08) These are great in the moment. (21:09) Yeah.(21:10) Great in the moment for the longterm L this, these are a short-term win for long-term detriment. (21:15) Let's do the opposite list, which is, these are all a short-term suck for a long-term W. (21:21) Okay.

Kevin Palmieri

(21:22) Done. (21:22) We'll put it on the list. (21:23) All right.(21:24) If one of the things, well, I will say this. (21:26) I won't say if one of those things, one of the things on that list is going to be hiring coach. (21:30) Yeah.(21:30) It might be uncomfortable letting a coach see this and say like, yeah, honestly, the weed thing is, you know, the gambling thing. (21:36) Like my family doesn't know, but I've been, I've been squirreling away money to gamble.

Alan Lazaros

(21:40) Thank you. (21:41) I have to say this. (21:42) I feel, I feel it's super important for me to say this.(21:44) I've coached for the last 11 years, 7,248 coaching sessions. (21:50) Everyone has at least one of these. (21:52) Everyone.(21:53) There is no perfect human. (21:55) No one. (21:57) I was on with someone earlier, always anonymous.(22:00) And he's like, I'm a little insecure because of that. (22:02) It's everyone has one of these, at least one of them. (22:05) Some of them, some people have all of them, but like, you're not alone.(22:08) That is, there is no one on earth who doesn't have a challenge with one of these 10 that I'm sure of. (22:14) This is called the human condition for a reason. (22:16) You don't, don't, you know, I think it's important to know that you're not alone.

Kevin Palmieri

(22:21) For sure. (22:21) Well, I'll be very, very honest. (22:23) The pornography thing is still a slippery slope.(22:25) Like Instagram is a fucking cesspool. (22:27) It's very easy to go down the rabbit hole. (22:29) So everybody's dealing with something.(22:31) Reach out to a coach. (22:31) Alan can help you with that. (22:32) If one of the things, and I'm going to say, this isn't going to be one of the things is definitely gonna be on the list.(22:36) Fitness. (22:37) Fitness is definitely helpful in success crosses over. (22:39) There's so many principles.(22:40) There's so many fundamentals that connect next level fitness accountability group. (22:43) I'm going to talk about it forever. (22:45) But if you want to be there before we start the 10 pound in 10 week challenge that starts in July 1st, so get your butt in there.(22:51) As always, we love you. (22:52) Appreciate you.
